I took my 12yr old son for the first time to try the wakeboarding and kneeboarding. My kids ( 8yr and 12yr) have always enjoyed the “Aqua Park” but my older son wanted to try the “Cable Park”. We kneeboarded around the cables which was pretty intense and a bit much for him. (I’m a 40yr old out of shape mom and did fine on the kneeboard cable track). After an hour he was definitely not enjoying the corners so I asked if we could do something easier. They let us join Kyle’s lessons on wakeboarding. He was by far the nicest, most helpful, kid friendly staff I’ve ever experienced at nona adventure park. I was so impressed by the way he interacted and taught both kids and adults it inspired me to write this review. He really focuses on what you’re doing from your footwork to the position of your arms and helps you fine tune your positioning to be able to stand up on the board and glide across the water. I was VERY intimidated by wakeboarding esp as an older mom. I was able to do it my first try thanks to Kyles instructions! My son took a couple tries and felt defeated but Kyle kept encouraging and praising him and then he got it and was soooo happy! He absolutely loved it. What makes or breaks an initial new experience is often the coach or instructor leading the sport. This instructor is phenomenal and soooo kind and encouraging to everyone.

My 9 year old daughter went here with her best friend, and had so much fun! They did the water course and the land/aerial course. If you want your kids (or yourself!) to get outside and do something fun without the big crowds- especially during this crazy time, this is definitely a highly recommended option!

Very disappointing because I wanted to love the place, BUT barely a mask in sight during a pandemic! We took our child to do the climbing tower and after doing the course a few rounds, some adults had arrived to climb above my child. They were all screaming, laughing, all while not wearing a mask. This is COMPLETELY unacceptable and just mind blowing. This was just reckless on every level. I wanted to take my kid out to try to safely enjoy some outdoor activity and I just couldnt even believe what we experienced.

From interacting with Nona Adventure Park professionally and personally, these guys deserve a 5 STAR review! I worked closely with Jeff to host my business event at his park. From the beginning stages of planning, to preparing, and the event happening, the whole team was enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile to make sure our event was a hit. Being an outdoor park, we were able to bring people together during COVID19 in a safe and spacious way. The bistro provided delicious food that all of our guests enjoyed! The parks activities excited all of our guests and the layout was great for our own activities.Overall, the manager and his employees were polite, fun, and were great to interact with. If you are looking to host an event, spend a day in the sunshine, or just want to get some good food at the bistro - this place is it!

My football team celebrated its New Years Eve party in this park and we had a great time, we enjoyed ourselves on the mattresses that are in the water and then we told each other all the way! 100% recommended!

A great adventure- fun for ALL ages! Our grandsons did the climbing tower with ropes. They anxiously await coming back to go wake boarding.Clean, beautiful outdoors, relaxing atmosphere, chairs to sit in while watching, vending machines with soda and water, large restrooms to change in if needed, tables and chairs under covered area, outdoor TVs.If you are thinking about trying- Go for it!A little challenging to get to because it’s back passed the residence section. It’s next to the elementary school.

We had a blast!! Great thrill for rookie wake board enthusiasts. We were disappointed to learn the obstacle course was not included in our admission to the park so we hope to check it out another time.

We went out today to try the little kids 3-8 year old climbing/ obstacle course and it was nice and relaxing activity for parents and challenging enought for little kids. Sunset is always awesome there with a nice breazee.

My husband and I just left an event for Bozanich Photography and the Lake Nona Camber of Commerce and we were absolutely delighted with the activities we had no idea existed! The staff was very helpful and welcoming and the food was quite good! We can’t wait to bring our family and guests!!

Great 30th birthday party! We did the 50 minute aqua session and it was a blast. The staff was helpful with making arrangements for the group and the facilities were clean. Theres a place to purchase food and drinks and bathrooms with showers. We went on an overcast day and it was perfect. There are plenty of umbrellas and a covered pavilion for onlookers, so the babies and grandparents were happy. Overall great time, would return again.

Really fun place. The staff is nice. We did the obstacle course for an hour which was just enough time, and then we were wakeboarding the rest of the time until 8 pm. We are beginners so it was fun to learn.

This place is awesome! In an amazing area of town and so much fun to be had. With over 1000 feet of water obstacles and wake boarding your family is sure to have a blast here. They have plenty of seating and serve food as well. I would definitely suggest this location to people that are seeking the water adventure life!

Absolutely LOVED this park and it was a perfect fit for our group. We went once with 30 middle school kids and then again with 35 high school kids. PERFECT for both age groups.

Great place for outdoor family fun! We just held our son‘s 11th birthday party at Nona Adventure Park, the kids - and parents - all had a great time. The staff were very attentive and helpful, especially with kids trying it out for the first time. There is plenty to do there, even if your kids do not want to wakeboard or kneeboard. Highly recommend!

We had a great time! The cable operator, Blake, was very kind and helpful. He never once made me feel like an idiot even though I didn’t know what I was doing. He was like a super uplifting coach. We went for two hours. I had so much fun I would have gone longer if I had the strength. Alas I did not.

Took my teenage daughters and their friend and they loved it. They did it all: open swim, wakeboarding and the floating obstacle course. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were surprised by the food choices also. We thought it would just be burgers and dogs but we were wrong. The Splashes Bistro there was amazing. I would go there just for lunch.

We had a great time on the obstacle course but aside from requiring a mask to get in, their covid precautions were non existent or even close to what their waiver stated. Didnt take our temps, didnt enforce or even mention social distancing and didnt spray or clean down any of the equipment and not sure about the life jackets. Thought we were going at an off time but we still participated with at least 15+ other people.

Great park, beautiful in every detail. Great for beginners to expert. You need no experience to have a blast on their aqua park. Wine and beer for mom and dad while the kids have a blast. Great place to lounge and eat! Positive staff and very nice owner.

Bounce facility was awesome. Kids had a great time. Lifeguards need improvement. Although nice, not a lot of life guarding going on. More socializing. Not safe.

Paid $70 for 2 hours so my grandsons could do the learner wake board.They book multiple people (about 10 that day). They let them try hanging on once or twice (most times once) then made them swin to side and get off. They each got MAYBE 3 TRIES. (ABOUT 10 MINS TOTAL) out of the 2 hours. SO, 20 mins for $70 theyre making $105 per hour × 10 kids per hour. WHAT A RIP OFF!

Place was amazing from start to finish. I had brought my 11 year old son there and he had a blast. Started out on climbing and the staff was very patient and thorough. My son understood everything they taught him, prior to going on, and it made for a much safer experience. They stayed up there as a just in case he needed help. After an 1 1/2 on that he went to the aqua park. Wow!! All day fun!! My son was in his happy place. Jumping off the top into the water. What a rush!! Always a staff member or 2 out there and they were always helping out. The. We ended up getting lunch there and they have a chef. The food was amazing! The chef was a real nice guy who took his time and made all 3 generations of us happy. Last but not least the staff helped out so much with the knee boarding. Above and beyond! My son was scared and they went down to the starter one and were very patient with him. He finally got it 3 times in a row and was all set at that point. He never tried the big one but it looked awesome to me. Bottom line.... for the $ it was an awesome experience. I would give them more stars if I could. We will be back!!!!

The park itself is very nice, they offer other activities onsite. We went to the aqua park specifically. Upon arriving staff was indifferent. There was 4 other people during the time we went to use the aqua park. The inflatables were scorching hot, the slides were too hot to use, I definitely recommend bringing water shoes for your feet not to burn. We werent warned about them being possibility too hot to use. Unless it was stated on the waiver and I missed it. Maybe if there were more wet people running around in it, it would keep the inflatables cooler but it is Florida the weather was super hot. Or sprinklers constantly running on the inflatables would be better in my opinion. My kids still enjoyed the aqua park.

We had a great time at this new water park in the Lake Nona area. The kids enjoyed the obstacles and the food was super! They required everyone to wear masks to get in and they have hand sanitizer stations around the park .

We were visiting Orlando for Christmas. Place was clean, staff was friendly. We mainly went here to wakeboard and it was our first time but the beginner cable wasn’t operational so we all just pretty much face planted on launch a few times and then just stopped trying. If it’s your first time wake boarding make sure the beginner cables are operational before going.The floating obstacle course and tower suspensions were fun!

Really great park, very clean and the park is pretty well suited for beginners to somewhat advanced, good for the price will definitely go again.

Great Aqua Park - clean covered tables as well as clean restrooms. Snack/sandwich bar - beer and softdrinks all available for $$. Watched the ski pull line - either single or double configuration can be set up if you like. Pets are welcome just need to be on a leash and clean up after them. Great day for our kids. Daylight hours only 10a-6p.

I visited with my son to the aqua park, prices are reasonable and it wasn’t overly crowded either. Staff was very helpful with any questions and they also have some great specials for other activities in the park as well. Food and drinks were a little pricey but your paying for convenience. All the facilities were clean and overall we had an amazing experience, life saver (Nate) went above and beyond to make sure the kids were safe and even helped them with obstacles and jumps. I will have to visit again soon !

Had a groupon for the climbing tower. It was amazing and had obstacles for all skill levels. Perfect for Spartan training. Honestly wish I could buy a monthly pass. Looking forward to going back and trying the water attractions when its a bit warmer.

We were treated royally....from the personal attention of the President down to the accommodating staff. The obstacle course provided an hour of safe and challenging skills for our 15 grandkids. The park is clean, user friendly, with plenty to do. They now all want to have their birthdays there!

Went with kids on the inflatables... it was super fun! The lifeguards were very helping and made the time incredible. We later had ice cream and drinks at their restaurant. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I would recommend this place for a memorable afternoon.

Awesome place to come and ride and hang! I like how the training area is close to the main cable area so you can go straight from one to the other. Or just be able to watch if youre with your friends. Being able to grab a drink is also a big plus BUT, just know that once you have alcohol you are done from using ANY of the facilities. Just a heads up in case you accidentally order and drink a beer before signing up for anything. But overall great atmosphere and awesome facilities for people of all levels and different activities if being in the water isn’t your thing.

We had a fabulous time at Nona! My son loved the water obstacle park and we plan of visiting again when he is older so that he can experience wake boarding on the lake. The food was delicious as well and an overall great atmosphere and experience. I would highly recommend visiting!

We had an AMAZING time! It was so much fun and Kyle, our Park Ambassador, was super nice and helpful, as well as everyone who was there. Anne, who helped me make the booking, was really nice, accommodating, and quick with responding. I also really appreciated the property manager making an effort to say hello as well. The park was super clean and organized, everyone who worked there knew exactly what they were doing. We had such a great time and will definitely be returning to the AquaPark as well as are anxious to try the rest of what the park has to offer!

Great park that allows you to explore your adventurous lake side! Definitely had a great time. The people are great and helpful, my trainer stayed with me until I was ready to move from the beginner course.

Great place to learn wakeboarding. Very helpful staff who gave instruction to get me up and going. Good for young and old. Once you get the hang of it you can graduate to the intermediate/advanced cable an really improve your skills. Hope to go back soon.

An amazing place. Management and staff are great. We come here every Saturday and Sunday morning after our group cycling ride. Nothing else like it.

I went for cable wakeboarding and had an absolute blast! Blake was our instructor and he was very helpful and very passionate about wakeboarding. I have been wakeboarding behind a boat, but this was my first time doing cable. I appreciated that they have a set up for boat starts because I have heard ramp starts can be difficult. Also, if you have never been wakeboarding they have knee boards you can use which is what my boyfriend had to do and he had a great time.

Its the best smaller water park Ive ever been to. The obstacles were super fun and the sprinkler was refreshing. The food is amazing and the drinks are refreshing. I cant wait to go back with my whole family and experience the wakeboarding too.

Wish they were open before 3:00 pm on weekdays and that they had a wakeboard boat BUT the staff is A++. The cable ride and the adventure portion is spot on! Perfect place for family fun

Nona Adventure Park was amazing, my 3 sons and I had a blast. The place was very clean, organized and well laid out. Tim and the staff were very helpful and the food was great.We will definitely be back with the rest of the family soon.

This place is very clean, well organized, friendly staff, very impressed. They even have beer and food for when your done. The water is clean, the wake boarding is easy to learn and real fun. Rope courses are easy enough for little ones and challenging enough for us bigger people. A must do

Andy was a huge help as soon as I walked in the door. Got me everything I needed. Carlos and Amanda were awesome and gave great advice on the start, jumps, and kickers. This place made a 52 year old wakeboarder from Arkansas very welcome. Bring your family, this place has everything!

Alot of fun although wake boarding is not my sport... I didnt catch the young girls name that helped us out on the cables she was truly awesome. We were only in town a couple of days, she suggested some different places to check out

I had a great memorial weekend at the Nona Adventure Park! Besides the clean facilities and fun activities the location offers, the staff is where this park shines ! Everyone we encountered offered helpful tips and were friendly and professional. The option to switch between types of boards at no additional charge was also an added perk. Looking forward to our next visit.

What a great place to have here in Nona! We had a blast. I also had a few beers, salad and the gourmet pepperoni pizza. The pizza was so delicious. Well be back for sure!

This area needed a place like this with different entertaining options for the kids and adults.

Had a birthday party for my daughter and her friends, they did a great job, the staff if really great to work with and make sure everyone has a great time.

They are just preparing to open. They serve pizza, hot dogs, flat-bread sandwiches, and Boars Head lunch meat sandwiches (which they are willing to warm on a panini grill). In addition, there is a wide array of water sports. So, you can grab some dinner and watch other people kill themselves on the water while you dine on a massive covered deck with a view to die for! My dudes!!!

Got my tickets at Groupon even though they have teasonable prices for the quality of fun, was not sure of the park details. Staff was very friendly. Entire family had a great time. It started storming in the middle of our session and the staff made sure to work with us so we can complete the time!

Paid $40 a person. Got told to get out cause their was lightning 10 miles at 1430 hours and nothing happened for a hour. Then I go in to ask what the hold up is oh theres lightning still which it was bright sunshine out. Unprofessional!

Such a fun place! loved doing the climbing wall, definitely the most challenging one I’ve ever done but there are easier options for sure.

What an awesome experience, took 2 x 10 year olds. First exposure to wakeboarding for all of us. Everyone loved it, the operators/ instructors were very patient and really did their best to make it a truly memorable experience. The aqua park was a blast and the climbing tower was very fun, if not a lot of hard work. Will definitely go back again...

Friendly staff, great equipment. visited with my 16 year old son and his friend, we did the ropes course, the water obstacle course and they did lap upon lap on the wakeboard course, we had a great day and will be back.
