The place offers a fantastic range of delicious food. I like eating here. Staff members are always super nice, pricing is affordable and the spot is always clean.

This is an awesome game centre. You could be here for hours and not notice. Lots of fun games for kids and adults alike. And not too expensive either. Theres a bar, an eatery, a restroom, a large parking area, wheelchair accessible parking, and theres even an ATM.

Unfortunately we walked in looking forward to a fun day with the kids and walked back out. It’s SO incredibly loud to the point it’s unbearable. One of our boys is on the spectrum and he couldn’t cover his ears enough to drown out the blaring, unpleasant noise. I couldn’t stand it myself and I’m not on the spectrum. We can’t recommend it.

Wonderful place to allow the children to have a day away pleasure. Adults may have a beer or a drink. Reasonably priced and amazing games for the whole family to enjoy. My children left with a bag of things they exchanged their tickets for!! We will definitely return.

Dave & Busters is a great meeting spot with lots of activities for everyone. The place was very crowded and people were having a good time. The food is so so and the drinks were not as advertised in either was the food. the bathrooms really needed to be cleaned. All the staff was very nice and very helpful and very attentive. They do have a very extensive menu.

Great arcade for kids and adults. Fun, loud atmosphere. We are out-of-town visitors and enjoyed the evening here. Wednesday is their half off games night. My hubby, 3 year old, and I all had a great time. Lots of new games, and a few old style ones like pac man and skee ball. All the games were working (none out of order) and it was very clean. The parking lot was pretty full, but I didnt feel like I was in a big crowd, and only had to wait for a couple games. They also have a restaurant, bars, an outdoor patio area, and bowling. It all looks great, but we only visited the arcade this trip.

The restaurant is nasty, waiters walk the trash cans in front of the people and the tables arent clean. Water tastes bad and waiters are rude. I was surprised that the food was edible. Very slow service.

Great service! They are obviously insuring on proper social distancing requirements and are maintaining a clean facility. I really like that they offer sanitization stations with hand sanitizer and gloves everywhere you look.

Dave n Busters . This place gets a little musty because a lot of people are there but make sure you go on Wednesday nights! All their games are half off that night.They have a bar as well if you are 21 and over. But besides that, this is a great place to have fun with your friends or your date .

D&B used to be a great spot to hang with friends. I like the new look and feel of it. However, the food has gone downhill and service is not up to par. We came on a slow night in the dining area and it took a long time to get refills and such-which we had to ask for. The gaming areas is still fun but there are broken machines galore.

The games are still a lot of fun, but unfortunately the food has been going downhill for a while. Its prepped and served well (the staff are great), but the food itself isnt so great. Theyve gradually changed the menu over time and gotten rid of a lot of our groups favorite items. It also seems like the prices are gradually climbing while the portion sizes have suffered, so theres a bit of a value issue for me at this point. Weve used this location as a middle point for our large group many, many times over the years, but well probably go elsewhere in the future.

I had a beer with my friends and had a lovely time inside. Music was a bit too loud for my taste thou. But overall it was really nice. A big selection of food and beers available and also you can play games inside. Video games I mean. Or each a nice game of sports on a big TV. But for the rest all was nice and cool, will bring my wife on a date night here again. :)

The place was clean. The games... Some were broke, not to D&Bs fault, probably the kids, because it was the card readers that were shattered. I got a beer and most of the good IPAs normally on draft were no longer there. And they were served in plastic glasses. Is that horrible? No. Did it give it a cheaper feel to the environment? Yes. If a 3 star equals it was Okay, then Im okay with that. I hate to see places go cheap on things. Especially when you spend so much money on video games.

Well.........we had fun because we were with each other but when we ordered an appetizer and drinks we were very disappointed. The drinks took about 30 min and the appetizer an hour. We finally received our food right before they were closing so had to rush to finish. We ordered 2 drinks, neither were as advertised (see pics). The glow in the dark drink didnt glow or have sugar around the rim, it looked like greenish water. The Over Under was a do it yourself kit and lame. Our server Analisa was embarrassed and gave us a drink. If it wasnt for her the rating would have been worse.

My Review is based on Happy Hour Menu - This Dave and Buster gets a 4 stars not due to this location feaures but all D&B in general and it is due in part to the Happy Hour Food manu which is not competitive at all when you compare it to others similar, now they alcohol happy hour is one or maybe the Best! as it has pretty much all alcohol beverages at half price, when we asked about their HH drink menu there was a vast selection of all kinds of fixed drinks and even our custom drinks were priced the same!!! I was expecting my bill to be a little bit over 100.00 and it came half that amount ! so definitely D&B has the best Alcohol Drinks for Happy Hour gathering with friends and company meetings after work, but need to make their appetizers menu part of the Happy Hour or an alternative to the limited 6 food items on the HH menu. so now about the location and arcades REVIEW- it is a 5 ***** both bars are nice and well located, one bar is located in the front lobby entrance where you can have a conversation without all the commotion of fun arcade sounds and people having fun of all kinds, and the other it is right in the middle of the Arcade with some booth seating around the bar which makes it perfect for family and friends gatherings (Irvine Location lacks of the booth seating around the bar) also this location has table seating next to the bar arcade for bigger group gatherings, so want to know more just hit me up!

Its definitely the place to go for video games and other fun activities for the whole family, adult and children. However, dont expect too much of a service here. Quality of food and drinks are slightly above average for the amount paid, so it is worth the money in my opinion. They do offer some special like happy hour and/or game card bundles with food. Overall, this is the place for fun.

I feel they really cleaned up this Dave and Busters. A lot cleaner and a lot of newer games and equipment. I really like what they did with the place. The staff at the ticket counter was super friendly too.

I had an amazing time at dave and busters they had 4 turn tables bunch of djs drinks foid games lots of parking the vibe was great no drama!! They were handing out prizes and shirts I definetly reccomend this location you guys must check it out!!

On vacation with family. Went out with my grown children to enjoy an evening without the kids. It was a good evening but a little pricey. Should have had a holiday special or something.

The service of the waiter we had, Joey, was outstanding. He was very understanding of our table and was always there. Very good place to come and enjoy some game time. Just the prices for food is a bit much. But good place to come for a bit of video game fun.

Attended a catered event. Unfortunately appetizers of meatballs and spinach dip were ice cold. Main course of chicken salmon and prime rib potatoes salad and veggies were ok. Wish the staff would stay on top of restocking the hot foods.

The time open to the public would be nice. If you have a birthday party you can go before that. Shouldnt it be open early for the early birds.

I came in on a Saturday around 8:00 pm. Wait time for seating was about 20 minutes for 2. We went to buy a game card but there was only one attendant and none of the kiosks worked to dispense new cards. The waitress was very nice and professional. The frosé was pretty good and so was the dangerous waters drink. I only wished the food was hotter... the buffalo wings, sliders and pizza bites were kinda cold.

They had hand sanitizer at the entrance but considering there are tons of games and many people touch them thats not enough. They need to take more precautions to make people feel more comfortable. Also, they dont consistently ID folks getting alcoholic drinks - not good!!!

2nd time having a company party here and the first was awesome which is why I decided to revisit this location. This time it was not so great. The food was good, such tasty dishes and atmosphere was great, plenty of space set up and seating. Manager on staff was extremely busy there being a fight and all but he was great as well, he made sure to check in a couple of times. The staff was lackluster and made the experience soo bad we will not be returning.There were two bartenders on staff that night that were extremely rude they shorted several of guest and gave attitude when asked for the remainder of the cash. Of course the bartender was tipped but to assume you are to keep the remainder of the change or to short several people is a hospitality/ customer service no no. All of the party members were over the age of 21 and he refused to allow some guest to buy for others, even after the bartender was shown the other peoples ID. He told the people buying the drinks they can not give someone else their drink. What? I have never heard of this.The 2 staffed servers were ok. They were available for when we needed them but never went out of there way, just stood around until called. Towards the end it would of been nice if they told us hey time is almost up please be sure to pack up some food if you like but no instead what we got was a siren blast shouting to get out. Now I dont know if that was directed at us or just everyone but the siren blast is extremely unnecessary they have security to push people out. The first year we had our event here there was no siren blast to vacate the building.The money for the event and mandatory tip to the servers on top of the alcohol purchased, people setting up parties showed be treated with a bit more care. A visit from a manager at the end possibly so I could of voiced my concerns then and there that would of been nice. I did receive a survey for the event a couple of days later but by that time I had already submitted one and asked to be reached with these same concerns and I no word from anyone. I wont be planning another event here or come back neither will the 30 guest who were bull horned out of here.Side not. if you dont use your playing cards that night you loose it even though you paid for it. That is something I was aware of but it seems insane! To not allow people to save their playing cards that were paid for. Bad company practice.

Was very unhappy about the first come first serve seating situation. We waited almost 20mins for a booth, and then when a couple was getting ready to leave, another group, whom apparently was acquainted with the couple, basically bullied their way in front of us and took the booth. After speaking with management about the situation, I was amazed at how little they were willing to do to rectify the situation. They basically did nothing outside of offer us a $5.00 playing card, which if you know anything about Dave and Busters, is basically like 1 free game. While we enjoy playing the games and giant connect four is forever our go to, I was disappointed with how our last experience went. They really need to change the first come first serve policy for that section of tables.

The best happy hour in all of OC!!! I love the bar so much...the best staff ever....they can make anything taste awesome!!!! Food is good but I normally come for the drinks and to watch football on the big screens!!! Also they have table shuffleboard...so much fun....and the arcade is fun just a little expensive.

First time at a Dave & Buster’s and I definitely had a good time with my friends. I liked the selection of games offered. Many of them were multiplayer making it more fun to play with my friends. Can’t comment on the food or drinks as I was just there to play the games.

Came here on a Thursday night promo I guess. Bad experience overall. Our waitress was annoyed that we had already ordered drinks at the bar before we sat down at her table.We ended up ordering the happy hour menu (4 items). When the food came 5 mins later the check was dropped off at the table without any notice. There were no plates, no napkins, basically no service. I had to get up and ask the manager myself for the plates and napkins. Dont if is the policy here to do that.2 stars rating is only because the manager actually brought the napkins and plates.

Terrible food, scam games. Most of them are just mobile games on large screens. I dont understand how is this place enjoyable for anyone.Here is a bit more clarification, for $15 you can enjoy a movie in a theatre for about 2 hours. $15 here, will entertain you maybe 3-4 minutes only! For to be a common entertainment business, prices should be %5 of what they already are. I find it quite interesting the economics of such places. All of the machines are running non-stop, using power anyway. Completely unused due to the super steep prices. As for getting food, I would go to a proper restaurant instead.Here is a quick revenue projection.Assume this place has 100 arcade machines and assume place is open 12 hours a day (even though they have longer hours). Now assume the machines are cheap enough to use and $15 will give an hour long entertainment (still less than a movie but whatever).Now the potential revenue for this place in a month is:100 macines * 12 hours * 30 days * $15 per hour = $540,000Yes more than half a million dollar revenue potential! What they do instead to give you 3 minutes of entertainment for $15 and all machines are horribly underutilized, always running empty, burning power, all employees are just hanging out etc. I am guessing their revenue is much less than half a million dollar from arcades right now. But what do I know about entertainment anyway :)

Cool spot to have a few drinks and chill. Happy hour is best. Food is good, some things can be a bit pricey, but atmosphere is cool/fun. Deals are always better. A place for you to enjoy some arcade games with your kids or just some friends/family. I visited this Dave & Busters location a few minutes ago. I was really impressed by our server, Luis. He was so attentive and was willing to change our order after we told him we cant have cheese on the burger. By the way the Buster burger and fries are fabulous. Even the manager came out to bring us our burger after they remade it without the cheese. We had so much fun after dinner, driving the race cars at the arcade area. I would definitely go back. As an arcade this place is fun but if you eat here the service is terrible. The hostess was rude to us when we checked in. They didnt give us any settings so we had to take some from another table. When I raised my hand to get one more two waiters walked right past me. I couldve grabbed them thats how close they were. A third waiter saw laughed a bit and then helped. The person who brought out our food just put the food on the table, we had to sort it out ourselves. The food here is okay. The ribs were good, the steak was cooked right, although we wished the pasta had more sauce. A waiter asked me if I wanted more water and took my cup and never gave it back. Only giving this place three stars because of the arcade.

I like Daves, always a nice atmosphere and pretty good music. The games are a little pricey on the weekends. Its a nice time, only except if youre planning on winning something besides candy.

Went to watch ppv fights here, got a table for four, they ran out of bands which told them how many seats they had in the blocked off area and only sold one of the four of us one. Ended up buying two bands off other patrons. When there was only one of us left they sold him a band finally, but it was at twice the cost. Had to complain and then wait on a manager to show up to refund the difference. Food was solid, waiter was great and they had a decent deal on 100 oz of beer.

Terrible customer service, we sat at the bar on a weekday and it was pretty empty. The bartender had to be reminded constantly to bring the smallest things and worst she wouldnt even look at us while servicing, just chatting it up with other employees without asking if we were ok. Another bartender noticed and decided to ask if we were doing ok, in which we just asked for the check at that point. Probably wouldnt go back other than just for the games

The food is great. Not a tan of staff here though. I was overcharged for drinks multiple tes and the server kept arguing with me. Not only that but rather than correcting the charges and bringing me a new bill he instead told me to tip less. Not exactly sure what he was doing but it felt lile he was trying to swindle the restaurant into getting bigger tips by over charging customers and then changing the bill and charging less after it is already signed.

They have some new games. The new Tomb Raider-shooting game. Injustice League-fighting game. After each game you get a card with a character that you can later use to fight with. Also they were building a new Jurrasic World game.

Its a fun place to play and have family time but once you redeem your tickets, most of there prizes dont work. I got a portable charger, charged it ALL DAY, tried it for the first time, didnt work. Also my love light, i put the correct battery type, turned the switch on, and it doesnt turn on. But they do have cute stuff animals to redeem.
