This afternoon, I took my granddaughter, who is visiting here from Georgia, to Get Air. She has been there several times when visiting with us, and each time really enjoyed the experience. We have always found it to be a very safe environment for her to jump and play. We look forward to going back again; next time with her sisters.

We love Get Air but were saddened to see only one other couple observing a mask optional policy. As a crowded, indoor venue where people are exercising, breathing heavy and working up a sweat with no respect for other peoples health (the immune compromised, in my case) its one more place I can no longer bring my family to. Well see you again whenever theres a mandatory mask order or a vaccine and continue to live like a hermit family because your personal freedom outranks my actual freedom or whatever.

Fun music, clean restrooms and plenty of space. My toddlers love getting their energy out here.

Awesome place to bring the kids and family . The staff is always helpful and the atmosphere his welcoming and clean . Great location only minutes away from the interstate. This would be an awesome place to have birthday parties, church activities or a place for homeschoolers to let off some steam.

This place is awesome, my kids love coming here. The facility is top notch, very clean and a ton to do for the little guys as well as the older ones. I was also really impressed with the staff, the general manager went out of his way to make my sons day special. It happened to be my sons birthday, and the act of kindness made a real impression on my son, but the cool thing was, the manager didnt know that, I have to assume thats just how things are run there. Cant say enough good things, thank you for going above and beyond.

We visit the park often, its a great place for the kids to run off energy and let loose. We have never had as good of customer service as we did today. My annual passes have been messed up since last year. Eric the store manager went above and beyond to make things right. I will continue to give Get Air my business over the other parks.

Great experience. Had my 4 year olds birthday party. They were running a $249.00 special online for 10 kids (2hrs) including two pizza and juice boxes and we took advantage of that. They allow to bring one fruit plate so it was great.We got there and the room was set up and there is a fridge and cubbies there so super convenient. Young lady came to check on us a couple of times. Polite very cooperative easy going. Place it is awesome for toddlers and young kids since options in this town for small kids are limited. Overall we had a good experience and i would recommend you book your next party. Place is big i wore my mask and kept distance and i saw employees coming around wiping surfaces so safety was non issue

First time and we absolutly loved it. My 3 yrs old came straight home to bed. He had a blast at his buddy birthday party. Isnt closed to our home but we will definetly go back soon

Great, family fun. Only issue we have is if we pay for 2, or 3 hours and only stay half, or less than half the time (because 4 year old gets tired out), we are not able to get even a partial refund, which is quite disappointing.

Clean. Great prices! So many sections to jump and play, my daughter and siblings loved it. Especially the jump in the dark !! We will be back!

Great place to spend some quality time with your kids

Absolutely amazing place to go to for a fun time, the lady who was working there was super nice and informative with us and she was super cool with everything. We went during lunch time and the best part was there wasnt that many people in the trampoline area and everything was super clean.

The staff was very nice and helpful. There was plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the facility. We will return.

I’ve went for toddler time and this is the first time I have been here since before covid happened and the other times I had a great experience with my toddler (this place is our favorite spot) but I expected it more because we’re at a pandemic . I didn’t feel safe having my toddler there . There was way to many people, not a single person was wearing a mask including the employees . But the worst part is, the place is filthy than I ever seen before . There was trash and dirt everywhere so I’m 100% sure they don’t disinfect anything which is a shame and they also have two buckets in the middle of the trampoline because the roof is leaking which can cause a hazard which I did witness a toddler tripped over, got her socks wet and tripped . It’s said to say but I won’t be coming back maybe until after the pandemic is over .

Love the price and the environment advise to do everything online get in even faster

We have had several birthday parties here and the kids have a blast. They set up a room for your party and you just play till they call you for pizza.

My 13 and 11 yr olds loved it. They especially loved the glow in the dark time. Thank you for a great experience during our vacation.

Great customer service!! Top of the line!! The manager as well was very polite!! They turned the lights off for a cosmic type jump and my two year old loved it!! I am writing to discuss my disappointment with the Orange Park facility. I had booked a party for my sons eight-year-old birthday. When booking, I was told that I had to pay a fifty dollar fee to bring in a cake as it is considered outside food so it would just be better to pay for the mid-package, Flippin Awesome - Party Package. I paid for it in its entirety to find out through email that Outside Food Fee: You are allowed to bring cake, ice cream, fruit and veggie trays along with water at no additional charge. All other outside food requires a $50 outside food fee to cover additional cleaning services. This fee is waived in the Flippin Awesome and the Big Bounce Party Packages. Once I get there, I had a lovely party host that tried to get to get everything for us. What they failed to deliver is 1 GET AIR party favor per jumper and A gift for the guest of honor. I felt ripped off and disappointed throughout this whole party process and being able to deliver what was guaranteed by the website for a party of a young child. Not only that, but they failed to inform us at the beginning of booking the party of the height restraints. If my child could not play in all areas due to height limitations, I would never have booked my kids party here. I had my son and another guest (child) crying due to being informed after being there for an hour and a half that they could no longer enjoy the main areas. This is a huge management problem and they are opening themselves up to a lawsuit since they are not following their protocols and failing to deliver what they promise.

On January 25 my husband took our 4 kids to Get Air while I was at work, after them being there about 2 hours my husband called me saying he was rushing my daughter to the hospital because she had a hit her head & had a hole in her head now. I rushed to meet them at the hospital, my daughter was distraught and scared and complaining of her head hurting. I checked her head and sure enough there was a deep hole in her head. My husband let me know she had been doing flips into the foam pit and after about her 9th flip she hit her head on the side of the platform where the padding is SUPPOSED to be. Apparently the spot she hit her head at did have padding but also had a SCREW sticking out of it about half an inch - my daughter had jumped and landed all of her body weight on her head on top of a screw! When it first happened my daughter had to climb out of the foam pit to my husband because he wasn’t allowed to get in to get her. Once she got out he noticed her head bleeding and immediately brought it to the attention of the “manager” on duty. Not only did the “manager” not show any concern or offer any kind of first aid - she let the foam pit continue to be used by other children without warning anyone of the screw sticking out or the possibility there could be blood on the foam blocks from my daughter. At the hospital my daughter received a staple in her head to ensure the hole stayed shut and healing correctly. My husband contacted corporate and they informed him that he “signed his rights away” when he signed the waiver, apparently the waiver does not cover injuries due to negligence and poor maintenance keep up. The area where the screw was sticking out had a hole in the padding where it had obviously broken through over a good amount of time. We will not be taking our children back or spending another dime at Get Air, common injuries are one thing but for my child to end up with a hole in her head because the owners/staff are clearly negligent is not acceptable. Not only are other kids at risk because of the screw, but allowing other kids to continue to play in a foam pit without checking for blood on the equipment is straight up sanitary negligence too.

I was also disappointed in my visit to this place. They charged me $14.99 so i could watch my 1 and 3 year old jump. When they could have told me i could have gotten a no jump pass at no cost. I asked for a refund. They said they couldn’t refund me. They basically stole money from me. Then had the audacity to ask me “are you sure you didn’t jump?”Not to mention while your spectating, you can’t retrieve your kid if he falls or you get disrespectfully spoken to.The management there just worries about sales. They don’t properly train their employees on customer service. It’s don’t sit here, don’t stand there, don’t do this don’t do that. What happened to a jump park being FUN?? What do we sign waivers for?

We love toddler time! The facility is clean and easy to see the majority of the space from one spot. Making it easy to keep and eye on the little one.

I bought socks as requested for my kids. I go in and most of kids had their own socks on, not cool!!! Don’t waste money on the socks bc no one wears them.

We had my sons 4th birthday here - I called Get Air to book with a promo code they were posting around Black Friday/Christmas, they gave me a price and I signed up for 25 jumpers and planned to invite his entire class. The night before the party our party host called to confirm and asked me all the questions I had already covered with the person I booked with a couple weeks prior. Most of our jumpers were under 46” and no one bothered to corral the kids into the little kid area until the last 5 minutes of the party and then were non-stop telling the kids and parents they needed to only jump in a certain area. When it was time to check out, the price of the party had almost doubled, and was suddenly $750 - when I asked for an itemized list of charges, they couldn’t produce it, they had no explanation for why the price of my party was astronomical, and said, “you booked the party through corporate so we don’t know what they told you”. My 4 year old hasn’t stopped thanking us for the awesome party but make sure you get the quote they give you emailed or a hard copy somehow.

We came for a birthday party and loved it. My daughter at the time was one and got to run and play as she pleased. We came back and bought a two hours. After am hour I was advised my two year old only could jump in certain spots( not very many) so for 12$ I had to try and confine

Great try, but to many unsupervised areas, and equipment already wore.. who ever designed the ninja obstacle course never seen million dollar baby. One slip and it’s over.

Coming from So Cal, we were looking for a great Air place. Get Air was always the best in CA and we find much of the same here in FL. Beats Bravos by far. Only being open less than a year, so many don’t know about this secret gem in Orange Park. Best place to have kids burn off steam. Love the massage chair which I’ll do on occasion. Bring water for hydration for sure and money afterward for a big lunch because your kids will be hungry! Give it a try...you won’t be sorry!

We took my nephew here for his christmas gift and he had a lot of fun. Some of the stuff was a little too big for him to do but there’s SO much other stuff that he kept busy. Some stuff was out of order but I find that normal with the amount of people that they cater to. Also, the staff was very accommodating; I was at the vending machine to get a water and a worker told me the card wasn’t working on the machine but skipped me to the front of the line to hurry and get me a bottle of water from the front desk!

We love it here! Toddler time is nice for the littles while the big kids are at school!

Great place to take the kids. My two grandkids and my wife and daughter had the best time! Everything is clean, safe and the management team is wonderful. We had a great time.

If you are open till 12am on Friday & Saturday why do you post you close at 8pm

Been here a couple times now. The kids enjoy it but it makes my wallet hurt. Pros: Staff are very friendly and helpful. Pretty clean and doesnt smell like some of the other jump parks. Plenty of different activities and you arent being controlled by a Gestapo teenager telling you how much time you can be in an area. Cons: Some of the activities are inoperable or not @100%. The cost is a little high so I cant come as often as I would like.

I called to find out pricing and I was rudely told it was out of my budget. the lady who I spoke with doesnt know me nor my situation and I found it very rude for her to tell me it was out of my budget weather it was or not I dont feel it was for her to tell me. I had a decent size birthday party I was planning for my newly 5 year old. I will not recommend this place we will be going to rebounerz .

That has never been the case any other time we’ve been here. We were very rudely told she could only jump in a certain area which was small and not worth the price we paid. She was highly disappointed because she didn’t understand why she couldn’t do what she normally does. The people who work here blew their whistles every five seconds trying to enforce ridiculous rules. Totally takes the fun out of a TRAMPOLINE PARK. I understand safety has to be first but this was a little over the top.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. In the ONE hour we were there, someone took off with my sons shoes. The lack of training in customer service is the worst Ive ever encountered. The children they have working behind the counter refused to check the lost and found and didnt seem to care that we had to take our son out with no shoes to wear to school tomorrow. They simply stated it wasnt their responsibility. If it were me, I would have done everything in my power to try to help find the lost/stolen shoes... if nothing else show a little effort! They acted as if we were wasting their time. Apparently thats asking too much of this facility and their employees. We will not be returning. Not to mention their pricing is ridiculous and you dont want to be in an environment with a bunch of thieves.

We have frequented this establishment with our toddler for their Toddler Tuesdays. We went today (1/7/19) and encountered a new lady (supposedly from corporate?) who was absolutely unprofessional.She told me I couldn’t hold hands with my toddler while jumping with him. Yeah, we checked, and there is NOTHING about that in the rules. Later on, while in the toddler area, I was helping my toddler slide down the toddler trampolines. I sat on the space separating the trampolines to help him slide down (he’s 18 months old). She told me I wasn’t allowed to sit there and had to get down. What? I can’t help my child slide down the 1 ft incline while he’s the only one on this trampoline?Right after that happened, another mom came up to me (after hearing me get scolded like a child in front of other patrons) and said she was yelled at for getting in the toddler foam pit to retrieve her toddler daughter who had gotten stuck head first. How else was she supposed to get her out? When she questioned this corporate lady, she said that it’s against the rules to have more than 1 person in the foam pit. Don’t see that posted anywhere (except the swing foam pit, which is understandable). There were also another couple of incidences with this corporate lady while there and it’s safe to say, we are less than thrilled, and will not be returning until she’s gone. I get enforcing rules when people are being negligent or reckless. But we are parents with toddlers, just trying to help our little ones have a good time. Maybe instead of literally patrolling the area, looking to micromanage parents doing nothing wrong, you should pay for an HVAC system. Considering what you charge to jump, you have MORE than enough money to keep the place at a reasonable temperature and not a freaking ice box.

Waiting 10 minutes in line, wasn’t greeted once or told “we will be right with you”. Manager laughing on the phone after I ask an employee if they were open and he nods, but doesn’t assist. Used to come regularity with my daughter, won’t be giving them anymore of our business. Terrible customer service, definitely will be visiting other jump houses.

I gave my grandson a birthday celebration there yesterday 3/5/19 and I have to say that everyone was Super Nice, helpful and attentive. My little grandson which is autistic, myself and family had a wonderful time there. All the staff that day and I dont know their names other than the manager Kyle but, they know who they are who all worked that day, went above & beyond to make sure my grandson & family had the best time possible. I would recommend this place to anyone. They have the best staff and people working for this place who are more than kind and accommodating. They treated us with respect like family being very inviting & warm. Thanks Get Air for such a great time!

Get place for kids 2 for 1 today

Attended a birthday party here. My grandkids loved it! I enjoyed myself as well. The party room had plenty of space to accommodate the party. The staff was pleasant. I plan to take my grandkids again this weekend.

Unfortunately their toddler Tuesdays and Thursdays have prevented me from going to this business twice. I have a toddler and a school age child, I have to get out in the mornings before my toddler naps- but cannot go because my older child is too tall. I dont understand policies that restrict business. I would understand this policy more if they waived it during the summer or on hurricane days when district has canceled schools.

Its either $8 for kids to jump or $16 depends on what they feel like charging you that day .

Took my nephew and it was awesome. Cant wait to go back.

This is such a great place for indoor fun...especially on a rainy day, like today. I love that both my 2 year old and 7 year old can play at their own level and both can have an awesome time. The toddler area is great for my little one and my older son loves the ninja warrior & dodge ball areas. Im sure we will be back many more times this summer, as well as during the school year for some after school fun.

Took my Neice and Nephew and they loved it. Staff was helpful and friendly and there favorite was the Ninja obstacle course! They jumped and ran around for 2hours and when time to leave, they didnt want to!

Kids had a great time and it seems to be a clean place. A couple of the activities were closed/broken so thats why the 4 stars. Prices seemed pretty fair and there is plenty of room for large parties. I would recommend going here for a birthday party or just to have a family fun night out. Staff seemed friendly and kept kids somewhat in line..a couple sketchy situations but anywhere with kids and trampolines theres going to be that. Highly recommend doing the waivers online before getting there we saved some time and hassle that way

I have been coming to this trampoline park for over a year because they allowed my toddler to play in the same areas as my teenage children. This was a wonderful blessing because he likes to do what his siblings are doing. All of a sudden, they won’t allow him to jump in the MAIN TRAMPOLINE ROOM! Upon discovering this, I tried to get my money back so that I could take my children somewhere else, which they also refused. They offered me free jump passes. Why would I want your free jump passes when I’m trying to leave your establishment now? I don’t want their free passes, and the 6 of us will NEVER be back! Ever!

This place is awesome! Big enough to have a blast but small enough to see your child everywhere they play. We loved it!

We enjoy Get Air. I have a one year old so we love to participate in the Toddler Time. It’s perfect for the summer time, because it gives us a chance to avoid the sun and heat yet she still gets energy out. We will be going back.

Very rude staff, the zip line is broke, long line to get in had to fill out two waivers because they don’t have enough sense so two adults can be on one waiver . I asked for help from a older lady who said she was a manger and she ignored me originally and was playing on her phone most of the I was jumping with my kids . This nice gentleman came over and helped me with the waiver since her phone was more important. I would not recommend this place the staff is on a power trip . The cashier lady was a jerk only stayed because my kids really want to go . If you want a good time it’s worth the drive to the other places in Jacksonville.

Went April 7 and had plenty of fun. They had a live DJ from 9pm to 11pm and the kids loved it. Staff was friendly. They dont sell food but have snack and drink machines provided. Water fountains too.Lockers for your shoes and personal items. Lots of trampolines to jump on freely. Will be going back soon

1st place in Jacksonville/ Orange Park area that meets my expectations for fun for all ages. The staff is awesome, polite and professional. Toddler Tuesdays are my favorite.
