Great service! Prices are cheap and they have wings, pizza, nachos within other foods for adults and kids. They are very courteous, friendly with the kids. The Jumpzone is fun for kids the battle zone is awesome. Its bazooka ball tag. Thanks to Courtney and all the staff and Jumperz fun center.

Went here for my sons Birthday party. Both the kids and adults had a great time! Our kids didnt want to leave and look forward to going back again. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

First, we will definitely be back many many times. It is an inexpensive way for my kids to get energy out safely away from the heat. Only one bouncy house was really useable by my 2.5 yr old. The others were for much older kids or too dark/loud. There are a few of arcade style games that even my 2.5 yr old could play, and the rest were fun too. There is a little area for younger kids so that my almost 1 yr could crawl around too. A few of the games dont really work, or give tickets. The ticket counter lies. However, the staff were awesome, the food is arcade food, doesnt suck though. Had some fun coffee ice cream options for grown ups. I am giving it a 5 star, but I think it needs some more business to help bring in revenue so that it cam fix these minor things and truly be a full 5 star. I definitely recommend.

Its a great place. Just wish there was more jump houses for my toddler since she has to pay full price being 2 years old. They had fun anyway.

This is a great place up bring your family. It is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the games/ equipment is well maintained. The staff ensures that the kids wear socks for all the bounce houses and slides in the interest of health and sanitation. If you forget to bring a pair they have socks available for purchase (like me). We didnt try their food bar, but it looked like food most kids would eat and I dont remember if you can bring your own so be sure to ask before you go. Absolutely recommend!

It is a fun spot for indoor jumping houses and arcades. You can have a party here as well. Great for ages 3-8. Arcades for bigger kids and parents.

Great place to take your kids for a fun activity! Their prices are amazing and I love that there isn’t a time limit on admission like most child activities. The games are overpriced but if you can have your kids focus on just the inflatables you won’t regret it. The selection isn’t huge but the inflatables they do have are in great condition, and entertaining. What I am most impressed with is the staff and cleanliness. I visited the last two business hours, and during my entire visit staff was going around vacuuming, cleaning the slides, straightening up the toddler area and picking up items. That is very hard to find nowadays. Although a young staff, they were mature and had great work ethics. I also really appreciated that they monitored the kids and enforced the rules while still being polite and fun. They let the kids have a great time and just make sure everyone remains safe. Would recommend this place 100%.

Not nearly as many inflatables as there used to be. More about token games now. Toddler zone is 1 inflatable and only 1 child at a time. Really gone down hill from what it used to be. Wish they would bring back all the inflatables they used to have and focus less on token sucking games for really pathetic prizes.

The place is really boring the staff are very pushy and overwhelming . The food service is horrible they gave the adults a bottle of brisk and made us share out of it which I think is very unprofessional. I don’t think about coming back for my next child birthday party they rushed us when they party was over and they are very rude.

Had my daughters birthday party here. The kids had so much fun, they offer comfortable seating for the parents to watch to there children. Grace assisted with our party and was just amazing! She offered great advice and helped keep the party within available times. We purchased a multipack before we left and are already planning our return. Had such a blast today celebrating our sons 14th birthday!! We booked an Escape Room birthday package and it was FANTASTIC!! Our hostess was GREAT! Super nice, answered all our questions, and made sure we had time to do everything! Everyone we talked to today was just wonderful! With the birthday package we were able to do the escape room, battle zone, have a private room for pizza, cake, and gifts, plus then played games!! Having all the additional things along with the escape room (and at a great price...less than doing just an escape room at some other places) made it a wonderful experience and we were able to stay at one location for fun, to eat, and have cake! Thank you Jumperz for making this day a very fun and enjoyable birthday for all of us!!!

Great place, staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was quite clean and there was maybe 8 other kids running around, between 2 and 5 years old maybe. My daughter had a great time and wore herself out within an hour.

We had a wonderful time with the 4 grand kids on a rainy day.

I had my daughters 5th Birthday party here. The party rooms are great as you have your own private room, however the owner was very rude and not helpful at all. After paying $230.00 the kids at the party which there was only 5 kids could only get one slice of pizza and one juice box. After running around and bouncing these kids are thirsty to only receive one drink. For the amount we paid, there should have been more things included. Only the birthday kid got tokens and all the other kids just looked around like when will they receive their tokens. I had to pay for extra tokens, extra pizza and drinks so the kids and their parents can eat. Ridiculous!! What did the $230.00 cover? By the way the pizza was horrible.The owner stayed in party room the entire time as if she was monitoring us and our party host. Our host Mary was sweet and made sure my daughter enjoyed herself. The Owner needs to learn from her staff how to treat customers. I just absolutely HATE I spent my money there. I only gave it two stars because of Mary and the private party room.

My kids love it! I have had multiple parties here for my kids and our party host each time have been awesome. I like how they dont push you out the door after your party ends. My kids enjoy the bazooka ball and so do the adults! There is plenty for your child t do like arcade games, air hockey, bouncing on the inflatables, and bazooka ball. Fun place for the kids to get out of the heat in the summer too!

Admission for my two toddlers with military discount was $20 even. It was raining so bad all day and these kids had a ball. Finding an activity for a two and three year old was a huge challenge and this ended up just being ideal.there were a variety of bounce houses and slides along with non-inflatable activities for the really tiny ones. The arcade looked good but we never needed to get that far since the inflatables provided plenty of entertainment.The staff was courteous and knew just what to do when my two-year-old wouldnt allow a wristband to be put on him.The other children in attendance were actually well-behaved. It was a great day overall and I cant say it enough nice things.

I brought my class to jump last year. They had a blast! The owner and staff communicated clearly about our field trip. They were ready for us upon arrival. There we no problems during our field trip. I would most definitely come back and recommend the center to others.

Let me preface this review by saying I can only speak to the escape rooms at this location. I have never attended any other event or activity here.This place looks like its a blast for kids. But the escape rooms leave alot to be desired. If youre an escape enthusiast, this is one best left off your list of rooms to try. It has a homemade feel to it. The rooms didnt have a good flow and the execution is poor. We skipped a few locks accidentally and got out in about half the time allotted.Leave this place to the kids.

We had a great big kids (okay, older folks) afternoon at Jumperz. I was really keen to have my first virtual reality entertainment experience, and the latest high tech set up at Jumperz totally fit the bill. I also enjoyed my favorite throw back video games Galaga and Centipede. Finally, it was time to combat the youngsters in the psychedelic Battle Zone - what a visually cool black-light painted totally huge set up! I think I plinked my nephew as many times as got me - fair play! ! Old or young - give Jumperz a try

My son loves Jumperz. Weve had one birthday party there which was pretty economical. Weve been to many parties there also. The staff is very friendly and the kids love it. The food prices are affordable and they have expanded their game selection every time we go. The shooting in the Battle Zone is a rush!

I visited the Jump Zone for the 1st time over the weekend with my 3yr old & 6yr old. We had an amazing time! I love how there is a variety of inflatables and the game selection is decent. Overall, worth the money spent! Id say its better than the over crowded Chuck E Cheese!

If you want to escape the mad house that is CC, then give this place a try! Lots of games and a bounce area. When kiddos are tired of games, they can bounce some of that energy off! I was impressed by the selection and qualuty of prizes compared to CC. For the same amount of $$$ we walk out with a few stickers and a Tootsie roll . But here we actually got a nice stuffed animal with sequins.

We did my nephews 3rd birthday party here and it was an amazing experience. The set up was great and the staff actually watched the children.

Jumperz Fun Zone is a wonderful place to play. My kids love to go there! There is something for all the kids to do, even if they arent much for the jumping, they can play the games or do Battlezone. We like going to Jumperz. However, they took the gates away from the Toddler area and I cant actively watch my 7 year old jump because Im having to chase the 1 year old around. Before they had a fenced off toddler area which was much nicer because you could sit and watch your little one play while the older kids jumped. The extra seating for eating is nice. We havent experienced the laser tag because it is for 8 year olds and up.

I had my sons 5th birthday party here yesterday. Although it was PACKED, the owner was attentive and very accommodating to my son and his party needs. We had a private room decorated exactly as I asked (I brought a lot of my own stuff for the Avengers theme and was able to set it up how I liked.) My party helper, Kalei (Im sorry if Im spelling that wrong,) was there to help whenever I needed. And to be fair, I am a bit of a perfectionist and like to do things on my own, so the set up was all me, though she asked repeatedly if she could help. Then at the end of the party, she not only packed EVERYTHING up for me (presents, left over favors, the extra pizzas, water bottles, balloons, juice boxes, etc) but she also walked it out to my car AND loaded it all into my trunk for me.The two hour party block is a very good set-up; it keeps the party moving and helps to avoid the dreaded lingering guest. We were wrapped up and on our way out 10 minutes before the allotted time. And although there were four other parties going on at the time, I didnt feel rushed or like an after-thought by the staff.I cant say enough good things about the place and the owner. My son invited his entire class to his party, 20 kids, and we were a bit heart broken when only 3 kids showed up. With his cousins, it brought my guest count to 8. It was heartbreaking as a parent to see, and I wouldnt wish it upon any kid. I almost began to cry when I had to talk to them about the blow to our guest list and the owner was not only EXTREMELY helpful and made sure I got my total adjusted to reflect the new party size, but she was very approachable and compassionate towards me when she saw how upset I was.The negative reviews here dont seem fair. People complaining about their party packages when they knew full well going into it that it came with pizza and drinks for the kids, a private room, a party attendant, free range of bounce houses and arcade games for the allotted time, AND a decorated room to compliment your party needs. To complain about it afterward seems silly when you know all along thats what youre getting. I, for one, feel like the price I paid was fair. (I also added-on extra pizzas, water bottles, and juice boxes, which I was able to take home all the extras so it wasnt wasted money, and I still feel like I got the party at a steal.) I would 100% come back, and we will with the free day pass my son got for having his party there.Worth mentioning: this venue is special needs friendly. When they heard about my sons social sensitivity, they made sure it wasnt too loud for him and offered to quiet the music in his room. Thankfully, he was fine, but it was nice of them to offer, not every place does. I was also told they have a program for kids with special needs, a night just for them. I forget the night, but its worth looking into if thats something that fits the interests of your child. Lord knows, its hard to come by when you have a child with special circumstances. Also, they are Military Friendly, and offer a 10% discount off parties for them.

If you want a safe and friendly place to go with your kids and having fun in the process go here. Its just south of the orange park mall. The inflatables are huge and my kids loved it. We hope to be back this weekend as they celebrate 6 year anniversary:)

Although my 2 yr old daughter had fun there are some drawbacks id like to point out. The place is too cramped; theres not enough chairs for parents to sit, theres only a few chairs thrown here and there; the food is overpriced; theres only 5 inflatables with little room for kids; not enough toddler play areas; youre given a wrist band to go in but you cant leave the place, you have to pay again to come back (even the same day). This is very inconvenient to those with food allergies that cant eat here but theyd have to pay again to come in the same day (although online it says 9.99 all day play, its a lie).The workers are friendly but honestly I would never return to this place and much less host a party here with outrageous party packages and basically no room.First and last time Ill ever go here, no worth it.

Great for elementary school age kids but not as much for prek. Kids under 2 cant bounce and neither can adults. Avoid the massage chairs, ow! Plenty of seating for grownups though.

Came here for the first time today we had a blast with our 2 yr old. Staff was very nice and the place was clean! We came early and by 1-2 it starts getting packed! I liked how the games were spread out into multiple rooms so your arent right on top of other ppl! We will definitely be back!

Our children all love coming to play at Jumperz. It is a great place to go on a rainy day or any other time they need to blow off some steam. They love the arcade & getting prizes with their tokens. Management has always been kind and accommodating.

It could use a few more video arcadegames this would male it more enjoyable for all ages not just kids.

WORST Escape Room.-The game masters were two high school kids with a script. They were inside the room and talking about their AP tests and such, which was obnoxious and distracting.-When asked for a clue, they had no idea what clue to give and didnt have a good understanding of how the room worked.-Game masters gave conflicting information-Many clues were nonessential.-The master stated they didnt know some of the reasons behind the clues.-You are deducted 5 minutes per clue, AND they dont actually update the clock. Most escape rooms give 3 free clues and their timers actually reflect the amount of time left in the room.-The master understood so little about the room, that he had to flip through the script to try to figure out what to even say.Waste of money and the absolute worst escape room. What a joke. A terrible, terrible waste-of-money joke. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The owner should seriously consider legitimately training their staff before letting them run a room.

Changed it around and put more arcade games in and less bounce houses on the plus side free WiFi

We really like it here for our four year old. However my smallest just turned 2 and really wish there was a better toddler zone. Maybe a mini bounce house or something for them. Only other concern is it gets extremely hot in there so its a bit uncomfortable.

I think it was a waste of my money . I have a five year old and a three year old. After only being here for thirty minutes my oldest asked me if we could leave ! Only five inflatables nothing really special about them have seen better ones at birthday partys. They had a game area but game were old some broke! To much money to just get in when it doesnt have a lot to offer.

First time here this past Saturday, 8/1/15 with my 2 boys (6 and 3). We loved it, very nice staff and even for a Saturday it was not crowded at all, lots to do so the kids are spread out! We will Definitely be back soon!

I called ahead to make sure they had activities for toddlers, I have a 2 year old. They said anyone over 2 can jump when i get there, theres almost nothing for my 2 year old to do. The inflatables are too large and intimidating i couldnt get him past the entry way of any of them, the toddler area has almost nothing to offer, they dont allow adults on the inflatables with children. Very dissappinting experience, lots of fun for older kids just nothing to offer toddlers. Staff should explain this to customers instead of having them waste their money.

I had to add a couple here. I see you respond to positive reviews but not harsh honest ones? I just spent $33 for 3 kids to play who got wrist bands and yet NO re-entry, gees I mis Slinkies, they had it right.Decent enough place but way over priced for a birthday party. The package before adding on was $240 for 10 kids. For $24 a head you get 1.25 hrs of play,45 minutes in the room, 1 whole slice of pizza per kid, some hawiann punch and 40 tokens. They said if the kids wanted to stay more it was an additional $3 per head, really $24 a head doesnt cover a little extra play time? Their arcade games are WAY OVER PRICED .50-$1 Per game. For the normal admission price of $6-$9 it is worth it but $24 per head (base price) for the party was not worth it, especially wanting an extra $3 per head to stay a while?

I ran the Da Vinci Code Escape room at Jumperz and it was by far the worst experience I have ever had at an escape room location. The staff were completely inattentive during the game talking about their school classes and what they were going to do after work. In addition this is the only escape room i have experienced where the staff actually stay in the room with you.In most escape rooms there is a certain amount of free clues to help with having a good time (usually 3 but some places will just kind of aid you when they see a group get frustrated). Jumperz has a policy that ALL clues cost 5 minutes and you can only get three. So no matter what if you need help you might as well count that as a loss. This is the only escape room that has a 0% pass rate, meaning that not a single group has successfully completed it basically being a complete waste of money.The game master for the room didn’t even know their own room by not knowing what hint to give and instead the player having to state what information they wanted. They gave conflicting information with regards to the sticker system within the room and had many deflections that lead to having an entire table full of information that wasn’t needed (in which to one of them the game master even said he didn’t know what a possible clue on the table meant with a sticker). I did not get the sense that the game master was there to ensure i had a good time and instead wanted to watch their players fail. I will never return to Jumperz for a good experience and will never be suggesting to anyone else as this room is intended to steal money away from customers instead of ensuring a good time.

As a parent, I appreciate the centrally placed chairs for adults (back support)! Many indoor play zones have benches for parents reminiscent of a school yard - hard, skinny, and for short-term sitting. We have enjoyed the homeschool days on five occasions over the past year. The inflatables are organized, clean, and varied. The facility is very clean (thank you!!!!), bathrooms always have soft toilet paper(bonus!!!), and eating area is well designed. Food choices are standard for this type of venue. Service has ALWAYS been professional, friendly, and courteous. One thing I am thrilled about is the requirement that children wear socks. Socks are also sold in house. Although the trek from Fruit Cove is longer than I prefer, its worth the drive for us on homeschool days.
