Dudes. This place is by the beach. You can go on bike rides that arent very far away. Theres a great little cute downtown area. At this point Im really stretching out my review but I did have a splendid day at the beach.

Oxnard shores mobile home park has the most amazing management team any resident can hope for they are always helpful and proud of the work they do. I would recommend this area to anyone who is looking for a beautiful place to live with awesome people to live around. The beach is steps away the sand you cant go wrong.

Practicely on sand and surf. A street away. Its great to have a place where the people are the best neighbors. And the sunrise as well the sun sets are gorgeous.

If you like extreme rules and regulations and selective enforcement of those rules, you will enjoy this place. It does have a nice location but the rules are only enforced if your on the dislike list. Managers seem to be in over their head. My experience is based on living here from 2012 through July 2017. Other reviewers have not resided at Oxnard shores, they have only been at the public beach in front of Oxnard Shores.

Loved it...quiet, clean peaceful.

Mike at the oxnard police department informed me politely that i couldnt park here instead of writing me a ticket. but other than that its a beautiful area
