Sunset so cool . They sell drinks & popcorn or you can bring your own (no glass, bring a solo) Great views. Perfect length of time for a fun side trip! We went at sunset on our way to dinner and it was perfect!!

Ive been twice and the sights and chill nature of a ferris wheel have not let me down yet. I do wish there was professional photography available inside the wheel and outside down below because the green screen photos are a bit dull... I guess well have to wait until after this pandemic for indoor photos anyway, which is entirely understandable and necessary.

This place is amazing and beautiful. So much to do and so adorable. Parking was free but cant say how long will it stay like that. There are several restaurants and a few entertainment options too. Here you can also take great pictures for instagram

Amazing park where you can have a lot of fun with your kids and family... if you don’t have a pass or you are not in the mood to go on the rides you can just walk around and maybe stop by at location restaurant to have some dinner.

When we were in Orlando walking on the international drive looking for restaurants for dinner we came across the wheel it looked great to look at but not fun to ride as it was too slow moving. 30 min long and it felt for ever. But the best part was ever changing lights.

Place was clean and careful with covid. Good packing price for full day. Lots of fun with family and Ole Red had good music.

This was a fun family activity to do. Wish it was like Vegas that gives you the option to have a bar on board. But they had a bar right before you go which was a perk. Nice view of the city and they tell you the history of it. FYI if you go to Disney or any of the big parks they give you a discount on your tickets!

Icon Park is a very vibrant staple of Orlando on International Drive.It is a family friendly area with lots to do for people of all types: children, couples, adults and singles, etc. The wheel itself is beautiful during the day, but a masterpiece by night. It has an amazing light show, displaying multiple vibrant colors.You can go to one of a few live music bars, smoke something at the hookah bar, ride plush toy animals, ride a small train, eat at one of many gourmet restaurants, ride the thrill ride at star flyer or drink some cocktails at the bottom of that ride.The waterfalls and water fountains that shoot up super high and emit light only add to the vibe. In the area theres also Ripleys believe it or not odditorium (spelled like that on purpose), wonder works upside down museum, McDonalds on International Drive which is an attraction in and of itself, and so much more. The wheel is like the centerpiece of all this fun, dining, shopping, and attractions on I-drive.

What an experience! This is a must do on a clear night! The lights are beautiful and you can see for miles. Be prepared to wait in a long line to buy tickets if its the weekend. Its packed. You also will have to go through security/ metal detection and have your bags checked. Just a heads up there. Thats why it takes so long to actually get on the wheel. They also take your picture. Great souvenir, kinda pricey. But hey, arent they all?! Overall- do it!

Excellent time. The Wheel is really cool and Madam Tussauds is a great place to take pics. The ambiance outside is nice with a great selection of bars and restaurants

Great time! Great experience for all ages.10 people max in a pod when they are your party. Gender reveal party there and it was such a memorable way to find out a friends babys gender.

Always such a blast!! We enjoy the Wheel very much. They are doing such a great job sanitizing and they wipe down each individual capsule between parties! Absolutely fantastic. Thank you all so much for your hard work!

We went at night and it was beautiful. During the day, youd be able to see the different landmarks that we really didnt find, but then you wouldnt have the lights! We enjoyed the 20 minute ride!

Beautiful, smooth ride. View was fantastic. NOTE: Do not bother eating at the Food Court area here, unless desserts. The cooked food was ridiculously expensive for horrible food. Leave and eat at a place that knows how to cook and price items beyond robbing you blind......Food Court would be a Zero star

What an amazing experience and this is coming from someone who has a FEAR of heights, but the ride is so smooth and you honestly dont even stop to realize its over until the doors open again to let you off. There is a wonderful audio tour to help you see the sights of Orlando as your cab ascends the 400 feet height to the top. And there is also a special bar cab you can book for a more adult and fun experience if you wish but it is not necessary at all to have a wonderful time!

Amazing how far around the Orlando area you ecan see. One of our party hates heights but had no issues on the wheel because you are fully enclosed and it is easy to avoid looking down. A canned voice track points out interesting sights visible from the ride as when a stats about the wheel. When combined with the wax museum and sea life package it is a very good deal and a great way to spend a hot afternoon.

They said it takes 20 minutes for a revolution (one revolution is the total experience), seems quicker than that. Beer and wine not badly priced. Food options pretty decent. Probably better at night with LED lighting

Super fun! Takes you 400ft in the air slowly in an observation wheel. Completely enclosed in glass so it’s safe and great for groups. A little pricey, but if you can find a discount on Groupon it’s worth it!

This was definitely worth the experience, we had so much fun in Orlando and finished it off with The Wheel for some amazing views of the sunset over Kissimmee! I would recommend anyone in the area to check it out and make some long lasting memories.

Very cool and relaxing. The employees were efficient and the overall experience was great.

We had a nice evening watching the sunset and night sky! We could see out over Orlando for miles! One negative was we were told there was a bar area before go back to get on the wheel. Once you enter you cant leave until after you ride. We wanted to have a couple drinks and set a few minutes before going. Come to find out there is no seating at all. They serve drinks but no where to sit. It all worked out because we got to get on the wheel with no waiting.

Honestly one of the most eye catching in Orlando its very beautiful especially if you are traveling with your love ones. Highly recommend anyone to visit. I will be back in in the near future.

First time there and enjoy it very much and my grandson loved the train ride.

Cool attraction with great views of universal, Disney. Bought tickets from Groupon so saved about 30% off the list price. Very short line and they appeared to at least make an effort to wipe down surfaces between groups getting out and going into the pods. Not a lot of people were wearing masks in the general area so probably wouldnt go back to the general area for a while.

This place was awesome! Some advice though, get the tickets through the app or on there website. Will save you money! 25 minutes total seats in the cabin. Great ride if youre in the mood to go 400+ feet in the air!

The wheel at ICON park was a cool place to visit and see Orlando from above. The wait was manageable and the operation was organized. The best part is you are able to drink your favorite libation during the 23-minute ride. If you are in Orlando and have extra time I say visit and check it out.

Something for everyone. You literally cannot have a bad time. From the food, to things to do, to the DRAGONS BREATH ice cream, it was awesome.

My family and I enjoyed our time at the park. We even went on the Icon wheel. It was such a nice relaxing experience. I would definitely recommend a family outing here.

Always a nice area to visit at night, but with the lack of mask enforcement or any form of covid mandate enforcement you may be hard pressed to want to stay. We enjoyed ourselves but due to the large number of people, being mostly arm to arm with others, and rain, we left after about an hour.Good area for a bite to eat, not so much for entertainment anymore.

According to its official website, The Wheel at ICON Park Orlando is the first wheel ever to use such a system in combination with a suspended ski lift capsule design.The wheel was reported to be in the early stages of planning in March 2011, with completion due in mid-2014, and was approved by county commissioners in September 2012.In January 2013, it was reported that the expected opening date had been pushed back to by Thanksgiving November 2014. Erection of the main support structure began in December 2013. In April 2014 it was reported that completion had been further delayed until early 2015.Installation of the 30 air-conditioned passenger capsules, each of which can carry up to 15 people, began in mid-January 2015, and the last capsule was installed on February 5. This place is awesome. At first we thought it was expensive just to go on a big Ferris wheel, but it’s definitely worth it. You get a great view from up top. The whole ride takes about 20 minutes. The capsules are air conditioned and windows tinted to help you see. Highly recommend!!After this you should go to the aquarium next door or Sugar Factory!!

Now if you have family visiting, and you take them to Orlando. The Wheel at ICON park is a must see. An opportune time to take a ride would be dusk into nightfall. You get to see all of Orlando light up from 400ft high.

That’s amazing place to visit. Views are awesome and ride very safe. Parking always available and easy to get in there. Price are bit high for the time it takes around 20 minutes. I will definitely come back and suggest that for my relatives and friends.

I couldnt really tell ya... we tried to get on the wheel a few times, but (considering the season) it was either too windy or there was lightning. We never got a chance to ride. Over all the atmosphere was cool and we plan to try again during our next visit.

Great place to go to do things like go to the aquarium or go see a wax museum. Love the wheel and how its comfy and chill it is inside. Alot of food and places like arcades and famous resteraunts here to enjoy with your family or friends. The Wheel at ICON Park is a truly refreshing, exciting place to be, relax, and try new things.

I really enjoyed myself with my family here at ICON PARK. They had a ton of fun activities for the whole family to do together. The wheel was an awesome experience and the view from the top of the wheel was so beautiful. I highly recommend riding at night. The lights and the view looking down is so pretty. The whole ride takes about 25-30 minutes. It’s very spacious inside and the kids can walk around on each side or sit if they want. My favorite part was when we finally made it to the top. Definitely worth every penny. Making memories with the family is what it’s all about.

It was very nice to see that things are starting to come back to normal. However, the Sea Life aquarium and Madame Tussaud was still with restricted hours of operation. There was a lot of people with and without a face mask. The restaurants seem to be fully open at 100%, but they were all still requiring face coverings and social distancing which was really good.

We had a great time. The Farris wheel was super fun. The park had a lot of fun things to do and great places to eat. The staff at the eye was very friendly and knowledgeable. All the areas were very clean and well marked. A very relaxing and recommended was to spend a day in Orlando.

Never been on a ferris wheel like this before. Even though I have a fear of heights, this wheel moved so slow, I didnt realize I was on top until I was on my way down. Beautiful scenery from the top & the information that plays is very educational. I absolutely loved it!

It would have been a lot more fun for me if it wasnt so high in the air. I will say the height scared me and being able to walk back and fourth on the ride was also a little scary. Very beautiful though

The Orlando Eye is fun and informative. Great views of central Florida from that height. I would not recommend going when it is busy as they can fit as many as 15 people per pod. If its slow, with no line, they will more than likely just give you a private pod. Stop by the bar, after you get through security, before you get on and grab a couple drinks for the 20+ minute ride

What an experience! They kept us to our own group in the cleaned and air-conditioned car due to social distancing. There is a recorded guide that tells you which way to look for what during your rotation. Do yourself a favor and get the binoculars on the way in!

I loved it. This isnt your typical Ferris Wheel. You have an enclosed capsule with A/C and at night you have the most amazing view. Definitely recommend it, especially for a romantic scene.

Parking was a breeze in the garage. Its within a few steps to the park. So much to do and all were a blast! Totally recommend the 7D ride. Several different types of restaurants in the air conditioned plaza of Icon park. Wax museum and aquarium are also located here.

Having the new Star Flyer( Worlds Tallest at the time) and the Orlando Eye in one spot, is incredible.

The whole ride takes around 20-30 minutes. You can buy drinks at the bar at the very entrance to the Wheel and enjoy your drinks while observing the great views around. There are no big buildings near the wheel, so, you mostly see the plain and several attraction parks far away. Despite the glass walls, it feels safe inside a gondola.

I attended Madame Tussaud and the Aquarium. Very nice, clean and interesting. Animals are well kept.

Even if youre not a fan of heights, I would still suggest going! The view is amazing. Went during a time that wasnt too busy and was able to get a pod with just my family. The ride is about 20-30mins.

Enjoyed my visit but would recommend Chick Fil A, Chipotle, and/or Blaze Pizza for the food court.

Great ride on the icon wheel! We had beautiful views from 400ft up. Cabin is air conditioned and not busy, just my wife and I on board.

I just feel like as nice of a location as this was, still a lil pricey on tickets and to stand for 25 mins. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, even offered the resident pricing.

Its a nice place to stop when you have already visited most of Orlando. My husband and I had time before our flight home so we stopped here. Definitely check out the sea life aquarium but you could skip the wheel. Nothing fascinating.

ICON Park is a main attraction in central Orlando. The wheel moves very slowly and the cabin is fully enclosed and air conditioning. On top we can enjoy wonderful views of Central Florida.

I could not have the chance to enjoy this experience. I recommend to check the weather forecast before buying tickets online. In summer time the weather can change dramatically in a couple of hours so it is better to get there and buy the tickets. The place is very nice and there are other attractions in the Icon park.
