We Love this place, lots of our relatives that live here. With many of friends too.

If your looking for a place to rent a lot for your trailer and you see this place run. Almost all of the homes are trashed the park supervisors position is always changing and they keep doing unethical things. I wold just stay out if you like to live in peace.

I will give this a 5 because Shawn, the interim Manager is great! Very professional and to the point. In the short time hes been helping with transition things get done faster and the previous anxiety of loosing homes to previous mismanagement has dwindled to almost zero!

Recently the management has changed. We no longer live in fear.

From a 4 to a 1 again.Update. 2/13/2019 aold manager up to her old tricks of lieing stealing and just out right obnoxious.Update 10/24/18 Under new management! Yay! God answers prayers!The park itself is not kept up and the management is far from professional and honest. The part of the park where people do not live is beautiful though, It is such a shame the management does not care about the trash and debris. this parks surroundings and amenities are beautiful.

I think this park is very fun down and alot of broken down mobile homes.Very sad.

SCAMMER! You buy they steal and resell your trailer. You buy it they take it. Do not fall for it I did and now my family is homeless!!!

Expensive rent which increases yearly. Manager harrasses tenants relentlesly. Many issues. Owner uncontactable.

Its an ok place to live if you have no other choice but the lot rent is way to high the people that run it are totally incompetent The plumbing is old and outdated and desperately needs to be upgraded Sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt Move in at your own risk
