Great service. Got a date night in with the hubby. Place was clean. Team members wore masks and were very friendly.Movie quality, sound and theater was top notch. Go see the new Crood Movie; its adorable. Great place to take the family for a safe night out.

Come mark is a great theater. Price was surprisingly good, and the seats are incredibly comfortable... reclining with foot lift. The movie (Venom) played with no issues, and the digital screen was crystal clear. The lobby and restrooms were clean as well.

I took my family to a private watch party to see The Empire Strikes Back.We had a great time having the theater to ourselves. The theater was very clean and probably cleaner than most places.The popcorn, candy, and drinks were reasonably priced. I personally missed eating theater popcorn.There is nothing like seeing movies as they are intended, on the big screen.The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They are anxious for people to return.

First time back to a theater since March and it was an excellent experience. So clean and welcoming. This place lets you know exactly the measures theyre taking to keep you safe and healthy.

I paid for two tickets to Psycho in August for Sunday Oct. 11th at 1pm. Dumb idea, they canceled the showing and when we went to get a refund from the cashier, Trent, he showed us that the monitor was grayed out so he couldnt issue the refund and only directed us to a 1-800. He wasnt rude by any means, but he definitely was unhelpful and didnt seem to want to do much. Very disheartening, my bride and I were so very looking forward to seeing this film on the silver screen and now we feel robbed better part of $20 for the tickets. We wont come to this theatre again thats for sure.

Great theater, very comfortable seating and during the pandemic the tickets are really cheap and affordable. They seem to be taking great precautions as well to ensure safety. All in all, its a great theater

Went to go see my hero academia heroes rising with the nephew. only playing in select theaters for a couple weeks. Scanned my ticket at the ticket podium. No line to wait. Tinseltown at mall has definitely upgraded over the years. Awesome staff all around! For sure recommended. Go beyond plus ultra!!! WOOOOOOO!!

They have the big comfy recliners here. Theyre comfy enough that some people have be known to nod off even during action scenes. The snack bar has a broad selection of movie treats with jumbo sizes to try to justify high theatre markups. Prices here are slightly higher than theatres in the surrounding area that dont have the recliners, but less than high cost of living cities.

My husband and I always enjoy going to this theater. We love the luxury seats. The employees make us feel welcome, they are very friendly.

We always come down from Cache Valley when we want to see a movie with the kids. Its so much easier with the kids with the wide aisles and the reclining seats. Worth the drive.

Cinemark recliners are where its at! We (my wife, myself, and the kids) all really enjoy coming to the Cinemark. Its popcorn is awesome and you really cant beat the seats for comfort. It makes it tolerable to sit close to front row as well (maybe not the very front but Im somewhat picky). The sound is great, the picture is excellent, and the staff has always been pleasant and helpful.

Good theater it was clean and the staff was nice! There is a problem every time I come here. Many other people in various theaters have said that the sound doesn’t work and the lights stay on. When I went to see a movie the lights remained on and part way into the movie the sound cut off. Someone who visited often got up and said it happened all the time and they went off to tell someone. There should be a better sound system and someone who can stick around when the movie starts to shut off the lights!... otherwise it’s a good theater!

The best theater in the area. The renovated theaters are comfortable and clean. The prices are fair. Popcorn is amazing. Staff are very friendly. Restroom floors are extra sticky... plus arcade is a thing now.

Love the super lounger seats. Not having to spend 20 dollars for a comfortable seat is nice. Their monthly subscription is nice to have also!

My wife and I really enjoy this theater. Love the popcorn and the luxury reclining seats. Makes for a great date night experience. As a side note, being a Movie Club Member pays for itself quickly, I highly recommend looking into it!

I don’t go to the movies much but when I do this is the theater I go too. The staff is always so nice and friendly. The theater is always clean and nice. The early bird special is a great deal and $5 Tuesday is awesome!!! I got a membership for the movie club and that is such a great deal. I save fees on ordering online, get 1 free movie a month and I save 20% at the concession stand. Cinemark Tinseltown is amazing and people should definitely check it out when they can.

Ive been going to this theater for many years, and every time, the staff at the front counter are very impersonal. However, the theaters are nice and the amenities provided are decent. I would have given 5 stars if the staff wasnt so impersonal.

The seats are amazing!! They are so comfortable. The theater was packed with people. A huge waiting line for concessions. The employees handled it very well though!

While there are some drawbacks, like limited concessions, and a little well-worn. They usually get it right where it matters, comfortable seats and usually clean theaters makes this place still worth a recommendation!

I had an amazing experience watching the Fighting preacher! The recliners were amazing and I got the minute maid frozen cup for a snack, I loved it! And you can put as much butter as you want on your Popcorn! The only thing I would do different was to not get the minute maid cup, it was good but they should switch out the kind of cardboard material of the cup that gets soggy. But overall Cinemark is worth every Penny and the recliners and floor in the theater always are so clean.

Popcorn is the best around! It has the perfect amount of salt and is always fresh. Super friendly staff as well and all theaters have recliners.

Great theater atmosphere! I love the very comfy recliner seats. Its awesome that they dont pack hundreds of people in to one room and the only people you see when sitting in the back row, are the other people on the same row. I love that! The only reason for the 4 stars is the exorbitant prices on concessions. Sure, its to be expected at a theater like this, but I dont like it and therefore dock a star for it. ;)

Honestly this has become one of my favorite theaters. With the changes they made to seating by making all their seats luxury this puts them a step ahead of the competition, especially since they dont charge extra for luxury seats. I feel like this particular location is well maintained and service is always fast and friendly. Lastly if you are looking for a great deal the movie club has been worth every penny and has saved us money since we bought it. I would highly recommend the movie club

I like this theater, it has the reclining seats and wide aisles. Its always been clean. Staff is always friendly and helpful which makes the experience that much better. I was fumbling through using my Cinemark rewards app for the first time and the counter was nice and showed me how to access different features and use it.

Boyfriend took me here and its pretty clean and they have reclining chairs! Employees are friendly and were fast at serving, so we had a very enjoyable time here.

Love the reclining chairs. Major difference between coming here and going to a local theater near me. Theater food is always pricey but it is good. I do not suggest bringing your children to this theater unless they behave very well. (A mom speaking from experience) There are many potential hazards if they wont stay in their seat.

We were all having a good time and we went up to show our tickets cause I bought online. They all wanted us to show our ID and one of us forgot which we NEVER HAVE I EVER been ID for a movie and usually when your with some one over the age of 18 you can get in a movie with them, well they said we could not get in the movie with out her ID even tho all of the other people had our ID’s. We are older then 18 why would we hang out with some one who can’t get into a movie. They were just rude about it and not caring. Please don’t go here unless you and your kids have ID to get in to the movie. Not once did it ever say that you needed to bring your ID

I really like using the mobile app and being a part of the movie club which gives me one free movie ticket every month and gives me discounts and savings on my purchases. Its fast and easy and nice and we dont have to wait in line for the tickets.

Best theater in the Ogden area. Every seat is a recliner comfort seat, nice and helpful staff, clean theater and restarant. The other local theater in town costs more, is more crowded, and has lots of old seating.

Havent been here in a few years but theyve updated just as nice as Layton Cinemark and AMC. Dont forget the app

My wife and I love the abundant luxury seating at this theater. I’ve never had trouble finding a parking spot since it’s in the mall and the parking lot is large. Great service and food/drinks at concessions. Easily one of my favorite places to go see a movie.

Went there for movie with friends. The shopping mall is nice for walking around, got some interesting stuffs like fashion shoes store and dress stores. I didnt have time to walk around but only those stores I saw are worth to check. And the cinema is with good facility as the others, comfortable seats and clean environment. Very polite staffs also.

Went and watch Scary Movies to Tell in the Dark. Theatre was super nice, seats are really comfy and have a foot rest and everything. Theatre and bathrooms were super clean. Snacks are a little expensive but not too bad!

They updated it a lot, better seats etc plus not that many ppl go there so its never too busy or too packed....

This place is a pretty rocking theater. East to sneak into and great Service if you decide to pay.

I took my kids to play in the arcade and two of the games did not work properly which ended up wasting two credits. I brought this up to the attention of the theater manager. He offered an apology and gave us a $5 arcade card for the trouble and inconvenience. Excellent customer service!

Great theater. Luxury automatic seats are roomy and Comfy. The arms move up and out of the way in case its date night and there is still a cup holder under the armrest. can you even believe it. Plus they have a Starbucks. I know, Im BLOWING YOUR MIND.

I take my grandson to enjoy the movies and we enjoy the cinemark. We really liked the new star wars movie and have plans for a lot more this year.

This is one of my favorite theaters to go to. The staff have always been courteous and friendly. They do an excellent job at keeping the theaters clean and well maintained. The sound quality is excellent as well. Good prices on their food.

Nice theater. Girlfriend and I saw Wonder woman here while traveling home from Lagoon. That use automated ticket booths with assigned seating. I am not a fan of this system. Concessions were clean and Popcorn was fresh. Theater system seem to be pretty standard modern system. Overall wasnt blown away by the place but nothing was wrong either.

Love this place. All the chairs recline and the popcorn is the best. Theyve also added pizza and pretzel bites to the menu.

Went today at 1245 only to find the self pay kiosks closed and only one person selling tickets line was all the way out into the mall. Although there were 4 registers management failed to react to the demand. We left realizing we would not make it in time for our movie. Poor management.

Pricing typical. Audio better than most, but not audiophile grade. Pleasant ambiance. Good seating but not reclining and cant lean against your date.

Theater was moderately clean. Sound and video quality decent. 1/2 hour of commercials before the movie should have started.

I havent been here in a while but wow they really have upgraded this place with plush reclining seats good sound system and digital video system with great picture. A must-visit! You will enjoy the experience.

I hate giving low rates but this place has such high prices and nothing better than the others to justify it. Of course you can get good prices on one day of the week but I hate being forced to adjust my schedule to go on the ONE day their prices are decent. I just go to another theater.

Great film theatre. not much else to say. I personally prefer the megaplex junctions, but it serves its purpose so i cant be negative about it. (shrugs shoulders)

Very nice theater. Soft oversized recliners with about 4 feet between rows, you cant see people in front of you. Very nice employees and clean.

This theatre definitely needs some remodeling and upgrading inside. Its dark and drab inside and looked a bit dirty. The staff were very sweet and attentive however. This reminds more of a discount theatre by appearance inside but prices certainly said otherwise.

I enjoyed this theater. It was clean and tidy. Black recliner chairs make it comfortable. Like all theaters the refreshments will cost you much more than the movie. 6 bucks for a lrg drink and 8 bucks for the lrg popcorn. Its to be expected.
