Great place to live but very hard to get a space!

This RV park has been the perfect spot for us this past year. It’s a great community, very clean and well-managed. We’ll miss all the wonderful people we met.

I really like this RV Park... I can appreciate a park thats ran like this. The Owner Mac has been more than welcoming to me and my husband. Every spot has their own fence and your dogs are welcome. Everyone here cleans up after there dogs. We had flowers and fruit trees ... The laundry room washers and dryers actually Work and fast too. Everyone has assigned parking . every other RV park around here was close to $300.00 or OVEr 300., this place has perfect rates that on any budget you can afford. We are close to everything, even if your walking everything is within 2 miles, Walmart, Costco, 99 cent store, food and convenience stores all within one mile. Ive been to a lot of RV parks... I like this one.

One star is extremely kind. The park is in a commercial area and easy to miss. The owner/ manager met us in the road on his scooter and allowed one person in at a time. I came with a 40 5th wheel and could not back into the spot as there are fences and cars lining the spots. Each area is fenced off. After arguing with the manager for a while about how far off of the fence I could get the camper he settled. There is only 30 amp service and you need a hard pvc pipe to hook up to sewage. I found a new camp site as soon as I could and left out immediately the next morning. I would not recommend this rv park to anyone even if you are looking for something for one night.
