All the neighbors seem to get along and never complain.The groundskeeper/maint. guy a Llways helpful and courteous and the owner seem to really care about the poeple that live there.Slight problem with parking though.

Quiet, tranquil setting with friendly neighbors.

I have lived here 10 plus years and I love it..we have a great maintenance guy that keeps the park clean and running ..we have our own sewer plant and we are on well water which fits with the country feel. Our water goes through continuous state testing to ensure water quality. Probably the best part of our community are the friendly neighbors.

I have lived at this park in 2 diff spots over a 4 ear period.. other then the maintenance man being bored and blowing leaves all over it is a VERY nice park, altho I do have to say the new owner as let it become a children accepted place and I am retired and do like my quiet time..

I do believe this is a mobile park not a comunity park
