Riverbend Park

Seems to be a nice place to go and enjoy a picnic. We took our two dogs with us as they love the water. Seems everytime we go there is always someone with their dog not on a leash. So we have to sit in the car and wait for them to leave. Other wise it is really peaceful there and nice to enjoy. Plenty of parking and easy to get in and out.

Neatly manicured park but I was expecting to see more river access. Bathrooms are clean, stocked, and wheelchair accessible. There are two parking lots. The first is near the sandy river access. The second is near the boat ramp.

Nice walking trail along the water. Some parts are still closed to traffic. Looks like a good place to run around with your dog. I imagine flying a kite here on a windy day.

I have not been to dog park. I do walk my dog at River Bend. Very pleasant. Some workers always cleaning. I do not go down to new beach . The meat bees are aggressive.

Nice park just be aware of the homeless on some of the walking paths. The Saturday morning farmers market is nice. All of the vendors are friendly.

Awesome park something for everyone, real big park with plenty of parking/bathrooms !

Great park. Disk golf, soccer, covered outdoor seating, bikeable paths, on the lower Feather River with ample parking and ramped cement walkways too.

Its a decent place with nice scenery near the river. Swimming is popular in this park. I would suggest more consistency on the maintenance throughout the park n definitely security for the childrens safety.

Beautiful but hard to walk on their very nice path due to questionable people hanging around there.

Its a beautiful park with everything you would need to have a great outdoor gathering!

Riverbend is really coming together after the dam crisis. Just got a new sand beach and WOW its so nice! Great place for the little ones to safely splash in the water, wheelchair access to most park places, soccer field and tons of other little places to explore!

Great place to take your kids or dogs! There is a sandy beach, a disk golf course, and a trail that goes around the entire park. There are restrooms so you can spend a lengthy amount of time here with out worrying about the bathroom.

It. Was my first time visiting this park and I must say it was nice..... I wish Woodland had a park like this one.

There are great places to bbq at tbus park...not too much for a swimming destination, tho...so keep that in mind...but excellent for a birthday party or graduation. Dont corget to lock up your car because there are those people around that will steal your wallet or purse RIGHT OUT OF YOUR CAR.

Fun park but needs more swim spots. Very nice new beach they made.

Great location to play a round of frisbee golf, if you can keep up with the boys that is!

Its a really good place to be at and theres a mini farmers market there every Saturday morning and a great place for kids to swim at.

Beautiful Park along the Feather River. Great place to go to get outside. Theres barbecue pits, picnic tables, bike trails & frisbee golf. It has a nice play area for the kiddies. You can reserve space to have a party. Clean bathrooms.

Good place. You should go there and stand six feet apart while hanging out with a crowd, at least until we have a vaccine.

When we went. Very few people. So it wasnt crowded. A perfect day with family

This is such a beautiful park. Its a great place to hang out with the family. Its pet friendly too. There is a dog park but it is in need of a lot of work. It doesnt look nearly as clean as the rest of the park. 5 stars if the dog park was just as beautiful as the rest of the area.

This is always a great place to have a weekend get away, especially when you have a large amount of people and family. After all, the Riverbend is right there to jump in when its hot.

Sandy beaches along the ri Erie look great. Nice to see everyone enjoying the park.

Beautiful park. It has lots of picnic areas and a long trail along the river. Boat dock is here, and childrens playground. There are two swiming areas along the river,and soccer fields. Lots of things to do. I see any people walking their pets along the trails.

Really cool park to have right off the freeway near Oroville. Lots of amenities here. A little messy with garbage in the table areas, but otherwise really nice.

Family friendly and free access to picnic areas with WC and free launching for your kayaks, canoes, small boats. Watch soccer games by local players and enjoy friends and family picnics with BBQs!Separate area for a dog run (available leashes at the park or bring your own)...fishing and launch areas on a small pond with easy access in/out the Feather River!Friendly staffs :)

Met there for UDW Drive Thru Event. It was good to see our union family out backing us up.

My hubby plays Disc golf here. I love this park. Most of the guys do what they can to keep it nice. Just before a tournament they trimmed so trees that people where running into and trying to snap the limbs off. Always leave a place better then when you came.

2 years fix the park after the flood. Familys with kids out having fun. No homeless people leaving there GARBAGE.

Pretty cool has 2 disc golf courses. A boat launch, cool statues, bathrooms and some other cool stuff

Good place for a walk

So excited to see this course open again. Still some maintenance need but that will come all in good time. Locals skip hole 15 due to flooding issues.

Very nice place to have birthday parties

Clean, vagrant free, well taken care of and this park has a very safe feeling to it.

First time here, moved to Paradise two years ago (house did not burn).Disc golfing with my two brothers. Was impressed with the park overall. Many people having a good time. Families and couples, some groups. Park is clean, still under restoration according to the sign. With that said it was difficult to tell that restoration was a work in progress. We liked the improvements so far.Go with a friend or two if not a group. Be wary of homeless and transients in the area. Though, this day we saw no activity of that type. Always keep your belongings secure and make sure you lock your car. Dont leave anything of value in view. Enjoy!

Usually quiet, very clean. The walk by the river is nice. Ive been here at all times of the way and walked from bridge to bridge and never felt unsafe. My biggest problem is with the number of people who allow their dogs off leash throughout the park. I have a small dog and fights do happen. Otherwise, Im here several times a week and appreciate the work that goes into keeping it nice.

The Parks really nice

That was my first time being there. It was very beautiful. Even the walk to the water was really nice. Not a to place you would be able to find unless you knew what you were looking for. I will definitely be going back there next summer.

This is definitely a very unusual Park. It has everything you think a park should have anymore. Theres even dirt roads you can travel down to go to fishing ponds. Of course the river runs through the park. There is a long bike/walking path. Great parking.They have a play fountain for Kids to run around in swimsuits. There were some adults running around swimsuits too! I wish I could unsee that part! Just because you can go out and swim suit, doesnt mean you should. Just the tip!

Orovills shining star. The park is looking great! We enjoy walking or dog early in the morning and evenings. Sometimes theres homeless hanging around, but the park staff does a great job of keeping the park clean.

We have been reconnecting with each other by walking our little dog here every evening. She loves it. The park is beautiful at sunset and all the people weve crossed paths with have been very nice.

Wonderful scenery. Had a memorial for my son and it was peaceful and well maintained. Although it was a sad time. The atmosphere made it pleasant and the acoustics were great so we could all hear

Secluded, Clean, Quiet on the weekdays. A great place to have a quiet lunch next the river.

Riverbend is a great place for families to go on a hot day. It is also good for barbecue lovers and picnics. There are some times concerts in the summer. You can also go to AA or NA. The river is a place for salmon fishing at the right time of year too. My kids and I had alot of great times there when they were little. Have fun.

Best park in town. Best soccer fields. Great kids play area, two of them. Bathrooms are alright. If there was a basketball court, it would get 6 stars.

No admission fee and its been cleaned up since they flooded it. Nice place to do Pokemon go, take the kids, or have a picnic.

Love this park. Wish we had one like this in Sutter County.

This is a great park to stroll in from one park feature to another. Big playgrounds, rock climbing area, water play area in the summer, river access, soccer fields, covered picnic tables, frisbee golf, bike path.... and pokemon. I had a wonderful time with my grandchildren all afternoon.

It was okay. Too many berry vines to wade through when your throw isnt spot on. They need to clean it up. Kinda trashy. It would be really fun if it was maintained better. The T pads and baskets are really nice. Also youve got to watch out for people just walking through the park.

They have made major improvements to this park and is a great place to visit.

Cool spot for some family time. Very good location but there needs to be better maintenance for the bathrooms.. been here twice and the bathrooms were gross

Would be an awesome park (near the water, trails, jungle gym, picnic tables) but you can’t enjoy any of it because of the trash and weeds growing up and over everything.

Went for a little kids birthday party. First time at the park. The park was clean and well maintained. I enjoyed the place. Would give it 5 stars, but some kind of horrible alarm was going off in the bathroom the entire time I was there.

River bend is a very nice park. This park has just been renovated. Nice playground.

Nice sidewalk trail for walking or biking. Also has a 13 + ( not sure how many) hole frisbee golf course challenge. A few spots with good access to the river. Didnt have much luck fishing on this visit but maybe next time.

Nice park for the kids water is very cold. Nice fishing and boat dock to have fun.

Very nice place to kick back and just take in the day with a cook out!!! Have nice grills!!!!

Great disc golf course. A little swampy on hole #15, because of all the rain.

After the park had to close because of the big floods and evacuation. The park looks even better than it was. It is worth it to book a nice covered barbecue area for parties
