Lived here for many years. The lots are fenced in, mailboxes are keyed, very quiet little park. Small pets are allowed, the owned is very nice, firm rules for a reason. Overall, its a great place to live.

Staff and owner are great people and were nice to get to know, BUT, if u got kids, KNOW THIS, there ARE some creepers in the neighborhood, better be careful who u let ur kids associate with

Just moved in, no problems. Its really quiet. I love the small, fenced in lots. The owners is really nice.

It is very private and safe. The owner is wonderful, firm, but fair. The upkeep is top notch. Love living here.

It is a trailer park..

Older too small, cramped

Trailer park has lock boxes. Landlord lives on site. Trailers rented by outside sources. Dogs are allowed here and each home has a fenced in yard. Unsure about price.
