With the existing virus a movie theater is difficult to manage. B&B provides the best environment available. Too bad that there arent more patrons. Support your local theaters.

Looks like it was a really nice place once upon a time. I hope B&B is able to fix it up again.Edit: B&B has done an AMAZING job restoring this place! This is now one of my favorite theaters in the KC metro!

I went there on a Sunday afternoon and Michael was the employee working at the time and he was doing a remarkable job getting through the line of customers. IT WAS GREAT! I even had a free #1 combo on my account and one $5 off coupon!! I would highly recommend coming to the Overland Park 16 theater!

They upgraded their theatres. They are taking all precautions during this time, even taking seats off the list when choosing your seat. Consider supporting this family owned business!

The theater was clean. Staff was friendly and courteous. Chose this location by mistake (usually visit Westglen 18 in Shawnee). I prefer the layout of the Westglen better (although that is a personal preference), but the Overland Park 16 was ok; it did not diminish the movie-going experience.

Nice reclining reserved seats. Kids love the screen play. Easy parking. Friendly staff.

Love this theater and glad that unlike AMC they are open for business. I believe AMC will wish they had opened much sooner with Covid19 having a 99.9% survival rate... Keep up the great work B&B!

The service here was great and worth the price. They have 2 types of theaters, A regular one and one with a kids play area inside. So theres variety there. Everything else gives you your basic movie needs! There are recliner chairs that lean all the way back and the sounds systems are crisp and clear!

Th website does not work to order tickets. Used correct password but it said it was not correct. Tried to change password and it said that option was not available at this time. This has happened numerous times over the past two months. Tried calling but no option allows you to speak to anyone. I dont need to know movies available, movie times or directions which are the only three options before it disconnects.

My favorite theater! Seats are comfy and the popcorn is yummy.

I really love this theater. Fun lobby decor, and good auditoriums. Weve been here three times since theyve reopened post-COVID, and everything is totally clean and the staff is really nice. The new seats are pretty comfy, although I wish you could recline without putting the foot rest up. Its never very crowded (even before COVID), which is crazy to me because it is so much better than any of the AMC theaters in the area. The last several times Ive gone to AMCs there have been issues with the projection, sound, and/or cleanliness, and I have only had an issue (sound) at B&B once, and it was three years ago. B&B is vastly superior to the competition, and always makes for a good night out.

Best theatre in town. The staff is friendly and helpful. Its clean, Love the support B&B provides to our special needs community. I hope they continue this outreach. Snacks, although more pricy than you will pay at the grocery or drug store, they are fresh and the least expensive Ive experienced re theatre treats in the area. This is our favorite theatre. Just love the vibe. NICE job B&B!! One negative...the sound in the theater is always too loud..oops.

The 4-D movie was cool

Was a great theater before, and its even better now. Last time I was there, they were doing construction. But the theatres they have finished are awesome, with nice reclining/heated seats. Prices are reasonable.

It’s been a while since we’ve been to the B&B but WOW! They have made amazing improvements since we were here last. Heated recliners lots of foot room between the seats, a well stocked bar for incredible adult beverages and of course a awesome concession area

Thia is my favorite theater in the metro. The Tuscan inspired design is inventive and reminiscent of the architectural style of The Plaza. The individual theaters have always been clean with an impressive sound and picture quality, and the staff always provides great customer service.

Have been going to these theaters long before they became B&B. Experience is consistently good. Always clean. They dont have the lounger chairs but the seats are comfortable and I like the overall experience of the theater well enough that I actually choose it over another place I used to go to that does have the loungers. Easy to get to and parking is always readily available. I happen to like the ambience of the interior decor too. Update: Now they have the lounger chairs!

This theater has improved a lot in the past few years and has become one of my favorite ones in the city. The Screen & Play theaters at great if you have small kids. The seats are comfortable and the food and drinks are good.

Family run family fun. Highly recommend!

With the new upgrades, we feel extremely lucky to have the B&B so close to our house. The seats are great. The new flat breads are delicious, and its still cheaper than the other theaters in the area.

Great movie theater. I loved the heated and reclined seats. The only issue is that this is the second time Ive been to a B&B theater and I had to alert the staff that it was past the start time of the movie and the screen was blank.

Their heated seats were so cool! They were also really comfortable. Ticket prices and concessions were pretty average. The popcorn wasnt over salted which is great. Overall a really great experience, would recommend them to others.

This is a great theater! They have heated seats!! This theater is in Overland Park, Kansas, and we have had a lot of cold weather. Nothing feels better than sitting in a heated seat and watching a movie in the big screen. There is also a full-service bar on site.

Recently remodeled theaters are a delight! The heated recliners are oversized and very comfortable. Love their popcorn.

Its a really nice place the recliner seats are awesome. theres plenty of space between each row to be fully reclined and have other moviegoers walked comfortably between the rows. Its a nice place to take the family.

I love this theater, its kinda fancy! It makes you feel like you are in italy.Love the comfortable seats and the hot dog combo but its a little$$!Vin Diesel was here for one time only to see It chapter II with me and others friends and family.People know him as a great actor but hes like a part of our family.Sadly,he was here for one week visit.We all wish that B&B theater would have an App, it would be great.However, we still love B&B theaters!

This was our first time here, so we didnt know what to expect. We were very pleased all around. The service was exceptional. The concessions were great. The seating was very comfortable with both reclining and heating features. The sound and picture were excellent. This is a little further from home for us, but we decided it is well worth the trip.

Great movie theater, seats are comfortable size not cramped together. Prices are actually low considering the great experience. Employees were very nice and seemed very attentive in their duties. Theater was clean well beyond normal standards. We saw Lion King and had a great time there and will definitely go there from now on.

This theater has amazing reclining chairs that have seat warmers and it was clean. Im definitely going back to this theater again.

The upgrades they have made makes the movie watching experience so comfortable. They also have a nice bar there for some adult drinks.

All the employees were extremely nice and helpful. they were extremely busy, but they were quicker then any other movie theater Ive ever been to. All the seats were recliners, heated and even had their own personal table trays. Best movie theater Ive ever been to!

This is a really nice theater. In my opinion ALL B&B theaters are nice but this one is by far the nicest ive seen. Plush comfy seats that recline and are heated I believe. This one also has the kids play area in one of the theaters which is a nice touch.

One stop to watch all Indian movies, good seating and well maintained, I like the popcorn at B&B and seating is very nice in theater.

I was favorably impressed by all the upgrades that had taken place since the last time I was there several years ago. The reclining and heated seats were very nice and the concessions were reasonably priced for a movie theater. I like the smaller auditoriums because it seems more like my home theater at home. The sound system was very good also. My grandsons informed me that some of the movies are in the auditoriums with the 4D affect.

Best movie theater chain in existence. They CARE about the movie experience and thus offer you beautiful theaters with great sound, a good sized screen and very comfortable seats. This one in particular is so atheistically pleasing. I love just walking around the theater and looking around.

We took the kids to see Bad Boys For Life in Grand Screen. Reclining and heated seats. Pretty pricey but totally worth it. Youd have to see a movie there for yourself to experience it. It was honestly badass!

Loved this theater. Not overly crowded. Wonderfully large seats that recline. The aisles are huge so you dont feel crowded. They do great promotions for kids and the playground theater is great. Add in the bar and its a cant miss.

They have reclining chairs with seat heaters. The kiosks to get tickets on your own dont work. They wont tell you though; the workers will just stand there, watch you pay, then when you complain about the tickets not coming out of the machine they will tell you that they dont work.

Kind of a hidden “gem” down south. Not as big a name as AMC obviously but great facility and screens, and generally easier to find tickets for those popular flicks

The service was amazing! Those young adults were intentionally attentive and helpful. Thats pretty impressive when all they did was take my money for movie tickets and concession items. You dont see that very much anymore so I had to comment. One young lady even made a point to say thank you for coming & hope you enjoyed the movie to everyone as we were leaving the screen room (or whatever they call those separate theaters). I liked that.

The new renovated reclining heated seats are very comfortable and have added B&B in our favorite list again.

Ticket prices are good, but the second you walk through the door you see why. We spent $16 on cold popcorn, and flat soda. Was not what we were expecting I wont be going back. Stick with AMC!!

Two words: Variety Kids. The commercial is amazing because I love how they support it and its local. Also the staff is generally friendly. Its cheaper than most places and it has nice seats and stuff. Highly recommend.

Havent been here since it was the Palazzo. Very nice theater with comfortable seats (cushioned leather, reclining, and with warmers in the lower back rest!). Saw a matinee and we were the only ones in the theater (which always helps).

Nice local theater but no way to get ahold of anyone if you have questions. The phone number leads to a recording with no option to speak to a live person or to leave a message. Very frustrating and seems like a basic necessity for any business.

B&B theaters are known for being family-owned, small business feel, and best prices. This theater is no exception. There is a charm with the styling and it is getting renovated current (Spring 2019). There is a bar and spacious accommodations. Will updated after renovations for comfort and design changes.

Love the new layout of the place and the innovativeness being added. Definitely adding to the experience of going to the movies. Way to raise the bar!

Seats were comfortable guest relations poor. Concessions were good but totally overpriced. Concession staff friendly. Ticket taker was snooty.

I went for MX4D for watching Lion King movie which is a motion EFX just to feel the its experience. If you are planning to watch Movie,you should be select appropriate type of movie such as Adventure, thriller. This wont work out if you watch drama type Movies. Overall Its a very good experience.

I love going to a B&B theater! They have done a great job fixing up some of the eye sores that were left from the previous owners of the Palazzo, well done B&B the fountain planter looks great!

IMAX theatre was great but missing popcorn cheddar popcorn ruined the night. Thats the primary reason I come here.

Hello to new and remodel B&B! They are still remodeling some of the theater but went to the Giant Screen. New carpet, new heated lounge chairs! YES! It also smell like a new place. Staff were friendly as I got my popcorn and drinks. Very clean too. Sounds of the theater was good and had a great time here with my mom and friends. Would come back here again.

Wow, they recently raised their ticket prices by 25%. Guess we are paying for the new cushy, reclining seats and bar.

What can I say? Once you have been to one theater you have basically experienced all of them. It was my first visit to a B&B Theater. The seats were comfortable (extremely important). However the theaters are on the small side. I appreciated that it was not teeming with people. The bathroom was clean & well stocked. I find it deplorable when bathrooms are out of soap and/or toilet paper. I am certain that I will enjoy another movie at this theater in the near future!

Comfortable, refurbished theater with 16 theaters. We saw a movie in one of the newest stadium seating theaters. The over-stuffed seats reclined and heated up,if desired.

This is a nice, small theater. The theater has been remodeled, and the lobby was very nice looking. The theater we were in had comfortable, reclining seats. The seats also had an option for heat on your lower back. The audio and screen seemed to be a lower quality than my usual theater (AMC Barrywood). However, the seats were more comfortable and the space between seats and rows was more reasonable. The tickets were also a lot cheaper than my usual theater. Finally, the restroom was clean. I was impressed by this. Most theater restrooms are gross. All in all, I would go back.

Love this theatre over any other location.
