Best park for kids and adults!! Totally wish Id known about it sooner. Free park. Basketball baseball and tennis court and the playground is every kids dream. I brought all 5 of my kids and no complaints. Yes theres a restroom and water fountain if thirsty. Although Id recommend bringing your own drinks because the water fountain only pushes out warm water.

We love this park. Even my husband and I were able to play with our grandson on this wood playground.

I have lived in the the Ormond Beach area all my life and have always enjoyed everything at the nova recreation center. I have just gotten interested in pickle ball and I sure wish that they would get courts with lights for it. I have been there for several nights and the courts with lights are always empty, could you please put pickle ball on those courts also, or add lights to the other courts so more people can play under the lights. My stars would then be a 5. Thank you!!!!

My son loves this park so much. Hed rather come here than Chuck E. Cheese or Dave & Busters and that is not to talk bad about those places because he really enjoys it there too. However, this park is magical and the kids know it, the parents know it and the community knows it. Its always in great condition. I once saw a broken swing and the next day it was repaired. There is a racquet ball court, basketball court, tennis court, gymnastics gymnasium, skate park, two baseball fields, a massive playground which was contributed by the city and local artists and architects. It has a very nostalgic feeling and reminds me of where I used to play as a child. I take my son to Dairy Queen right next door to get ice cream and if hes really hungry theres a pizza shop nearby. The location is outstanding! I love this place almost as much as my son!!

I wish there was an easier way to get to The pavilions insideinside the kids park and said you have to go through a huge maze. But it was still really nice and not that bad just hard with a large stroller

We spent hours at Raindow Park and would have stayed longer if it wasnt so hot out. A great place to go.

So amazing! I cant believe how amazing the park was here. They have different areas for different age children. There is so much for a toddler to do. The trees covered everything with beautiful shade. I wish Jacksonville had a park like this. Thank you so much for giving us a beautiful park to play at on our visit to Ormond Beach

I love this park, but we have taken up the new sport of pickleball but we can not play during the day because we work. So I wish you would add lights to the pickleball courts or at least make one of the tennis courts that are under the lights also a pickleball court. Right now the only courts we can find with lights is in port orange, which is too far to drive every night. We would be very happy if you could make this happen. Thank you so much

Rainbow park is a classic mainstay of Ormond Beach. So much to do in one location. Skate park is amazing. Waking path is awesome. Picnic tables are in great shape and a path that will keep littles attention for hours.

I love this park I used to go to All Childrens but theres no shading for the kids. The park is fully enclosed and there are plenty of kids running around, theres also a basketball, baseball, tennis and a handball court. The skate park is right across from the playground. This is one of the best parks in the volusia area.

The Rainbow Park- a childrens playground - is big, and offers different activities for children of all ages. The toddler area is separated from the larger area. I love that there is a lot of shade so the children can play in the afternoon also.There are other areas for games and picnics in the center.

Great skating park. Good racket ball courts (4) and plenty of parking next to each activity. Gets busy sometimes but that makes it more fun. The best part is that most of the park is free Acess, including the skating part.

I have never seen a community center with such a variety of offerings to the public! We are from out of town and bright our kids (ages 2, 7, and 9) to the playground which was nothing short of fantastic! None of them wanted to leave! As we walked around we saw the various ballfields, training areas, skate park and so on. While it left room to be desired as far as bathrooms it was a small detail in comparison to everything else they did provide!

I once loved this place. Even reserved a space here to host my fitness classes - until out of the blue they claimed my children couldnt play ball here because we lived out of city limits, which we dont. It only became a problem with one person who happened to be white. Clearly they have racists working here denying residents access. Not surprising in Ormond Beach.

Hey Mom and Dads....come on out, bring the kids, theyll love it! I defiantly love the WOOD playgrounds the cities are remodeling with nowadays. I personally grew up with METAL play equipment at the local parks. Which, I had no problem with except....burning my a** in my swimsuit going down a Silver Metal Slide in the Summer time! lol...but nowadays the kids just arent tough enough, so the WOOD, RUBBER-GROUND... playgrounds are a nice touch!

My family and I love coming to the park here! It has so much space for young kids to play freely, and a basketball court for some older kids and adults. Definitely am making this a regular stop on out of town trips.

Very disappointed. Went to the cat show the other morning Not only was access not clearly marked for anyone that has never been there before. But parking was also not clearly marked. P4 parking at all different angles blocking complete rows of cars. They need someone outside to supervise this. Im disabled and there wasnt even a place that I could get out at the door.

Needs a little upkeep but the lids always have a great time!

We hosted a square dance in the gymnasium here, so this is not a review from a regular user. I would describe the facility as an average community center, clean and reasonably well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. One of the main difficulties was that the building was hard for many of our dancers to find, even with GPS guidance. If you have an event here, be sure to provide your guests with detailed directions, so they don’t have to drive through the entire Nova complex to find your event.

Rainbow park is hands down the best park for kids in this area. Perfect for birthday parties or just to let the kids run and play. Completely enclosed with one way in or out. Plenty of benches and picnic tables for the adults. Dairy Queen is right next door and the perfect end to a fun day at the park.

Great skate park and lots of friendly skaters, scooter riders and bike/BMX riders. Been bringing my 4 year old here and the big kids have been super patient and helpful to her.

We like this park very much. It is fenced all the way around with only one way in and out.However with younger children it can be a bit hard to keep track of them as it is a large play area. Even the toddler side is large. I expect as the kids get bigger it will be a easier time for mom and dad at this park.Weekends are quite busy.The rest rooms are kind of far, over by the skate park.But all in all a great playground.

This park is excellent for the hole family. From a full sized skate park to well maintained tennis, basketball, and baseball fields. Also the walking/ jogging paths are perfect smooth and take a pretty scenic route.

This is an amazing park. I havent ventured to the sports side but I know the have baseball/softball fields. As for the playground side its awesome. The playground is huge and completely fenced in with only 1 exit. There are basketball courts and I believe an area for skate boards.

I have been going to this park since I was a child and now my own child gets to grow up at the same playground I did. I appreciate the renovations to keep it child friendly and safe. Such a great place to make memories!

We had a birthday party in one of their many gazebos, the kids loved it and it was comfortable for parents.

They need another bathroom closer to the Pavilions. And a exit to the back Pavilion.

I live in Ormond Beach. Perfect place to exercise alone or with your family and friends. Safety and clean.

The coolest jungle gym. Well maintained grounds. Clean bathrooms and convienant. My children and I enjoy our time there!

The greatest park in Florida. Theres too much to do there in a day. Clean park and recreation areas and friendliest staff and great community as well. Also its a safe environment for kids to gather, socialize and play .

I grew up in this area, and have always loved this park. They are always keeping up on mainainting the area and when called for the do complete renovations. There seems to be something new every time we go. From baseball diamonds to skate park to racquetball and tennis. This place has it all for an outing.

NOVA community center a place you can play basketball indoors got skatepark basketball indoor outside baseball racquetball not bad good place for your family if you like sports thats the place to be they got gymnastic indoors not bad patrolled by cops all the time so pretty safe yeah I recommend that for your family if you are into sports or just hang out with your kids

Best park for miles around

Being one of the only parks in Ormond, its very busy. Nice park for the kids. Just keep an eye out weve seen some unusual people there sometimes.

Went here for Rainbow Park. It is the largest childrens playground in the area. Not just 1 small playset with a slide.It has a large wooden Castle Motif including walkways above ground and staircases leading up. It has 5 slides, multiple swings, tire swings, climbing ropes, climbing cargo Nets, balance beams and Teeter totters.Definitely worth a visit from any child.

Id give skate park a better rating but because of a punk teenager arguing with my 6 year old and running his mouth to me. Im giving it 3 stars. Always a rotten apple to ruin a cool place.

Grew up loving this place as a kid/raising kids who love this place! Very imaginative for youngings and keeps the older ones active/outdoors/ and very much interested in the many activities here.
