Horrible place! The community itself is pleasant but the management of it is a total 180 degree turn from that. The place is completely run by a dictator manager whom is horrible to work with and inaccessible! This is where it gets worse the lack of access! You pay your dues and expect a certain level of access to what you pay for! Which means if someone comes to visit you they should be able to do so!! Here’s where it goes south: the office closes so now your guests are stuck not being able to get a guest pass. No guest pass = your getting towed. This is horrible for then you have guests. I guess the manager expects guests to come at times when she allows them to come because once the office is closed the. How are you to get a pass for them. “Sorry family you can’t visit me the manager already closed so you won’t be able to park come again when she has time for me to Have gustes! Ok no!!!! If you are going to enforce a parking policy that means 2 things either have the office open 24/7 to allow guests to get passes or have a way to obtain and print a pass online. Again I understand if you want to have rules and that’s fine but that means you should have a fair and accessible way for residents to comply! I can’t tell guests to come to visit me only during “office hours”. This has happened to me twice before I’ve had to tell guests to either leave or “try to find parking” out side which there never is or else risk getting towed. Just the other night I had friends over for diner so by the time they arrive the office was closed so no parking pass of course!! Then while having some social time after diner we hear the tow truck about to take one of my guests car!!! I’ve never been so embarrassed in my life! My guest had no choice but to leave as she did not feel comfortable parking outside. This is ridiculous!! Not only will your guests cars get towed but even your own as a resident.This has happened to me multiple times once I had to run back home because I forgot my baby’s insurance card (mom stays with him at ER) and by the time I go in get the insurance card and run our car is towed!! In the rush I figured just park out front hazards blinking while I run in and out. During emergencies like that you are trying to be as fast as possible well they didn’t care!!! No nock on my door to ask me to move, no warning no anything which I would have totally understood but no straight to the point of towing my car!!! I had to then figure out how to get back to the ER and then how to get my car out to go back to pick up my baby!!Huge lack of common sense in this place and everything is tailored to fit the convenience and demand of the manager. Let’s not even talk about all the demands she makes while her place is probably the messiest!!Point is nice place clean and quiet but unless you plan on never having guests and are ok with living under the rule of the dictatorial manager never plan on renting a space and buying a home in here at least not while it keeps being managed to the whims of management and not for the PAYING residents as it should be!!I guess some ppl loose sight of why it is they get a paycheck and who funds it!!

The management is horrible. The manager is always has high expectation of how clean your space is suppose to be, yet her house is a mess and is right next to the entrance. She doesn’t allow anyone to park in the parking area due to “people leaving trash”. A neighbor of mine got her tire slashed due to having to park outside because she doesn’t allow us to park inside. The park is clean and a safe environment but the management makes you hate the place. My family and I the process of moving out because of management, I would never recommend anyone to move here. Things here will only be acceptable when she does them.

Be careful not to park inside of the park without a parking permit. they will tow your car or truck. flashlight cops there run the show and think they are Gods of some kind. walk to the office and on the door is a number to call the flashlight cops for a parking permit.

I lived there for many years. My parents still live there. Never had any problems. Very tranquil and family oriented.

Terrible place to live. The management is the worst.
