I print t-shirts live at soccer tournaments, this was a great weekend. Good games Great weather We saved a Great Horned Owl that was caught in a net and the animal control came to make sure it was ok and set it free. Lone Elm RULES! So much nicer with the New bathrooms and Concessions and paved parking lots .

*not a review of soccer or softball field*Park/Play area still under construction 7/26/19. It looks like it will be pretty nice. Olathe just finished a new pavilion (two total) and a new set of bathrooms. It looks pretty nice! Check out the pics of the unfinished playground.

Very nice soccer complex. Added proper restrooms in 2018. Probably the best natural grass complex in the Kansas City metro!

We love this park. A fun playground was added last year (2019) along with restroom facilities and a second picnic shelter. We appreciate the trails for hiking and biking. Its never busy unless you go when there are sports activities taking place. The trails are surrounded by soccer fields and baseball fields.

With the addition of indoor restrooms it has become much better. Giant bumps as you come in to the parking area are an inconvenience. Fields have become much better as they have started taking care of them better

Looks very nice!! Very wet but it is ok due to so much rain during week!

Well manicured ballparks surrounding an unconventional play area mostly made of ropes that had a swing, climbing area with a slide, and a rope covered marry-go-round, and a walking trail that takes you around to the soccer fields in the other side of the treeline. There isnt a lot to do but enough still to keep my kids happy for a while.

Had a BBQ here. Good time, quality pavilion and nice facilities. The pavilion is nice and well maintained. It has a fireplace/hearth which is cozy. Looks like it is usable and functional. The pavilion is essentially a jungle gym though, so be prepared to watch your kids carefully!

Not a super busy softball complex. Kind of out in the middle of nowhere. Bathrooms could use help but not the worst Ive ever seen

The facilities are some of the better grass facilities in the metro. Unfortunately the parking is an absolute nightmare. If you have a game, expect to be there 30-45 minutes early to drive around looking for parking.

Its a great soccer and baseball park...not enough bleachers but most people bring chairs to watch the games anyway. The soccer fields look a little small to regulation size but I might be wrong.

I love this little park. I have visited dozens of times as a quick get away from work at lunch. Ive walked all of the trails and often just walk in a little ways to find a quiet place to eat or read. I also recently planned a company picnic at the shelter house. We had a fantastic time playing yard games, eating dinner, and roasting marshmallows in the enormous fireplace. I think the only thing it lacks is real bathrooms.Walk the trails and enjoy the relative quiet; if you are lucky you may see deer, coyote, or a fox.

This is a busy Park on Saturday morning, since the fields are used for soccer games. This is a good Park and a little bit hidden and tucked away. I have not been to this place for a the weekday, but seems to be a good place or Park to be doing some outdoor activity. I like this park.

Walking here is always a nice time. A rich source of history with beautiful tall grass prairie. The bridges are also beautiful. There are multiple historical Wells on the property. The santa get train went through here as well as the Donnor-Reed party, which is pretty interesting. Back in the day this park had a single elm tree, and tall grass as far as you could see. I imagine it was so amazing and kind of lonely.
