I havent played this course in years and forgot how nice it was. Course was in really great shape, especially the greens. Some scenic holes with overhanging trees. The only down side was they were not offering individual carts to golfers (as many other courses are doing) without paying additional cart fee.

Fun challenging course but the price was a little high. The fairways were not in very good shape.

Ill start with the good. Greens were fun. They held the ball so you could really go for the pin.... Thats about all of the good. In the condition it is in... About a $25 track.... Roughs were so long you loose your ball 3 feet in front of you. They just treated for weeds so half the fairways and t boxes were yellow or dead... If it were in better shape it could be fun... Layout was fun... Not to hard, not too easy.

Great shape this course is in and the greens are really fast. Some were sanded on the back but still rolled true. Fairways were in great shape as well as the tee boxes. Did not shoot that well but just out for fun and practice.

A $25 course. The fairways and most tee boxes were in horrible shape. Several greens needed attention. And we were required to share a cart.

This course is horrible, and is an eyesore every time you drive through the surrounding neighborhoods. The management team there should be ashamed to command the prices they list!

Nice houses and condos very secure

Greens were decent. rest of the course including The Fringe were absolutely horrible. One of the worst courses Ive ever played. Way overpriced worth about twenty bucks.

Im giving 4 stars because its a beautiful course and in decent condition for the money. I paid $55 (non resident) +$55 for rentals. The green fee is very reasonable for this course/club. But PLEASE NOTE if youre renting clubs...The driver was an old beatup Goodwill Dunlop. Frayed grib, horrible head super sloppy shaft. Its a $5 Goodwill find. My 3wood was a left hand club, and one of the putters had lost its insert. Essentially turning your putter into a sandwedge. So all round Im sharing clubs switching putters on the green and borrowing woods. Also, for a swampy and sandy Orlando course, youd think they would provide a club towel. Or idk a couple tees? At $55 I should at least be getting a full, usable set of clubs and a towel. With all that said I would definitely play here again if traveling with my own clubs.

Great course. Proximity to the airport was great if you want to get that first round in.

Fun courseThe greens were excellent as were the sand traps. The staff, Mike in particular, were friendly and accomidating. Even on a rainy, chilly day it was fun. Cant wait to go back.

Very disappointed with the staff here. Never playing at this course again. Given the covid-19 crisis they tried taking advantage of my father and I. We just wanted to spend our Easter Sunday with my father, mother, son and girl friend. We were told we could go in the same carts as our significant others even though we live in the same household. We called Manny other courses in the area but it seems like North shore and their sister course Harmony are the only courses telling there customers they cant ride in the same golf cart as there spouse. Really disappointed! They couldnt even give us a refund given the lack of information regarding the situation. They completely ruined our Easter sunday!

I’ve had mixed experiences here,my wife got me a range pass for Christmas but I can never seem to use it, first time I got their phone system and it was sent to voicemail at 5 o’clock, tonight they told me the range is open until dusk, I get here at 5 o’clock after waiting 20 minutes at the gate, and they have a wedding on the driving range. So wasted an hour of my time because the person answering the phone for some reason did not know there was a wedding. They’ve also bulldozed half of the trees so now instead of golfing through the woods you are golfing through a construction zone.

Golf Course definitely needs some attention, Tees boxes, fairways and bunkers are tired! However, the Greens were excellent! The Greens are probably the best putting Greens I’ve ever played on for awhile, especially during my stay here in Florida! The Greens putted true, held well struck golf shots.The golf staff were pleasant and professional! My overall golfing experience was excellent!

Fairways were horrible. Customer service was equally matched.

Got a day off during the week and decided to join my husband while playing golf. He found a hot deal at North Shore so we decided to go. Once arriving we were told we would have to pay a rider fee for me riding. Its a Tuesday, mid day, not busy at all with tons of empty carts! I had to pay double to ride in the cart with him then he paid to play the course! The seat would have been empty regardless. For as much as we paid here, we could have went to a much nicer course that NEVER charges for me to ride along. Total rip off and we will be sure to never return to this course.

Great course. Very close to Orlando airport. Fun, wide fairways and yet challenging. Pro shop was helpful (they rent Wilson clubs and I got to try out the new Cortex driver).

Had a great time. Course is in great shape. Lots of water and sand. Fast, large, undulated greens.

I try to play with this group on Saturday and Sunday mornings. First of all the price they charge is ridiculously overpriced. Second the golf course is absolutely terrible. I gave 2 stars only because greens are decent.

Its a public course though it seems private. We have a good friend who caddys for pro courses around the world and he says its not far from playing like a pro course. So if you do well, its basically a pro course! And if you do poorly, its basically a pro course lol. Range is great and people are friendly.

Golf course was in good shape, greens rolled great. The layout is above average. I would play it again.

Good golf course

This was the 6th course of our golf trip. The layout and condition were very good, greens true and quite fast 12-13. North Shore will be on the list for any return trips!!!

One word - Awesome

This is a great course for better than average golfers. I played white tees. Fairways are generous but require well placed drives. There is plenty of water but it only comes into play on mis-hits. There greens are fast and well contoured. The staff are friendly and helpful. Equipment is available for rental. Greenfees were cheap - I paid $25 to tee off at 3 p.m. - $35 before be 3. The course was in great shape even in the midst of the hot summer. Its a 10 minute drive from Lake Nona (near Orlando). Worth the trip. Id play there again any day. Even if youre a scratch golfer, I think youd enjoy this course.

Drove from Clearwater to play with my son and his friend who live in Ormond Beach. It was a good halfway distance for both. My wife decided to come with me for a chance to visit with our son. There were 3 golfers. The starter told us my wife would have to pay to ride in the empty seat in my cart. There was no single player joining us so the seat would have remained empty for our round. He followed us into the clubhouse after the 1st nine to make sure we went in to pay, $26 to sit in an otherwise empty seat. We have played golf all over the US, and have never had to pay for my wife to come along with me if she isnt playing. Very disappointing. With the many golf courses available in the area, we certainly wont be back to this one.

Interesting course with plenty of variety with tees for all levels. Greens putt true. Played a quick 18 at 5 with no problem. Good staff!

Always in excellent condition. The front and back nines are very different layouts which makes it more fun.

Good solid course. Good conditions overall. The greens were in great shape. Friendly staff. Played pretty slow but it was MLK Jr day and maybe they were busier than usual. It was our first time playing here and I wouldnt say its a must play, but I wouldnt tell you not to play here either. Royal St. Cloud is better and cheaper but if you can find a hot deal on golf now itd be worth a try.

Watch out, NO one person per cart. Not worth it! Fairways are bald.

Course conditions (including greens) were excellent! Thursday turned out to be a great day with very few others on the course!

The course is kept in good shape and has a fun layout. The rates are reasonable and the staff is friendly. Cant go wrong here.

F_^@ this place and the looser that work there. Smile nice as you tell the customer to screw off. If you like being treated like garbage then by all means give these people your hard earned money on your day off. Otherwise stay clear!!!!!

This is a great course for better than average golfers.

Course was always fine but nothing special. My friends and I started avoiding all of the courses owned by this group a while back because we just always felt like more of a bother than a guest. However, for this specific case, I needed to play there with my son.I called ahead regarding a special event and had a fair conversation with the person on the phone regarding a 9 hole rate. He was helpful and clear about the rate for the event. When I went in 2 days later to play though, the person at the desk was not aware of the rate. With quite a bit of attitude he quickly calls the GM and confirms the rate. Then when paying he stops again and said it only applied to my son and I must pay the 18 hole rate. I dont have a problem having a conversation about a misunderstanding whether on my part or not, but this person had no concern our customer experience. It was definitely not an issue for us to walk away disappointed.Why would I pay for 18 and my son pay for 9? Not only that he wants to charge me the full rack rate. I knew the online rate was 20% lower but apparently I was not able to get that rate because I didnt book online.How could I book online when I called ahead and confirmed that it would be a special 9 hole rate?Needless to say we decided to walk away. No one wants to play where they are not appreciated. Sometimes you go back to a place hoping it will be better than you remember. In this case I was reminded why we stopped going there in the first place.

Beautiful course. Front nine and back nine are completely different, with the back being a links style.

Still waiting to tee off. Had a 807 tee time. 50 minutes late and the starter just blames Golfnow. He literally said the same thing last time and we were just as late to tee off. Thought it was an anomaly but looks like thats just how north shore runs its business and cares about customer service. Place isnt even nice. Chose it for the early tee time. Wont be back.
