The people here are very rude and in no way professional at all.... We were told one thing and was treated like trash. We paid a deposit of 400$ and first week which was 192.50$ and didnt even move in because the owner/manager said there were a few bugs behind the refrigerator, which was a lie this is what we recorded......hundreds of bugs ( we spent at least 200$ trying to kill them. And when we asked for at least the deposit back they said no . They r crooked people and heartless, they expected us to put our 2 yr old in this.....

I was actually gonna give 2 and a half stars. I had a HARD time seeing someone in the offoce. The sign say 730am til 330pm, it was the first time at 1000am and I got there at 3pm the second time to find out they have 2 offices. TOO MUCH RIGA-MAROE FOR ME

For those without credit or needing a short stay, $175 a week all bills paid, except phone, cable: furnished, not bad at all. Riff raff need not apply, they’ll kick you to the curb!

Its petty quite place throw the day at night people is in&out.Theres a car comes in every night same time an seats there in the park.&knowing she up to on good.

My oldest daughter lives there rent some furniture and all utilities furnished. Nice trailor but the rodes in the park need to be fixed. And there is hardly any yard area for children.No pets allowed in this park yall.

I lived there for a year paid my rent on time and had problems the whole time. 1st the trailer i moved in was full of bedbug when I moved . They kept telling me the were fleas not bed bugs. Then my air didnt work so I bought a window unit they would come into my home while in was gone and unplug my air conditioner. Then landlord started charging crazy power overages. My husband called him out on it and he pulled a gun in front of my children. Not a good place to live.

This place is horrible and slap full of drugs. I do not recommend it. If you try to live there Ill give you fair warning if you are as little as a week behind they will start giving you eviction notices and theyll cut your water lines. They keep the power in their name just so when youre late they can cut it off. Trust me its a hell hole there

Overpriced rent for the age and condition of the mobile homes in the park.

I dont know how nice the trailers are but I do know. That the people that rent them out are nice enough to work with their tenants.

Not clean run down I wouldnt live there!!

First the land lords were very nice. But the end wasnt pretty. We lived there from Jan 2016 to June 2016. $175 a week water & power included. It was not worth it! Light shined up from the floor at the sides of the wall in the bedroom. Holes in the floor. The smell of mold started in one part of the bedroom after about 2 months of living there. If you had any clothes fall in the floor, time to REWASH! They now smell of mold. The water kept braking as well. I asked about it multiple times, but only fixed once. then we got blamed for it breaking! This water problem caused us to have to boil water to do dished if someone took a shower. I would give one of my babies a bath, then boil water to give my other baby a bath. & you literally had 5 minutes or less to get your shower! The cheap air vents in the floor broke if you stepped on them. My 2 year old fell through one & hurt her leg very bad. The air was terrible!!! We ran 3 fans trying to get it below 75° in the place. (& it was a very small place) possums had tore into the air ducts, & they came into our home! My husband went to the bedroom & sat down on the bed. Heard something & turned to find a small possum on his pillow! I said something about this multiple multiple times & they just put in new but the same crappy vents. & we still had possums finding their way on some how. They never fixed the air problem & our place was directly in the sun! BUGS!!!! When we moved in I had to clean up big crap everywhere. But we only saw one every once in a while. After they fixed the water the guy worned us they might get bad. And they did!! I had to buy bug killer so we wouldnt bring them into our new place. Plus after A LOT of research we found out that the reason we had welps on us, was bed bugs. Ive never seen one in my life! But we had to through away a bed set because they had taken it over! Or last week there we slept on the floor of the living room. They were going up the wall! Turns out they were living in the walls & carpet, the hot weather brought them out more. All in all this place was freaking terrible!!!

If you are love living in broken trailers and roaches, then this is this place for your trailer trash butt.

Every unit is filled with mold, I dont know how this place is still allowed to rent anything

I give this place an F for failer the landlord dont want to fix the pot holes that are outside from the rain the cars shocks are going to get damage from that but the landlord doesnt care if that happens hes not going to pay to get the car fixed
