The thing that makes me return to a restaurant - is always the food. And the food here was really good. I had the shrimp scampi - with white wine butter garlic sauce - and it was a large plate - and I wasnt even that hungry but I ate every bite.The waitstaff was excellent, the food was good, the heaters were burning warm outside - oh yes, I will be back.

The play areas are good for kids and adults. The entire arcade only requires one credit per game which is cool. There are questionable people here on the weekends it seems sometimes, but overall the patrons and staff are friendly and everyone seems to get along. Food is kid friendly which means it is not of high quality and rather plain, but the pizza and salad bar are doable. They also have a strict 2 alcohol drink per person rule which keeps things civil and everyone on their best behavior in front of the kids.

Manager was friendly... Staff was not as helpful, everyone seemed bored to be there. We all had fun playing. Tried the new stuffed crust which was really good. It has a big game selection.

We had my nieces 4th birthday party there and we couldnt have been more pleased. The staff is amazing and we received better service than most restaurants we have been to in a long time. The Manager on duty 11/2/19 between 12:30-2:30 was fantastic. Thank you so much for helping us create amazing memories!

If your a kid it seems to be the best place this side of Disneyland. If youre an adult thats a different story. Take your earplugs. Saving grace is they sell beer.

We come here often but tonight was the first time we threw a party for both of our daughters. I can honestly say it was such a great experience! Adriana was our hostess and she went above and beyond and gave us and all of your guests and amazing birthday party experience. The food, the cake, the ticket blaster experience, and everyone singing happy birthday was so much fun! We definitely recommend having your party here and thank you to all the staff there, especially Adriana!

A fun time for kids and parents and grandparents!The young people working here worked VERY hard and were so nice. Food was good, place was very clean.

I recently went here for my nephews 2nd birthday.The first thing I noticed was that no one is at the door checking you in with your child. You had to try to get the employees attention. RED FLAGWe arrived shortly after 230 nothing had been set up. Ive had/been to plenty of parties at CCs and the tables are usually set up 30 minutes before and you have time to add any of your personal touches. The hostess looked like she hated her job and nowhere to be found after the party arrived. We ordered food that took way over an hour to be received. The party next to us left and no one cleaned their table. It was filled with old food and trash through out our entire party.I dont know if we just happened to come on a day on which they were EXTREMELY short staffed and/or overworked. But this has to be one my top 3 worst CCs I have ever visited. They lacked structure and need to get employees that at least pretend to be happy with their jobs. This is a place for children to have fun for christ sakes.

The kiddos like this place. But honestly we never eat here, the place smells but its stops bothering you after after a while. I wish they allowed outside food in here. Food is not expensive, we just dont think is up to our standards.

Got the T mobile deal for 1 large pizza plus 5 dollar game card for 5. Great deal but 15 tokens went by quick. Pizza was cheesy and the kids loved it. Sadly chuck e cheese didnt cone out but the manager was nice and apologized that the mouse couldnt come out.They dont offer cups for water. You have to purchase a bottle of water for 2.59

This chuck e cheese location is small and understaffed. I dont think I had a worker let me in or out. I had to do it myself. It doesnt matter what chucks you go to. The employees all stink. They are rude and dont wanna help. They are not ever happy. I mean I get it. Working with screaming kids and parents has got to be incredibly difficult. Thats why I never chose that job.

First visit and me and my Son had a ball, great for families and for groups to hold a party. Plenty of fun to be had. Went here for a birthday party. Staff were friendly and efficient. There were a few games not working, but still plenty to play. A great stop for any kiddo!

Mostly all the games are not that good but the food is amazing!

Some cashier gave me a coupon for 104 tickets and later on when i was about to claim it she said she gave it to me by mistake. I dont think thats fair! It got my kids excited until she took it from me. Also they need to stock up on their prizes everytime i go they never have anything.

Its pretty fun and friendly place for kids. The staff is nice and the wait isnt too long.

The floor immaculate. But walk into the men/boys restroom and thats wherd the rating drops. It looks like those redtroomsvget cleaned once a week. Theres a calcium ring in the toilet that grossed me out common chuck.E wake your team up this is soposed to be a place to bring our kids to enjoy partys and stuff.

I love coming here the manager Katt she has the most awesome vibe ever. Always welcoming us to her store. food is always amazing. Very clean environment.

Fun place for kids. The pizza is surprisingly good. The best bet for play is the timed play for 1 hour. Dont forget to pause play time when eating. You can only pause play once on play card.

I was surprised by how tasty the pizza was. My toddler loved the games. Its a bit pricey to eat here but pretty good for a special occasion with the kids.

Great for birthday parties. They give key cards with an hour of free games, including ticket games, for each child in bday party. Adults and children had fun. Other parents attending were inquiring about having a party for their kids.

Worst place..Waited over an hour to get 1 medium pizza. It was only about 4 girls for the whole place running around trying to do everything, cashier, to redeem the tickets, take orders out...long lines plus everywhere dirty tables. They need more help because place was packed. Never coming back

My daughter really enjoyed herself. The manager really made my daughters birthday special for her. All the employees were very nice and accommodating. We ordered a variety of pizzas, including stuffed crust, and salad bars.

Dirty. Under staffed. CEC show broken, no sound, off track, kids climbing all over him, kids climbing on top of games. food and trash everywhere, one table had a bottle of tylenol sitting with kids reach, workers walked by it several times but did nothing. NOBODY was manning the door. Anybody could of left with any child and nobody would of known.

I ordered three large pepperoni pizzas and after waiting for over an hour still never got my pizzas I had to walk to cash register and asking if I was going to get the pizzas that I had paid for. After talking with the manager Turns out that person who took my order forget to send my order to the kitchen.

I miss the old days of when you can put in tokens and then play games. Now there are 2 types of games, you have to get a card and either buy tokens for the card or buy time for the card. They still have some machines that have an actual token slot as well. The facility is clean, a smaller one from what I have been to in the past, but the staff is friendly and the kid always has a fun time.

Chuck e. Cheeses has definetly lost its charm. This one in particular has been my childhood friend. I remember coming her for birthday parties and school events, and it being filled with kids and games. Now the vast variety of games has dwindled down and its less popular. I am deeply hurt by this because I remember coming here and seeing all the games and kids play with me. Now its bland and empty. The one thing they improved however, is their pizza.

Scheduled a birthday party for 15 kids on a Sunday afternoon. Loved the unlimited play card packageThe kids had a ton of fun. Their servers and events ran a bit long so our party ended about 40 minutes longer than the two hours we had planned on. That would have been fine if they had brought out the extra food we ordered for the adults (another $120 or so of pizzas and platters). It eventually came out more than 2 hours after the party started. So we sent it back since everyone was getting ready to leave. Great time for the kids...but the adults went hungry.

Love going here mostly every other weekend! The only thing that prevents me from giving this a 5 star rating is the lack of cleaning and filling of the parmesan cheese shakers.

Its super fun and its great for kids I I really recommend if you have children to bring them here because its a very fun place for children and even when its his birthday or hers you get to play on the games without your card running out of points its really cool because your card is usually limited with points but the card that you get on a birthday is unlimited! Its so cool and the food is also very nice including a salad bar to it drinks are also very good and the games are the main attraction I really recommend your kids to go here but for an adult to but you might get a little bit bored just saying

The service was terrible there was no ice for the first 3 hours and then when there was there was food on it. I was accused of stealing qnd the food gave me a sore throat.

August 11, 2018 We 1st visited Chuck E. Cheeses on N.Tustin Ave, Orange, Ca. The first impression of the place, as we walked in the door, it smells dirty in here. I wanted to turn around and leave. The restroom smelled cleaner. On the other hand the games were very fun. We may not go back to this place. We will go try another Chuck E Cheese.

Its crowded, it smells funny, theyre understaffed but the kid loves it. Even under pressure the staff does what they can to help you when needed and the games are cheap. Dont come in expecting paradise and you wont be disappointed. Its CEC and u should know what to expect and can find coupons. If you want luxury then go spend the money elsewhere.

Okay so where do I begin... I havent been to chuck e cheese in 2 years before then my family and I were there every other weekend (this specific location). Today there was an employee who stood out for all good reasons! It was her 2nd day and idk how she kept it together (I was frustrated for her lol). Her name was Paola, wonderful girl, very friendly, always had a smile on her face, always willing to help or answer questions. I cant say enough wonderful things about her, made our experience even more enjoyable! I wanted to say Thank you. Keep up the good work youre doing awesome!

What I like is that it’s not as packed as other Chuck E Cheese’s.Games are in good condition and are fun for the kids.The pizza here feels a little undercooked, but I eat it because of the kids.It’s ultimately a good place to go, and it beats all other places I’ve been to.

Wow, this place is way short staff. Tickets did not come out of some of the machines and not worth chasing down someone to get tickets earned, also some machines/games were OUT OF ORDER. They ran out of Chicken and had to substitute for more bread sticks. Manager looked exhausted running around serving people their order.Ticket machines had long lines, only 3 machines in the whole Chuckie E Cheese. Overall not looking forward to coming back to this location.

This review is not a joke nor am I exaggerating either. I guarantee the pizza was at least 2 days old. My concerns were met by a manager 16 years old which is fine, but this kid acted as most 16 Year old kids do, rude and told us to leave if we did not like the food? The Tustin location should be shut down and charges be filed on this corporate giant for endangering the publics safety.

The kids had a great time and didnt notice the dirt. Its hard to find a clean table in that restaurant but the food was good. Chuck-E-Cheese actually makes decent Pizza.

Person who greeted us was very friendly and helpful. Place was clean and not too crowded for a Friday evening. The food wasnt all the great for the price and it took a while to get it. There was no Italian dressing available at the salad bar...bummer.

This is the one of the better chuck e cheeses ive been too. My daughter loves the kiddie rides. The location looks clean, minus one star cause Ive been there were 5+ games broken. Sad face.

Came here for the lunch buffet and was happy with the selection of pizzas. They ran out a few times but quickly replenished it.The desert pizza tastes really bad - the CEC in Huntington Beach tasted super delicious.Otherwise everything was great and staff was very friendly.
