The Omaha symphony is wonderful. The seats are a bit too narrow for broad shouldered individuals, but they are far better than most symphony halls, and they are very comfortable. There isnt really a bad seat in the house in terms of view, and the acoustics are fantastic. The musicians are masters of playing beautiful music. Very wonderful for season tickets, a special night out, or to just change things up a bit.

Very pretty theatre! Lots of seating & nice lighting. Friendly & helpful staff. Line for tickets to All City Music Festival went fast. I was happy with my experiences at this place each time i attended All City, the past few years in a row. Ticket prices were decent. Overall great place! Parking garage across street (on Dodge side of building) is also helpful.

Ive been attending shows at the Holland Center throughout the last decade, and Im always blown away about every part of the experience. The venue is incredibly nice, especially in terms of acoustics and general style. The staff are always helpful and friendly, which always adds to the experience. The quality of the shows, whether it be the Omaha symphony or a guest, is always top notch. Located right in the middle of downtown Omaha, there is always ample parking. Looking forward to going back in the future!

I stood in line for the Hamilton tickets sale on one of the hottest days of the year. The staff at Omaha Performing Arts figured everything out to make it as easy and pleasant as possible to navigate the huge sea of ticket buyers. They gave me a wristband and a clipboard with a form for the ticket options: dates, times, seat locations, costs, etc so I could pre-plan my purchase. Then I waited in the shade at tables and chairs which were set up for the buyers where they provided cold water to drink. I never actually got in line until my wristband number was called, and then it took about 45 minutes to go through the account verification/creation process and purchase my tickets. I was the 290th box office ticket buyer while there were 20,000 buyers waiting online, and it took me about an hour and a half to get Hamilton tickets. Good seats at that.

There isnt a single thing Id change here. If you love the arts, appreciate great acoustics, youll be as impressed as I was. Everyone should come here!

Awesome local venue with great acoustics. Its a modern facility with drinks and food available. Nearly all the seats in the house are good seats!

Be very careful about buying a ticket if youre not sure youre going to a show, it doesnt matter how much in advance you buy it.Theyll not issue a refund or allow you to apply it towards another ticket.

Marilyn Maye performancmed for the 1200 Club at the Holland Performing Arts. She is 91 age and still an excellent performer. Her band that accompanies her is excellent also.

As a member of a common chorus, both performing and seeing performances have been great experiences. The shows are always amazing and well worth the cost. I look forward to the stage plays and the musical performances each season.

Best acoustics in town! Venue is perfect! Skip the well vodka, tastes like feet! Spend your $8.00 on something else.

Seven stars for the high quality of the performances - our incredible symphony, and the wonderful touring acts who visit us. Five stars for the courtesy of the staff who accommodate many needs. But the reason I stopped buying season tickets should be mentioned so it doesnt happen again: at the Holland, they gave me seats that appeared to be on or near the aisle, but they werent, yet I needed aisle seats for my mother whose mobility was impaired. They refused to change the seats, she couldnt go, and now she is too unwell to ever attend again. Think carefully about what youre doing to peoples lives when you refuse access to a person with a medical issue, please. In addition, at Orpheum, there are loge seats from which only a sliver of stage may be seen, and they should warn people before purchase, what they are actually getting.

The annual performance of Handels Messiah is outstanding.

Beautiful space, parking structure close by, love the outdoor deck on top. There are a only a few elevators and lots of stairs, so come early if youre going to need help getting up to your seat :)

A beautiful place that is a hidden gym in Omaha. So many great shows take place here and it ranges from style. So many things to take in if you are able to take a moment and look at everything around you.

Omaha has one of the best Performing Arts scene in the middle of the country with wonderful offerings almost every week and sometimes more than one. If you like musicals, plays, one person shows and great concerts this is the organization that makes it happen.

My 5th grade granddaughter was performing a piece of The Lion King Her school was 1 of 5 local schools to participate in a Walt Disney funded program. The facility and staff at the Holland Center were excellent, moving the audience in and out without a hitch. Parking was even available curbside which cut down the required steps, it was great since the temperature was 10° with a ridiculous wind chill factor. Thumbs up with a 5 star ovation.

Everything was super solid. Attendees escorted me directly to my seat. They were very helpful and pleasant. One of which was particularly humorous. The bar made great drinks. The show was top notch. Over all, a great time.

Loved it so much I wish I could pay strangers to attend.

I attended the Smokey Robinson concert on May 22nd. The sound of his voice took me to a great place and space in time. The symphony orchestra was phenomenal as each instrument individually came together into one harmony. The ushers were both polite and attentive before, during (even when asking for phones to be turned off during the performance) and after the concert as we were exiting the center. The traffic flow was steady but reasonably considering the number of people in attendance. I would attend another event at the Holland.

The Distant Worlds symphony sounded great in the concert hall and the multiple entry ways made for quick entrances and exits. It is surprisingly spacious and well-lit, so I also had a good time exploring after the concert.I did not to dine in Zinc since I changed venues for dinner at the last minute. Will make a note to come back and try it.

We love Omaha Performing Arts! We are season ticket holders for the Broadway shows. Our most recent show was Yamato Drummers of Japan. It was absolutely incredible! The show was interactive and they were amazing with their drums!

Wonderful venue, awesome sound regardless where ones sitting.

The Symphony, as always, was a delight. However, this night we stopped at the NRG bar in the lobby for drinks and a snack before the show. That was awful. The servers were downright rude. The bar was not equipped to serve what was on the menu. We wont be stopping there again.

Christmas with the Symphony was amazing!! The local singers, professional singers, violinists and the Heartland Youth Ballet were so entering, went three times.
