This is the place where me and my boyfriend got our first place together. I love living here. It’s way better than what I’ve heard this place used to be and the park manager is AWESOME! As long as you listen to the rules and read your lease you don’t have issues. We plan to stay here for a while. Keep up the good work Tammy! And thank you for everything you’ve done!

We have lived in this location for 2 years now. We live in a brand new trailer and have had many maintenance issues. They have not repaired any of them in the two years we have been here. We had to call the city to force them to fix the issues that where existing when we moved in and they still haven’t repaired them. They have illegally charged us late fees for paying paying on time. We are under going a law suit against them. I do NOT recommend this community.

Ive lived here with my 2 children for almost a year and have never had any issues. I like the play structure, its easy to walk to, and there is a nice feild for my 3 year old to run in and my 5 year old to practice baseball. One of the only reasonably priced places in town if you cant afford to pay 1000 per month for rent/utilities.

The grass in empty lots are ubove my wast. I am 65 feet tall. This is a breading ground for snakes. I lived there for 20 years. I have never seen it look so bad.

I have lived here for a year. Our parking area is crumbled and I requested that it be fixed before we even moved in, I have since asked twice more. My husband is legally blind and this is a serious problem. I fell myself and received a severe sprain and still have problems with it after 2 months. When I notified them that I fell, I have notified them twice) they didnt even have the common courtesy to contact me. I would move out if I could find a place that we could afford.

I have lived here 5 years the first 3 wonderful then the owners that have it now bought it the past year I have spent in court fighting an eviction that the park manager gave back my lot rent before the month was ended and says I failed to pay it and refused the rest from the resource center before the month was even over hows that for a nice place to live just after I paid my trailer off
