I personally think the manager has a good plan for updating property. The problem is that it is an older property so theyre is residents that may not be updating. Also at present they dont accept housing. Not sure why as it is helpful to you and for the property. I hope that it is something that will change. Its definitely animal friendly? Lots of animals. The people met have been nice. Be smart and check public records or consult a Realtor for assistance when looking for the place you plan to come home to for rest and peace. I also didnt notice many children. Most are people with disability or Elderly. The people we should be all trying to help. Take care.

Very nice and quite place most of the time..streets need to be fixed more often...lots of potholes..

Your roads are in bad need of being fixed. Not just a patch job but really fixed as in NEW ONES. We almost put a hole in our oil pan. But my visit with my brother was very nice.

Roads need alot of work. Cant even find the office and when you call the number its a recording. No one calls back.

Recently a few improvements have been made, but not all have complied with the new rules. I would like to see more family areas where residents could meet their neighbors, and have fun!

Not a bad location. Between the huge speed bumps and horrible pot holes everywhere this is not a place if you have small cars or motorcycles.
