The bus service is horrible. The highway is barely car friendly; not bike friendly. If you move here, plan to get a car because this is the beginning of the end of the metro friendly transit access area. I dont think park ownership acknowledges they and the community would benefit from lobbying for better transit or safe bike lanes. Also my family owns a farm that we lease, and we make all structural improvements to the land, not only because it says so in the lease our tenant signs but because allowing (let alone forcing) tenants to make structural improvements with their own capital is #triggering if you happen to be Oregon squatters rights laws.People are okay. Management does their best but ownership is just in for the bucks.
Not a terrible place my mom lives here the only bad thing about this place is managment chooses witch rules to enforce from person to person. If you want proof for yourself just drive in and look around one side has nice houses yards kept up.Then the other side is like you drifted past your location and ended up in hoarders heaven its just nasty.
Grace, the manager, is absolutely wonderful. Her kindness toward residents is unsurpassed. She inspires a true sense of community.
IT USED TO BE NICE, WE USED TO HAVE AN EXTERMINATOR HERE EVERY SINGLE MONTH. NOT ANYMORE ️
This is a community of family and friends in a safe, quiet country setting. Grace, the manager, is friendly, helpful and the consummate professional.
Quiet, quaint little place with friendly people.
Best neighborhood amd friends you could ask for.
Love d it
The neighbors are good people but the management ignores basic maintenance and shames home owners who complain about the conditions.
