Its a quiet neighborhood. Most of the homes are well kept. There is a lot of diversity here and everyone seems to get along. I see children of all races playing together. You have to pass a background check to live here and that is reassuring. The rules may be strict but it is the reason this is a good mobile home community.

Good people clean place to live.

It is beautiful, its more than we thought. We came from California to Alabama to start a new life with our new mobile home. It was a five day drive to get here with two cats. All of our stuff is coming a few days later in a shipping container. We are sleeping on the floor right now. We are buying this mobile and we love it and the people around us have been very nice to us . We fill welcomed Thank you Alabama people for being so kind. We love Alabama.

This is NOT a racist trailer park. LOL!I HAVE lived in Hickory Haven & Oak Haven ! Thats a LIE!!ALSO there are plenty of black people who live in Oakhaven! Please get your facts together before writing reviews MAYBE she didnt rent to the person below be due to rental history! LOL any way this place is awesome! 5 stars
