Loved footgolf at Oak Trail. It was incredibly hot though so I would recommend bringing a few bottles of ice cold water as you will definitely get a workout in. As is the Disney way everything is meticulous and clean. The cast members are friendly and the facilities are well kept. Would definitely go back during “cooler” months.

The course was in good shape. The only problem was for the second week in a row it was cart path only. Last week only two holes were wet and we walked. This week most of the holes were wet. This week most definitely was Court path only. Otherwise we had a good time.

Believe it or not, one of my favorite courses. If you can shoot par here, you can anywhere. Not very long, but narrow fairways, postage stamp greens (a few turtle-backs) strategically placed traps and flags. Youd better keep it in play and, your short game better be good! So much fun! Of course the Disney staff are by far above average. Friendly, welcoming, happy to see you. Nothing but love from this life-time golfer.

Beware, your reservation for this particular course may not be honored. Our daughter wanted to play a course with a Mickey bunker as part of her birthday celebration after winning her first golf tournament this summer. I realize one bunker has little do do with the actual game/course, but to a 9-year-old.....it is significant. Although our reservation/tee time was prepaid/reserved for Magnolia weeks ago, my husband and daughter were turned away for a private party this morning and sent to a different course. The attendant working told them that the course may change any reservation at will without notice. She voiced that they sometimes try to call to let you know, but not always. We had reserved no call, text, or email communicating the change. The attendant was also entirely unapologetic for their oversight.

This course is ok but they have to worst customer courtesy ever. My group sets a annual golf trip to the area and Magnolia is typically a great track and we try to play it every year. We just got a call telling us that the tee time we scheduled a few week ago is no long available due to a tournament being scheduled and with the golf trip a week away there is limited options of course to play with decent tee times. This is the second time at this same course we’ve had issues. The first time around they told us that our tee time was moved back an hour with out notice!

I would like to congratulate the course because according to Mr. Birds review from 1 week ago they did a fantastic job to get this course in the shape that I played on today. The only thing he got right was the friendliness of the staff. The course deserves its 4 plus rating in my book

This used to be a nice little walking course in good shape. It was mostly ruined by Disney promoting it as a family course and having little kids and families who have never played golf before. Holes #5, 6 and 7 are far from a beginners course for kids. So naturally, pace of play is often an issue at this place. Now, the conditions are really slipping. Tee boxes are half weeds and half dirt. Fairways are choppy with holes and dirt. Grass isnt being maintained and is dead and trampled down. This place isnt worth the $20+ they are charging at all. Maybe about $10 tops now. Sad.I have heard rumors about a change in plans with the Mangnolia course moving some holes around. I wouldnt be surprised to see this last of the 9 hole walking courses in Orlando closed in the near future since everything Disney does now is for Wall Street and not people.

Played after three pm on a Thursday($39)...and it was packed! The Palms was shut down for maintenance, so that might have had something to do with the crowd. The Magnolia punched its greens a couple if weeks ago, so there was some still some Humpety Bumpety while putting, and the greens were fast. The fairways were in great shape and the overall experience was positive. There was even a couple of Deer and turkeys roaming around the course. I approached the deer to see if it was animatronic... it was real. Id say the layout is fine, a typical Flirida course, but I was expecting some Disney magic, just a little disapointed.I would definitely come back and play the Palms.

Disney Oak Trail Foot golf was a new / fun outing with the family. Finding new and fun things that don’t result in an eye ball roll from my teenagers (18 & 15) is not always easy to find.My Tips if you go here to play foot golf:- -Stretch Before - My family members are all pretty athletic, but we were sore for a few days after).- -Stay Hydrated- We brought a bottled water for each person, but it wasn’t enough. They have a drink station out in the middle of golf course, but it only accepts cash/coin. There is a Water fountain at drink station, but it is not the best tasting water.- -Can’t move too slow on each hole- Typically golfers (regular golfers and foot golfers) are waiting to use the green next. The golf course is mixed with all golfers.- -Pay attention to the map- Paper Map they hand out is a bit confusing, with little land marks which makes it easy to miss a hole. We missed a few, but decided it was better to skip then walk ALL THE WAY back. Too bad the map wasn’t digital and GPS based.- -Total time to complete- About 2.5 hours total.- - Fun Tip- Look out for a hidden golf ball stuck in the tree near hole 17. ️

Wow, what can I say. Very disappointed with the Magnolia course. I currently live 2 hours away. My friends and I we very excited to have a chance to play the famous Walt Disney World Magnolia Golf Course. Staff was great, couldnt be nicer. At first I was impressed with the nice putting green, though it was slow but at least it was smooth and the ball rolled well. My first clue was the driving range. Mats only. Im sure this is because the maintenance staff doesnt want to do their job and maintain the hitting area. Who ever heard of paying $140 to play at a course but to warm up on mats? If Arnold Palmer or Walt Disney were alive they would both be very disappointed with the condition of this course. Yea, I know they will want to use the Covid 19 as an excuse for it, as do all companies. There is no excuse for this. I bought Group Golfer rounds. On the advertisement for it was told great course. Regularly $140 per round for a discount to $69. Last time I played the Magnolia was back in the early 1990s. It was fantastic. Really a gem and worth top dollar. A PGA tour stop and maintained that way. Today I would rate is a decent municipal course worth about $35 per round. NOT the $69 I paid or the $140 GG claimed it to be worth. What a let down. Bare spots on all greens, weeds on all greens, weeds throughout the fairways and the rough was mostly weeds. Bunkers were in decent shape. Greens were slow and bumpy, was probably punched a few weeks ago, all holes filled over but no sand used to level the surface (was not informed of this when I made my tee time). Lots of bare spots all over the course, lots of areas just sand. Trees are not being trimmed (sign of a great and well maintained course). As a result low branches that catch stray shots. In addition lots of areas with no grass under the trees because sunlight can not get to the grass for it to grow. Lots of tree roots exposed. Lots of bare spots by cart paths. Lots of trash and debris in all ponds/lakes.Again not bad for a $35 local or municipal course. If I were Disney, I would not want my name/brand associated with this course. Better to make it an overflow parking lot. What a real shame. VERY, VERY disappointed. I assumed that Disney still ran the golf operations and maintained the course. They do not. It is now run by the Arnold Palmer company. I have played a few courses that were run by the Arnold Palmer Group. I assume this is very expensive for the course owner. Typically they do not get their moneys worth. Overpriced and under maintained. Money must all be going to profit, top heavy management or overhead, very little to the course. If this is not the case then the superintendent needs to be replaced with someone that can get the job done with the resources allocated to him/her. In my opinion Disney needs to take this back over and return it to its former glory. Unfortunately I bought 4 of these deals. My dilemma is what to do with the other 3? Maybe the Palm or Lake Buena Vista will be better. I doubt it though. Think twice before wasting your money here. There are many fine course in and around Orlando, I would try them.

We did the new Footgolf course at Oak Trail. It was our first time doing Footgolf and it was a lot of fun! Disney has some work to do to make this a better experience, however. The signage to find holes was terrible and confusing. Also, they need more nets to fish out balls when hit in the water. The course is beautiful with wild turkeys, deer and other animals around. Be prepared to walk - we walked five miles playing Footgolf!

Very strict golf course for family. First your meet at a security gate and need to check ids of several family members. At bag check you think your checking out a new car and not rented clubs. Then you get the time speech that you need to be done in 2hours and 15 minutes. And they come check. Yes golf is included with plus tickets but club rental they make a killing. Think twice before you decide this will be fun. Leaving you need to go out another gate. Not family friendly not recommended unless your a glutton for punishment

Played the Oak Trail course today as part of a foursome. The staff at the clubhouse was friendly. The course is well kept. My only complaint....I don’t appreciate being hassled by the starter and being told I need to hurry up because the twosome behind me is catching up. How is it expected that four people playing golf, at a fairly reasonable pace, are supposed to move faster then two people who teed off before we even finished the first hole? While I do appreciate that there needs to be a certain pace, this expectation seems unrealistic as group sizes vary.

The course itself is generally in very good condition. Don’t think the layout really lives up to the expectations created by the 4.5 star average review. The greens were slow, but the pace of play was even slower. It took us around 2 hours to play the first 6 holes and very little was being done to encourage the slow groups to pick up their pace. It’s hard to enjoy a round of golf when you spend more time sitting waiting than actually playing. The staff were all exactly as you would expect from a Disney venue: extremely helpful, happy, and keen to ensure that you had a “magical Disney Experian”. They definitely deserve 5 stars.

Disneys Magnolia Golf Course, rated 4-1/2 stars: Theres plenty to admire here at Disneys Magnolia, one of the undoubted stars of Walt Disney World Golf, and the longest of the Disney courses by some margin. Once we were on the first tee, everything was great until we left the 18th green. Im not one to be pampered by the staff and rarely complain. Id eat a raw hot dog at the turn and keep my mouth shut. I get the everybody has a bad day concept. BUT I have never played a caliber of course like this and been treated rudely by both staff people at this place. We had the last tee time on a Friday afternoon after quite a few rain showers. We were informed SEVERAL times by the staff that everyone had cancelled, cart path only, no rain checks or refunds, are you SURE you want to risk it, etc. We are from NY and just wanted to get our round in, thats what we came for. We played 18, course to ourselves, without a raindrop and a gorgeous sunset. When we returned the cart, the pro shop was dark and closed. There was nobody in sight and we needed a voucher for return transportation to our hotel. Thankfully, the neighboring course attendant was still there and took care of us. He got us out of a tough situation. Take the staff out of the equation and you have a nice golf course. Rating for course: 5 stars. Staff rating: well, you just read it.

Disneys property includes four golf courses. The three 18-hole golf courses are Disneys Palm (4.5 stars), Disneys Magnolia (4 stars), and Disneys Lake Buena Vista (4 stars). There is also a nine-hole walking course (no electric carts allowed) called Oak Trail, designed for young golfers. The Magnolia and Palm courses played home to the PGA Tours Childrens Miracle Network Hospitals Classic. Arnold Palmer Golf Management manages the Disney golf courses.Additionally, there are two themed miniature golf complexes, each with two courses, Fantasia Gardens and Winter Summerland. The two courses at Fantasia Gardens are Fantasia Garden and Fantasia Fairways. The Garden course is a traditional miniature-style course based on the Fantasia movies with musical holes, water fountains and characters. Fantasia Fairways is a traditional golf course on miniature scale having water hazards and sand traps. The two courses at Winter Summerland are Summer and Winter, both themed around Santa.
