I love the variety of designs. Theyre all so creative. I can never decide on just one item!

Just love the creativity!

I ordered from their website and it took over a month to get to me. They do not respond to any emails, nor can they handle an international customer base. That being said I have never been in the store, and when I finally received the products, they were made of better quality than you will get in most places. The stickers are really nice and the poster was gorgeous and the colors really stand out. My advice do not order from them, but go to the store as their products are one of a kind.

I ordered several items online the packages never came I tried to call them or reach them through email no response checked with usps they said they never shipped the items in the first place !!! They don’t respond at all !

An amazing and inspiring studio that really speaks to the importance of connecting to ones roots. I highly recommend supporting this organization and purchasing some of their authentic beautiful items. Definitely somewhere I plan to stop by whenever Im in the area.

I literally emailed this lady about 3 times about a bracelet that broke in half after the first few wears. That has never happened to me. And this bracelet was $50+. So cheap. The least she could’ve done was respond to my email saying she doesn’t repair or whatever. The worst customer service EVER. A year ago, I tried getting in touch with her about an order that never shipped until a month after. Never ordering again, I don’t care how cute your products are. Service comes first.

I loved my visit to Watan! Ive followed the Etsy account for years, and it was amazing to visit the storefront and community space. I bought a wonderful crew neck sweatshirt to add to my Watan collection. Cant wait to come back for community events!

I am sorry to be writing such a negative review but I am very frustrated. I have followed Jumana and Watan since they were an online Etsy shop and I have loved watching them grow up into an arts collective.However their professionalism leaves something to be desired. I spent over $100 dollars at the beginning of August on an overseas order and have struggled to be in touch with anyone from the Watan team, using multiple platforms of communication. I finally heard back from them yesterday (mid-November) where they told me it was returned and therefore never shipped. Which is fine if true, but they have still taken the $105 for the items and not offered to refund it.In short, admire their pieces from afar but don’t bother ordering anything as they are not professional enough to process payments properly or provide basic customer service.It’s clear that they have asked friends to write positive reviews in place of a series of negative reviews. If they decide to respond to my claim properly then I will happily update this review.

Please be careful ordering from this company! Ive ordered multiple times in the past, but this time, they failed to send my item. A couple months later, I reached out via all social media and email. Nothing. Multiple other people expressed this problem on Instagram, and they deleted the critical comments (mind you, none were that critical - they were just frustrated and asking where their shipments were). They still update social media, so they are active, but have not informed customers of any issues interfering with orders etc. Please, at least for the time being, do not order from Watan!

Placed an order 2 weeks ago. After a week I emailed asking if my order had shipped no response. I sent a message via their Instagram where they continue posting but again no response. I sent another email. Nothing. They simply do not respond. I’m not sure why. I will be filing a paypal refund. Why take the money and never ship out the items?

Ive always admired Watans art, especially as an artist myself. I recently ordered a print from them (on Monday, I think) and received it the same week, on Thursday. The quality of the print is beautiful! Definitely 5 stars.

Becareful with this company!!! The purchasing process is not easy. I have been to the studio in the past & wanted to purchase 1 item. I verified with the owner the item was in stock & the hours. Since Im in the area I figured it would be easier & quicker to stop by & make the purchase.I went to the studio & the owner was not there at the time she said she would be & did not respond to my messages or phone calls.Regardless, I ordered the item online on 2/13 & didnt hear back until 2/17. I was provided with a tracking number & the confirmation noted I should receive the order w/in 2 to 3 days. I checked the tracking number on 2/20 & the USPS website noted they were waiting for the package. I have contacted this company every way possible since the 20th & they have not responded. Its the 28th & 10 days later the post office is still waiting for the package.To say this experience has been disappointing is an understatement. I have seen updates on their Facebook page, so they are around. They just dont want to provide customer service or even an order. They have received payment & its not right they are not delivering my order. I wanted to support a local businesses & a young up & coming business owner. Now I wish I had ordered this particular item from Paliroots. I placed an order with them for an item Watan does not carry & received it immediately. I will not order from this company ever again.
