Tolerable. LOTS of children. Like it seems like 10-15 per trailer. Not a good park for single people, older people, are any one looking for peace and quiet.

It is a great place to rent a trailer or lot for your trailer they keep the park clean and are some of the friendliest peaple

Excellent place to live nice family environment

Over priced rental for trailers (ranges from 750 to 850 per month for single sides). Has a 3.5 foot pool but many rules. No bikes or any other cyclic objects are allowed also has tennis court in loop of homes

Working on a job here they have nice place clean maintenance guy on point.
