We come skate as a family a lot and always have a good time. Tonight my 10 year old had a party here and the staff was amazing and friendly. My son and all his friends had a fantastic time. It was a great value in my opinion. They got to skate and do the rock wall. Tokens and pizza. Every kids dream party. Thanks Skate Station for making my kiddos birthday so memorable!

If it wasnt so Expensive and the employees were more involved or friendly it wouldve been 5 stars without a doubt. The attractions were great but like I said the price is $10 pp for one attraction. $13 pp for two attractions. And so on. We did the two attraction deal with 6 of us- mini golf and skating. We had a great time!

Only four stars due to the limited sizes of the available rollerblades for rent. Beyond that prices were good and people are plenty respectful about the less experienced skaters.

Trust me, im no bot, or company review. I love this place. I use to go all the time and i always enjoyed it. I just went recently and its still love it!

I went on adult night and had a fairly okay time. The other customers were my biggest issue. I am still rather new to skate and while trying to get the hang of skating in the rental skates the other customers were aggressively skating past me (within inches of me). One proceeded to stop me and my friends to tell us the we would be better off getting into the middle of the rink to not interfere with the people actually skating. Going on adult night is not worth the $8 if the other customers arent going to be considered or friendly. All in all the service was okay I guess, I stood there at the shoe rental counter for a good minute before I was even noticed or acknowledged.

Older building. Nice place for kids. A lot of stuff was blocked off bc of Covid Im sure. We went during the day.

Nice place to check on for couples on sunday night. Not many was wearing masks while skating though. I enjoyed myself...they actually have skate groups too lol

The staff is horrible. One “lady” was so rude to my 7 year old and made her cry. Once I found out what happened I went to talk to the manager who was a complete joke. He yelled at my 11 year old right in front of me when she was trying to tell him what happened since I did not witness the interaction. If you don’t know how to treat kids then get a different job! Police officer that was there even said the manager is not listening to a word you are saying and recommended other avenues to resolve the issue!

Beat the Florida heat and enjoy the retro wonders of this gem! Our library gave us tickets for free admission from a reading program and we were counting down the days to cash them in! My husband and I took our 5 & 8 year olds on a Wednesday afternoon and it was marvelous! Not too crowded, well maintained and the staff were all so happy to help! It seemed like they enjoyed themselves and wanted to make sure everyone else did too! Ive gone to other local rinks, but this is by far my favorite! The kids and I brought our own skates, but my husband has wide feet, so its hard to find skates that fit him; the price was affordable and he was able to skate with us. Before we knew it, a couple of hours had past! We were all happily tired! Cant wait to go back! My kids want to have their birthday parties there!

Majority of games not working, coin machine not working..bathrooms not cleaned..Older Lady Manager is the sweetest lady...just need some updating.

I feel like they need to change there menu. They do not have half the stuff that is listed on the menu so it makes it a little frustrating when trying to order. Seems like the only thing they had were fries. Also the bathrooms did not look like they have been cleaned in quite some time. All stalls were pretty much out of toilet paper.

Had fun. It was my nieces bday and it was nice to skate how I used to as a child with our children.

The only thing they added since the last time i have been there (over 10 years ago) is a Rock climbing wall. They were unorganized and had skates everywhere. The only good part about this was the birthday party host Thomas l. He was very nice and very helpful. Id recommend him to host any party there.

Closed till one which is ok but the website says it opens at 12 when I got there the sign outside says 12 After getting inside they told us look the sign says we open at 1 ok but you would have to get inside the closed building to see the sign HERE IS YOUR SIGN LOL

They offer a fun birthday package that includes 1 hour of skate prior to the party!!!Also the skates were new and not nasty sweaty and fungus smelling like most places!They offer 2 types of kids skates that help with balance. Ask about the $5 granny Walker. ( Im not sure what its called) but the kids loved it!!

My kids had a blast skating and doing the rock wall!!! Not too too expensive either.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I have yet to have been to a skate rink that let people get away with pushing new skaters down not once not twice, but five times. This place is unprofessional and does not enforce any rules. I was just trying to have a nice night with my wife who had never skated before but that was ruined due to her deliberately getting knocked down and seriously hurting herself. The staff saw this and did NOTHING. Do NOT come here if you want a SAFE experience. Im extremely dissapointed and apauled at what happened. The worst part you ask? NO REFUNDS. DONT GO HERE!!!!

Kids love it, however its time to update severely overpriced and outdated menu. Also skates are horrible they have the metal pieces exposed and no linings in the skates not to mention how stiff they are. Also it always smells like burnt popcorn and they dont sell popcorn!

Excellent time at Adult night Tuesday. Went for a birthday celebration and was impressed by the fantastic staff Shannon, Kourtney and Rachel!Even had brand new skates for check out available.

The kids had a great time! Theres lots to do here! Skating, arcades, soft jungle gym, golf, even a movie theater. You can have birthday parties here and prepay for your party group. The employees are really nice and quite a spread at the snack bar. Yes, you can bring your own skates! Roll on!

Had fun with grand kids. Was nice grandpa got in free to watch kids play and buy hotdog,sodas & what ever.Was nice to get in free. Great place to watch and have a good time.

First time coming here and it was a little pricey. We came on a Thursday after 530 and they did have a deal for unlimited attractions plus skating. The kids indoor jungle gym was a hit with my kids (under 10 yrs old) . They felt like Ninja Warriors lol! The music selection was clean and decent and at 730 they played Christian music which was cool. I would of given it 5 stars if the skate mate was free. ( It was $5) so not too bad. All in all we had fun

Had a freaking great time. Haven’t been skating in ages but I love the wooden skate floor and the other attractions. My son loved the soft play and his mom and dad both climbed the rock wall! Thanks you guys, we had a blast and we will be back!

My kids LOVE coming here. It gets extremely busy on Friday and Saturday nights.

I have taken my children here are a few times and we have never had a problem. They really enjoyed themselves. We mostly stick to skating and inside games but they have golf and laser tag as well. Good variety styles of music. Saturday nights have a lot of teenagers so I would not recommend for smaller children during that time. Food is not very good & pricey so eat before or after.

Its nice a little pricey but we enjoyed wasnt thrilled about the rinks floor it was wood and had knocks in floor like cement type rink better wood was bumpy needs improvement to floor we skate on other than that liked it and loved the kids pipe thing to help them learn to skate

I wish this place made enough money to get a renovation- and not a rework- just CLEANED. Ive been going to Skate Station for YEARS, like many people in my area, and its a home for nostalgia. The music is all early 2000s, the carpet has never changed, and the nachos are cheaply made heaven. My younger siblings LOVE it here too, the play area is similar to a ninja warrior course, so the little ones from 3-10 all enjoy it.Its a nice place for one or two people, but gets a bit pricey with a whole family- as does most things.This sticky little establishment has a place in Orange Parks heart.

Had a Birthday party there had A great time

Overall the kids had fun. There were a good 120+ campers and field trip attendees. We have a large family and its just so expensive for the 3 hours we were there ($180 for entry+ food). Just wish theyd spend some money to renovate the bathrooms. Aside being out of various food and pizza boxes (bought 4 pizzas and no way to take the leftovers home because they were out) the food is decent. If you go in the summer just call ahead to see if its camp or field trip day. Love the managers and the staff is always great to us. P.S the teenaged food area people bless you because there were 1-2 of you handling the constant long line for 3 hours!)

Its hot in there sometimes and crowded.

Staff is friendly and helpful but I might recommend bringing your own skates if you have some. We had to trade out at least 3 pairs of skates because of dirty wheels or wheels that wouldnt roll because of bad bearing. They have a lot for the kids to do outside of skating like putt putt golf and a rock climbing wall. They also have them nights and parties and strictly adult nights on Tuesdays. Overall not a bad place to kill a couple of hours.

Held a private event at this facility. The first year was problem free, the second year, our space was double booked, the owner failed to acknowledge the mistake and implied that I should have known their business hours, even though our written agreement stated the time it was to begin. The other party was a kids birthday and ours was for a veteran holiday social. I felt bad that children had their birthday and holiday parties impacted by the managers willingness to squeeze in a few extra bucks.

Came to visit from Ft. Lauderdale, first time here, kids had a great time and so did I. Good music on Saturday night.

Kids love it. I cant believe that $9 per kid is a reasonable price, but, it is. They love the place and we will be going back

I like Skate Station. It would be nice though if there was a smaller floor area to be used as a practice area for the more experienced Skaters and a practice area for the newercskayers.

You won’t go wrong with all the fun works

We were just there for a girl scout event. My daughter was in the gym area and lost her ring. She found an attendant named Vinny, who took his time, and really helped her find her ring!! I thought it was a lost cause, but woth Vinnys help she found it!!!

I gave 2 stars for the fact that its a skating rink. I found it frustrating that they wouldnt let me bring my daughters bday cake in, because I had not booked a 100.00 party. I just dont have extra money right now and was trying to do the best I could with what I had, I thought I could just bring it in and have it at a table. Not like I had a group of people with us. So they held the cake in the back while we skated. Pissed me off from the start. Then, I couldnt afford their 3.00 drinks (skating WILL make you thirsty), so asked for a water cup. I was referred to the water fountain all the way across the building. When I asked for a cup to put it in, I got a dirty look. Went over and filled up my cup, and it tasted like toilet water. Also, nothing but rap music, aka, music ranting with nothing but sexual undertones and crime. This was on a Saturday. My little girl was even like, people enjoy this?Nice.

Cheap and over priced. All the arcade games were broken or so over priced they were not worth the 3 tickets you would win. The jungle gym is the only positive thing about this place.

Super friendly staff, girls went above and beyond with my autistic son. But more security is needed there were teenagers jumping on table and throwing their trash on the floor. I would post a sign and have them sign it if they dont follow rule they will be escorted out and no refunds. Other than that great place for the family.

This place is a very awesome place to have a birthday party. We have my daughters 11th birthday party there today and the staff was amazing. The front office Personnel help me step-by-step very patient and polite and explaining all the details. The kitchen staff was awesome with holding onto the cake and delivering hot pizza it really was a great experience at this place if youre looking for an awesome place to have a birthday party at I will choose this place before any place else. Thanks Skate station keep up the good work

The staff are very professional.

It was ok but the skate floor needs to be redone and the speaker system sounded awful. Could barely hear the dj. When I go skating I want to hear the music and feel the thump.

It was great, our family had fun for our first time there

Sophia was the hostess for my teenage granddaughter s birthday party. She was awesome and went above and beyond.However, the security needs to be addressed. The older teens were wild and very disrespectful. Most were not even skating but using the place as a hang out.

The only good thing about this place is the rink. Games are outdated and usually do not work. Food is horrible and over priced. Bathrooms and sink area are filthy. The skates are in bad condition. It seems like all the staff is made of teenagers and for the past ten years I do not recall seeing a manger or adult present as a staff member. This place is really raking in money and should seriously consider an update and a deep clean!!!

A fun place for family activities, but certain things were way over priced. Youll pay a high price for low quality food. Some of the staff seemed a bit lost and kept customers waiting longer than necessary due to their lack of multitasking abilities. If you plan to go here, make sure you eat somewhere else.

Was fun watching the kids play.The floor was really sticky.Then again you got a bunch of kids running around .I am sure they do the best they can.

I had fun. Im a beginner skater and I wouldnt recommend going on a busy day (Friday) like I did. New skaters are suppose to skate in the middle of the ring. I felt like I was in that game where you have to get the frog across the street without getting hit by a car. But once I made it to the middle I was fine. Some railings for the beginners would be nice though.

Im taking my children to Skate Station several times. And I used to go there as a child even before it was called Skate Station. Ive always enjoyed this place. Ive never tried the miniature golf for the rock wall but you can never lose by just going there to roller skate. Replace is a lot of fun and they offer specials different days of the week.

This facility is great!! Always clean and has a great atmosphere. If anything goes wrong the employees and managers go above and beyond for the customers to make everyones experiences good.

Dont bring your kids here.Skates are busted. Broken/knotted laces. Brake thingies snapped off. 90% arcade games are broken. The 3 or 4 that work are just ticket generators for their ultra cheap plastic trinkets. The rock climbing wall has SO many missing handholds that little kids cant climb unless their folks lift them above their heads. Obvious, empty bolt-holes where replacements should be installed. The mini-golf is so neglected that it is ignored by both employees and patrons.Bottom line, my kids were bitterly disappointed that nothing worked and they couldnt climb the rock wall. We saw so many kids complaining and disappointed.Which brings me to my final, most disappointing problem with Skate Station. All of these issues are long standing issues. I first came to a birthday party here when the first Guardians of the Galaxy came out.ALL of these problems existed then! I called the place as we left (as not to embarrass my friend who had the party there) and had to leave a very detailed voice message explaining our experience. And that was years ago!So, for me, seeing that nothing had been done, Ive written the place off.Piss poor. Dont bother unless you really love skating and bring your own skates.

They need to find a way to advertise that Sundays from 8-11:30 is for adults only, or answer the phone to let the public know. We drove over an hour to get here to find out that we couldnt get in. Two disappointed children !

If I was writing this review 2 years ago it would have been 5stars. This place used to feel like a second home to me and was great. It was the place to be. I went tonight for the June 8th lock in. You were greeted by a team of people patting you down as if you were about to go on a plane or into a football game. After waiting about 10 minutes to finally get into the place you might notice the armed police officers. If you want to rent In-line skates like I did, you need to go into another line that took me and my friend a good 10 minutes to get through (Which is fine. I am just detailing my experience.) Then we got to the skating and it was enjoyable as it should be. It was going good for about 30 minutes when suddenly I hear a thump and a fight breaks out. I get to the sidelines and watch the security do their jobs (Not a negative). This is when the tone of everyone working at that moment changed. The employees had bright florescent lights that they were flashing into peoples eyes and yelling at kids who didnt have skates to get out of the building to Thin the herd, which again is fine. Until I saw this one employee with a light start yelling at this girl who must have like only been 13. I saw her skating earlier thus she should have been fine. She had probably taken off her terrible rental skates to rest for awhile. The employee started to yell at this girl who was innocent when she (understandably) tried to explain what had happened in an annoyed tone as anyone would be. The employee took this as I guess Backtalk and grabbed her by the arm and yanked her, pulling her out and kicking her out of the building. The employees at this point became very agitating as they had those bright lights and seemed to like to flash them at people. This is the biggest issue I had with my experience tonight. When you walked into the building it didnt scream Family fun It screamed Police state. This place has been the get together place in the community for decades and now it seems like a police state. Wouldnt recommend this for ANYONE and there is much better ways to spend your hard earned money for you or your kids.

Everything is always broken and you need 4 wheels to skate on the floor on each skate when some of the top skaters only use 2 or 3 which I think is great. They say it messes up the floor like how does it is my question.

I had so much fun at this place its music and food also ice cream I had a cotton candy slushie it was so good it can get crowded on Saturdays like it was when I went but its so fun I recommend it for a birthday party or just to hang out

Mini golf is not taken care of. it run down the slats dont work well the tires are all run down to metal bearings. All the arcade games are broke and the music sucks I dont recommend this place at all and the staff is all under 18 it looks and they charge u $5 to use roller blades so u have to use the crapy ones not worth it Ill go to adventure landing

I dont go here very often, but when i do its a lot of fun.

I enjoyed going to this place as a kid. Back when I was a kid, they didnt have the newer activities there such as the mini golf course. Its a great place for a kid to host a party. I love the indoor playground, the arcade, and the skating rank. Christian night is pretty cool too. Though there was a dance room there back when I was a kid, I wasnt old enough to go in there thus was never able to try it out. Though I would like to go back there, I havent been able to find anyone that wants to go there with me for a while now. Only disadvantage is that it is pricy to go there.
