Interesting escape room. Not as detailed or immersive as others Ive gone to, but the game host was great! Fun experience, but not a must do.

Words cannot describe how amazing this place is. Not only will you find some of Orlandos best escape rooms, but the staff here went so far above and beyond anything that I ever expected.I reaced out to them in hopes they may have been able to help me with a proposal that I wanted to plan with my at-the-time girlfriend. After speaking with Steve, he qorked with me to plan and execute an incredible moment.This was one of the most difficult escape rooms I have ever done...but that was also not helped my the excitement and nervousness that comes with proposing.I know my experience will not be identical to most, however I would suggest this place to anyone a must-do when in Orlando!

Like many places in Orlando, I ended up doing all of the rooms here. My very first game ever played was Asylum. It is still one of my top three games ever. It’s hard to find an actual good scary escape room but this one hits the nail right on the head. The Lost Tomb and The Caretaker are also two games that are unlike any other. Staff are always excited to get you into the games.

This place was challenging, and we did the easiest room. Our group had a blast of fun, yet were a little disappointed we ended the game with only 2 clues left to complete the escape. Those were tough. We had a great time overall.

Huge shoutout to the employee who helped us out, Josh! His customer service was amazing and he made our Father’s Day experience a very special one. We had so much fun escaping the tomb.

M&M was our game master and she was absolutely fantastic! The room was challenging but in a way that made it really fun! Bring your friends!

This place was okay. I think they have the right idea of how to setup the escape room in general, but I felt there was just too much going on in a single room when it came to props and clues. It was fairly immersive, but some props felt really low-budget at times compared to other competitor escape rooms. But overall, it was alright. I wouldnt mind trying another room to see if the experience changes. Staff at the counter was polite and friendly.

Was told if I had a great time your employees names were Luis and alex....if It was bad they were Benny and Veronica...well I had an awesome time but I like Benny and Veronica better! So Benny and Veronica great job..thanks for making it so much fun!

I have only been to a handful of escape rooms in the Orlando area, but I must say this one was by far the best I’ve been to so far. The room was very detailed and themed well. Some of the props broke off the wall and were not working properly. There were hanging pipes that were supposed to be playing sounds to match to an audio clip, but they weren’t working properly or at all. The game masters had to come into the room twice due to effects not working properly. We were given a discounted credit to return in the future, which was very nice and was great guest service recovery. I have had issues at other local companies and was not taken care of the same way. The staff was very friendly and helpful and wanted to see us succeed at the mission. I sadly don’t remember his name, but the game master was very helpful and really added to the experience. I also liked at the end that the game master took a photo for us with theming props. I will definitely be returning here to check out some of the other cool missions they have to offer.

Fun with family and friends. Asylum was pretty hard. But fun!

Did the tomb 4 years ago and beat it. Did the caretaker today for our friends anniversary and had a blast again. This one was a little tougher but were still undefeated

Caretaker was one of the best experiences I’ve had in an escape room. Fun, challenging, a twist, the time flew by!I was really hoping Asylum would be similar... if you do this room, be sure to get one of the flashlights because there aren’t enough for everyone. If you don’t get one, your experience will be awful - like mine. You can’t see ANYTHING without one. You will always be looking over someone’s shoulder to see a clue they are looking at. My group escaped but I feel like if I went in there again I wouldn’t recognize any of the puzzles bc I didn’t get to see most of them. The other person in our group who didn’t get a flashlight also said the experience was a poor one.Caretaker: 5/5Asylum: 1/5Avg: 3/5

Omg i just left and I immediately had to leave a review because the WHOLE STAFF were extremely AMAZING!!!!. The precautions they took due to covid 19 was a 10 out of 10.. the staff was helpful, polite and had EXCELLENT customer service. I will go back again just because how me and my family were treated. Weve completed several rooms at this location and have enjoyed ourselves each time. The staff is always great, from booking through facilitation of the the escape room experience. The first game we completed at this location was their old Face Off room which had us sold on their experiences. Weve competed The Lost Tomb of Monthu, Asylum, Pandemic, The Contract, and the Caretaker rooms at this location and enjoyed all of them. Asylum was a bit creepy but had some great elements that were unique to that experience. We had a larger group for that one and were able to successfully complete the room. The Contract had a unique scoring system that added a new layer of excitement to the escape room experience since you had the opportunity to win extra money that you could count up at the end of the game. The Caretaker room had some scare elements as well, including loud noises and other items. The rooms are well crafted with lots of details that add to the stories they are telling as part of the experience. As big fans of escape rooms, we have to say that this is a great location for them. Book in advance to make sure your entire group can be accommodated together. If you book on a slow day, you may not be grouped with other customers.

Had a great time with a group of 10. We split into two groups of five. One group did The Contract and the other group did The Caretaker. Josh was very helpful and accommodated my request to start both groups at the same time. Be sure to check Groupon for deals. Would definitely return!

Highly recommend this place if you and your friends wanna do an escape room. We did The Caretaker. The decoration/environment was really good! Very good and challenging puzzles. Totally worth the price. Will come back

I would like to start by saying that Americas Escape Game Orlando was amazing! The staff was very helpful, funny, and quick to resolve a situation that occurred during our time there.We booked, for our group of 8, the Pandemic room. The room was very well themed and gave everyone in our group an opportunity to solve different puzzles. Unfortunately, towards the end, there was a minor malfunction that made escaping the room impossible. The staff were quick to realize the situation and provided excellent customer service to remedy the situation.They offered our entire group of 8 the opportunity to experience a different room free of charge. We worked out the details and were actually able to experience another room right away.We ventured into The Lost Tomb of Monthu room. This room was amazingly well themed and once again offered everyone in our party the opportunity to solve different puzzles along the way. Amazingly we were able to escape the room with just under 90 seconds left!!Thank you once again to the staff of Americas Escape Game Orlando for hosting our party and providing our group with great service during our entire time there.We are all already making plans to come back and experience the other rooms!

We played the Egyptian room. I’ve never had a game master literally tell us exactly how to progress In the room. We didn’t ask for clues but he kept walking us through anyway. INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING. Also the room had leftover clues from the group who played before and was literally missing essential pieces from the room to finish the puzzle. By far my worst escape room experience so far and I’ve done 40+ rooms. The staff was very friendly and apologized for our experience but I can’t understand paying $107 for 3 people to just not have any fun. We should have been offered a follow up game for our trouble because that was honestly dreadful.

Orange was a great game master, without her we would have never made it through in time.

I had so much fun at Crisis at 1600 escape room. Our game master was so nice, he didnt even make us use clues for anything he told us. At one point a marker stopped working and we couldnt figure out the puzzle without it so he just told us the answer without taking a clue off! They were so nice and professional. Defiantly recommend for groups of 4-5 people. We seemed to do fine with 5.

Great escape rooms, get to unlock different rooms to get to the end. Not stuck in one room. Will definitely do this again.

The Contract was an excellent room! The difficulty level definitely gave our team of experience escape roomers a run for their money (no pun intended). The room is great for groups because it is not very linear which provides an opportunity for everyone to be working on a puzzle at the same time. The added twist of being able to solve extra puzzles for a bigger payout was such a cool concept and really kept the group engaged for the full 60 minutes which is awesome!

Excellent experience with our gamemaster Agent J. Started with Caretaker and after successful completion, we decided to go for Revenge of the Tomb. In my opinion, after doing 30+ rooms, both rooms were both done very well. The decor and puzzles were very well put together. Our team will definitely be back and hopefully well get to work with Agent J again!

We did Pandemic, and it was!! Fun!! More importantly, the staff was super fun and very patient. At one point one of the challenges didnt work like it should have, and they paused our time to come in and fix it. Next time Im in Orlando, I would love to come back!

We went here on short notice and was able to get in. The girl at the front was very nice and kept us entertained. We did the Pandemic room and had a lot of fun. The only downside was the clue giver was a little slow to speak with us when we asked for help. Other than that we had a great time and will go back.

The asylum room was great! The decor and puzzles are amazing. Weve done a lot of Escape rooms and this is definitely one of the best.

We are truly escape room junkies who love every aspect of the experience and the rooms. Unfortunately for us this experience was not amazing. The theme of the room sounded cool and the fact that the room was 75 min was an added bonus. However when we showed up that was just the beginning of the awful experience. The lobby/waiting room was dirty and uninviting. I had to use the restroom and holy god, the toilet seat and floor was covered in urine and the room was trashed with used paper towels and nastiness (needless to say I ended up holding it and didn’t use the rest room). We were then told that 10 people were booked into the room. Now I understand that not each escape room company books private rooms. I get that when you book you might end up getting put with strangers (and that can go either great and you make new fiends or awful and you end up being shut out of doing puzzles and never even get to hold a clue). Our personal group had 5 members, we then met the nice military couple as our group kindly referred to them and then we waited for the remaining 3 to arrive. It was about 2 minutes till and then they arrived, as we so kindly called them the mom and teens who clearly didn’t want to be there. So off we went to do the cool 75min room of torture..i mean Revenge of the Tumb. The rooms inside were small, in my opinion way to small for 10 full sized adults. Also there wasn’t enough for 10 people to be doing things. I found myself a few different times just sitting around since the room was over taken by 9 others.. lol Even when we moved to the next even smaller room it wasn’t enjoyable. The room didn’t feel like it had a cohesive flow and it never really provided a direction for which to move. I kid you not when the others solved the final puzzle and we “escaped the room” half of us were in the front room and didn’t even know that had happened - until the game master entered the room and was like congratulations. When he asked if we all wanted to take a group photo I couldn’t help myself and said NOPE! I did not want to have a pic to save the memory of this day. I have been told that The Caretaker room here is pretty good and we should try it, but honestly I have not worked up my will to return yet..

Games where ok, kind of complex, defenetly need 10 ppl or at least 5 adults. Customer services was ok. The game master spoke too close to the mic making clues difficult to hear and gave us clues to puzzles we already figured out but had not completed at that moment.. ...other than that fun!

Had a wonderful time! Alex and Andy were very friendly and personable. They got us started promptly and helped break the ice for our mixed group.The puzzles were great and the overall design was phenomenal. We had a full group and I usually worry because I don’t feel like there is enough to do for everyone but America’s Escape Game proved me wrong.Lovely way to spend my birthday!

The room was really great. Ive done some really unique rooms before, and this is one Ill remember (The Contract). I am definitely going to come back and try some more of your rooms, and I live an hour away. Great experience overall. I would highly recommend trying this place out if you are in the area.

The staff is extremely friendly and the direction is clear. The rooms are challenging and the game really fosters team building.We did pandemic and the scenerio was pretty interesting. The props are well designed and matches the theme of the room. I would definitely recommend this for a large group or a corporate event.

We did “The Contract” as a family to celebrate for Father’s Day and had an absolute blast. And we made it out! The puzzles were challenging, the room had really cool features, & the props really made you feel submerged in the theme. Highly recommend and we look forward to coming back to try other rooms.

Great games . Some staff can be friendlier or welcoming. Overall the rooms and greatly set up. Been here 3x for date night and plan on coming more to finish the houses we havent done

One of the best games Ive played. My wife my ten-year-old daughter and myself play the contract stop there was wonderful I remember our game Masters name was Louis he gave the perfect amount of help I dont remember the gentleman who worked the front desk but he was extremely helpful to. The game was themed very well. The only thing I didnt like about this place was that they wouldnt let us book The Game private without buying all the slots. However once we got there they did try to steer other people away from that game. All around a wonderful experience one of our favorite games we played and we will definitely be back.

Since this was my first escape room, I dont have anything as a comparison. Our group was a bit smaller than anticipated but we had an extremely fun experience! Casper, our game master, was really good and assisted us with very helpful hints. All in all, we would go back again.

We had so much fun!! Ive only done 3 escape rooms so far, but The Asylum at Americas Escape Game in definitely the best one! I will absolutely be going back to try The Caretaker!

Avoid this place. So we ordered through trip advisor. The place did not honor our order and booked out to someone else. So instead of doing the premier Caretaker room we had paid for 24 hours ago, we got to play the lame rinse wash and recycled Pandemic in a last second ditch effort for the staff to feel like they gave us something. They were also rude about it.They made some excuse that although we ordered on trip advisor, they dont actually receive the orders...despite having trip advisors signs littered throughout the store. The room itself was run in the mill. We only accepted it because the alternative was losing our money and doing nothing for my wifes birthday.

Staff were super friendly and accommodating with late members to our party. Puzzles were challenging and rarely felt unfair or overly complex. Definitely plan on coming back.

So much fun!! Some riddles are a bit hard but you have 3 free clues. You have to work together as a group if you do you can win! I actually had a winning group. You work together to solve puzzles, riddles, & a way out of the room. Its pretty cool & they make it all scary & real looking. They people there are very nice & helpful.

This place was very and nice gave great clues. It was very fun to do with my family while we were here for our spring break vacation and needed something to do on a rainy day. One of the workers named Valerie was extremely helpful and nice. In fact, the customer service overall was amazing. I would 100% recommend.

I went to Americas Escape Room for the 1st time yesterday with my co-workers for Team Building and we choose the Asylum room. We had an amazing team building experience and it was worth every second. When you get stuck, everyone has to put their hands up in the air and the staff gives you a hint to help you out. We were able to escape with just a little over 4 minutes to spare. After youre done you take get to take pics. They have alot of photo props to choose from. I highly recommend going. Its a great experience!

Such a great time here! Did the Caretaker room (and escaped with just two of us), and loved it! Room was well thought out and kept the mental gears turning. Overall great experience and worth the price, will be back!

When we got there to check in 12/26/2019, there was no one there to take care of us for several minutes. We we were taken back to do the escape room Revenge of the tomb, we were told that the instruction video was not working so we were verbally told the rules, etc. When it was time for us to begin our 75 minute escape the timer inside the room was also not working!! Not having the timer visible was a real disadvantage!! On 2 occasions we asked for help and no one answered us and we also asked how much time was left about 4 times and no one answered.... When someone did come over the intercom, it could only be heard from the first room so we had to keep running back in there. Worst experience we have ever had doing an escape room. Needless to say, we did not finish our escape and feel.like it was a waste of money or that we should have been given a discount or something for all of their technical difficulties.

We booked the Asylum escape room with a party of 5 and had 3 other players added to our group. We all had a really good time and escaped with 6 seconds remaining. The room was well decorated, the props all worked and the theme was great. There was a good back story and lead in as well. We have done about 7 other escape rooms and this one was very challenging. We had to use all 3 clues as some of the puzzles were on the difficult side, but very fun. Once we had a prod in the right direction, they made sense. I love haunted houses and this room gave us a bit of that thrill too. The staff was great. We had Ash as our Game Master and he did a fine job. There were a number of sophisticated props that relied on more than just a lock. Those are my favorite and they had plenty of them in this game. If you are an escape room fan, I would highly recommend you try this room!

Challenging escape rooms, staff was pretty laid back which was good compared to other places my friends & I have experienced. Definitely want to go back and beat all the other rooms!

If youre doing the Mobster one with the car in the first room, If you get to the point where you need to transfer the money at the end of the rooms puzzles, dont add the .00 to the end of your money amount as it will break the PC (oops). Every room has a high level of polish and production value. There is a good variety of rooks that offer diverse themes along with varying levels of difficulty. Ive loved every game Ive played here but I would recommend Caretaker and Crisis at 1600. For an hour of puzzle solving and entertainment it cant be beat.

The escape was called Crisis at 1600 and you are commissioned to find an escape. Fun stuff for a group. Id recommend it as a great team activity. You have to use your collective minds to find a way to achieve your goal. A really scary waiver to sign, but in reality, nothing seemingly dangerous. Just fun. Worth a try.

Played two amazing room, caretaker and contract. Staff was very accommodating to out last moment booking.

Asylum was a pretty good room but some of the puzzles didnt physically trigger the next steps which caused lost time. Our group felt somewhat cheated for things not working which would have allowed us to succeed.

Great rooms, challenging but doable and extremely fun. Great themes as well. Ive done two of their rooms on two separate trips down to Orlando and I was impressed by both of them.

The Contract was the one today. Great concept to help you feel like you get your moneys worth. Regardless of how fast you solve the main part, theres still something to do. Great concept. Again here this room, their newest, was already in disrepair. Otherwise well done!

We had an awesome time with the Asylum escape game. This was my first time in an escape game and I would definitely recommend going with friends. Im not completely sure of his name but Alex did an awesome job personalizing our experience. Thank you!

The entire experience was a blast, from the check in person who was polite and told jokes to the room(s) itself. The female assisting us was probably laughing at our inability to overturn the easiest tasks. She was very helpful in her hints, probably more than she shouldve given, which we appreciated. Would recommend and will do it again.

Great experience! Agent J was incredible! We passed a group while heading to the building and they were acting overly obnoxious and rude. When that same group walked in and wound up being in our game, Agent J went out of his way to help us find a new game so our experience wasn’t ruined. You’ll definitely see us again!!

This was the most fun I’ve had in a long time. We had an amazing group to work with. Although we didn’t make it out in time we were so close! If you’ve never done an escape room and are contemplating it, take the chance do it you won’t regret it.

This was amazing and really fun to do. Honestly makes you feel like you arent smart because youre like wow why didnt I think of that. Awesome staff!

It was a great time. I am a person who normally loses interest in activities like this pretty fast. However, from start to finish, I was fully engaged in this escape room. I look forward to doing another soon. Also, the staff was very nice and fun.

Asylum was fantastic. Creepy and challenging. We escaped though!!! I cant wait to go and do another room! Andy and Alex are phenomenal! I enjoyed talking with them before going in the escape room and they were so informative! Loved it!

I’ve played a room here before and had a great experience. Yesterday however we were in the area and after looking online we saw they had some openings, so we decided to go in. We asked if they had any walk in availability and the lady was very rude and said “it’s slow, were closing early” and went back to ignoring us and cleaning the floor. After walking out and relooking at the website, the one game we wanted to play was still available for last night. We should have just booked it online and walked right back in. (I didn’t want to loose my money because she probably would have said sorry were closed and I would have been out $90.) I personally liked the room we did before and was disappointed in the experience I had last night. Will definitely be looking to find other escape games to play in the area from now on.

My family and I got hooked on escape rooms after visiting here. This is still my favorite place, and I wish we lived closer! The rooms are bigger than other places, and the puzzles are fun and intricate.

I come here almost once a month with a few of my friends.This place is one of the best if for nothing else but the service of the people there. Andy welcomes us almost every time were there and he is the sweetest and we love having Charles as our room moderator. Weve never been disappointed by this place. The rooms are super immersive ESPECIALLY the new room the contract. Were almost finished with all of the rooms here and we only have two more and its super bittersweet because we will never find staff as friendly and as welcoming as they are.If you have a choice on places to go for escape rooms please do this one. You will have one hell of a time playing and being around workers that love and are passionate about what they do!

Florida is hot and this was a great experience in the air conditioning. The staff was friendly and the whole place had eye catching decor. David was excellent. He explained the directions well and helped us get excited and prepared. The room was fun and challenging. It was a great atmosphere and I definitely want to come back!

I hosted my team building event for 16 team members at Americas Escape Game, where we booked three rooms to compete against each other. The location, the game rooms are outstanding and is even better with the onsite team briefing and guiding us greatly. We all had a great time, the team was excited, and we had a lot of fun. This will definitely stay on my list for team or even family events.

The game was awesome! This is my second escape game and its my favorite. I loved all the different things we needed to figure out. The clues were so helpful and Steve was awesome!

Americas Escape Game has a bunch of really excellent escape rooms. The staff there are all really friendly too! I went for my birthday last year and was gifted a t-shirt that I wear all the time. Totally happy to help them out with some free advertising!

Absolutely great experience, I have done a lot of escape rooms and this is BY FAR one of the best. Definitely in my top three favorite escape rooms. We did the Asylum room and I don’t want to give anything away but you will be wowed. We didn’t escape but I would still come back and do it again. If you are in the Orlando area and are looking for something fun to do other than the theme parks, I definitely would come here. Overall 5/5

This was a great experience for all involved. There was only 2 of us, so we were paired up with another couple, yet with only a 10% success rate of the challenge we chose, we did not solve the puzzle in time. It was very challenging, but we had a great time and Americas Escape had a lot of options to choose from. They also had great props.

Although we didnt escape the asylum escape was so fun!!!!! Our employee Alex was amazing! He definitely helped us work through every spot when we needed it and added to the creepy feeling of the room. We came super close to escaping one more step but it was still soooo fun!
