I love living in this community and all of my wonderful neighbors that I have met! Its safe, well maintained and community based.

So sad to hear my previous neighbor ran the people out who bought from me.Mary and Tom are evil people. Im sorry others have suffered from them also. They are bullies and management sides with them. Nasty! We called her Trixie the Dominatrix.

I have lived at Country Village over 12 plus years. I see a lot of reviews complaining you buy the house but rent the land. This is common for manufacture parks. The place is under their third management company that I know of. I wish them the very best. Too many people in the park do not give a rip on how their house looks or what junk they store in their driveway. I say......,good job to the managers to push the dead beats out. I take pride in our community for it looking nice when friends come thru. I take pride that my close knit neighbors look out for each other. If you dont like the rules of the park that you sign a contract with.... move on to apartments you can trash.

The management here bullies and threatens elderly with evictions. Giving them very short timelines to make improvements. Forcing the vulnerable to contract workers on a fixed income or face eviction.Update: Management here is cruel! Both my grandparents past. The last one this last summer. It hurts me that the management tried so hard to make it uncomfortable and keep threatening evictions, one after the other. My grandfather was a WW2 vet. His last days on Earth were stressful and felt like he was leaving a his family a burden. My grandmother was a volunteer everything, and kept apologizing for the struggle our family went through to keep management happy and not evict them to keep the house. No one should spend their last days like this. Especially after a lifetime of service to their community and country. These people made it nearly impossible to sell the house after they were gone. They kept changing the rules and even required new owners to sign documents not in any original or new agreements. They tried so hard to keep this house. They changed how we had to pay rent if the final months just to get more money. Dont put your loved ones through this. Our families deserve better!!!

Place could use some love but overall was nice

I have been here for one year and am happy with my home for the most part. Previous owners did not take care of it so required work. The couple who manage the park now are great-always helpful, willing to listen, and do what they can as managers. I have known that we pay for water, but it is way cheaper than in a house. It is divided after park pays and I have even had months where I was credited! I briefly met the owner and he seemed nice and complimented me on my gardens. I am usually always happy as I try to be a good tenant and neighbor!

I love it here! Nice quiet safe place to call home for me and my family.

When I moved in some years ago it was beautiful and the neighbors were great. Now the streets are run down with pot holes, we have to pay for the water and yet the management complains about dead grass, the neighbors kids are bullys and run wild and the owners wont do anything about the flooding in my back yard. All and all I think its time to leave. I wouldnt reccomend it to anyone. You have to buy your house, but must rent the property, leaving you in the unenviable position of owning but still renting.

I hate going to Country Village to visit my friends every time I go there there are speed bumps Im barely going to miles an hour and the speed bumps are so tall they tear up the bottom of your car I recommend if your car sits low stock dont go there if you have a low rider its out of the question it doesnt even slow the people down that live there they all come racing over the bumps because their car is all clear
