Booked Honeymoon through this group. Two days before my Honeymoon in Mexico, the resort contacts me to ask why i cancelled 2 days in advance, which i obviously did not. I called golf concierge and they informed me of a glitch that caused cancellation but the hotel informed me Golf Concierge simply didnt pay the hotel. They hotel was basically full and had no room available at the rate I agreed to. Golf concierge booked me another room for what I thought was a good rate, but when i arrived they only booked it for one person and I had to pay additional money once i arrived at resort. Ive tried to resolve and the owner has continuesly dodged my calls and emails. Terrible service, never met one deadline of when he said he would get me my information/quotes or pricing.
