My experience was not good at all. The food was horrible. It was over cooked the tarter sauce was disgusting like old. They were understaffed so we had to grab our own food and the prices for the food was stupidly expensive.

Great little place!Love that you can get dinner, enjoy a movie and have an adult beverage in one sitting.The turnover time between showings should be a few minutes longer. Our movie started at 730 and the showing before, let out at 723. Only gives the workers less than 5 minutes to clean up the theater. But overall wonderful atmosphere, great food and amazing service

Ive always liked the idea of movie and dinner. Brewvies is a good date night spot. I hope it stays around. Food is good. Chairs could use some updating but prices are fair and I think its definitely worth a visit. Well be back.

This place is so chill and the staff are all bros. The cocktails are awesome, the food is really good, great beer selection, and I have no complaints. We come here when we want to relax and watch some great tongue-in-cheek movies. Forget overpriced popcorn and screaming brats. Booze and fried food? Thats the only way to do it.

This place is a blast. Its still a bit rough around the edges, but all the work management is putting into it shows. Every time we go it gets better. Please give them your business, you will be helping an already good place reach its stellar potential.

Not very functional. I loved Movie Grille at this location because of the convenience and how functional it is. Movie Grille however has a whole different tactic, you must leave your movie to go get your food from the front, and if you order any drinks they have to be carried to your theater for you from the bar.

Awesome place to eat while watching a movie. They also have 2 pool tables if you just want to grab a beer and hangout.

Not so good. The food was very average. Not amazing but not good either. The service was good although short handed on staff tonight.The seats are HORRIBLE! They still have the same seats that have never been upgraded so they are extremely worn out and so uncomfortable. Dont go expecting to cuddle and be comfortable. And the movie was sub-par, as in they definitely dont have the most up-to-date equipment like speakers.Overall 2 stars. Wouldnt recommend with so many other amazing theaters for the same price.

This place has great food for non movie theater prices. Get the T-shirt and get cheap popcorn for years to come. Your enjoyment of the popcorn will be further lived than most monarchy reigns. Enjoy.

First time ever to do a brew-bar counter w/ tables & chairs-3 theater place. We really enjoyed it. Did the late afternoon matinee Once upon a time in Hollywood and had the place to ourselves. Comfortable reclining theatre seats. Great service staff. Will do again.

This place is great. Food and drinks at your seat in a real theatre. Everyone super friendly and accommodating too. Way better experience than the regular theater. I hope people in this neighborhood continue to support it because I would hate to lose this gem.

I love everything about this place except for the POS manager in the bar. The food and drinks are great, but the manager has had a bad attitude every time Ive come in and treats people like theyre bothering him. Tonight, he got my order wrong and after I brought it up, he argued with me and told me, no, thats what you ordered and walked away, refusing to fix it. Our food took an hour to come out and what they did give me was soggy and gross. Waste of money, dont go in the bar area.

Over priced food . Seats are old and not set at the right heights, so when you recline your watching the back of the head of the person in front of you. Also you have to content with the employees bringing drinks in to customers during the movie and customers in the movies ordering during the movie . Not likely to return nor recommend to friends or family .

Took the grandkids out for dinner and a movie night. Loved the seating reclined and very comfortable. Atmosphere and service was great. Food was ok but kids loved it !! Definitely recommend

NOT child free. Its a bar, seriously? Anyway:Started out okay, I wanted to try this place out since its unique. Arrived early and got a drink, then found out that the staff has to bring the drink into the theater, you cant just carry it. This causes a lot of back and forth and confusion when there arent enough people working.Sat down and started the movie but it was boiling hot. The seats were falling apart. Got up to leave and when I told the staff it was because of the heat and chair they just kind of shrugged. They didnt care I was going to see the movie somewhere else and offered nothing. I guess it didnt matter that money had been spent on tickets and drinks for 10 minutes of a movie.

Great place for a date. The chairs need to be updated but a great experience.

Really run down theater. The “luxury” seats are uncomfortable, old, and one of our recliners didn’t even work. The movie screen is smaller than a normal theater so it’s definitely better to sit closer. Everything was sticky and greasy, like the mini tables attached to the chairs, the chairs themselves, etc. Everything in the theatre we were in was also duck taped, such as the floor to hold some sort of rubber mat or it could’ve been the stair lights, down. Which isn’t doing such a good job because my husband tripped over it, hence me even noticing it. The food sucked. It’s super low quality and made me sick to my stomach. The slaw had a very funky smell and taste to it. They are also really overpriced. Unless you plan on legally drinking alcohol during a movie, I’d recommend going elsewhere.

I love this place! Its always a great experience! The staff are fun and really welcoming, and its a great place even on the weekend to just go hang out, play pool, drink some good ol beers and even hop in for a movie. I love the fact that you can eat and drink while watching movies too! If you havent been, you should go!

Excellent food, great menu. We love going before 4. There are limited recliners and are close to the screen, perfect for me.The movies are current and they do have a Sunday brunch. Call for info on the brunch.

Arrived 15 minutes before our movie to order food and get situated. After an hour and fifteen minutes we still hadn’t received our food. I went out to ask and they said they only have one cook and that others were still in front of us. About 10 minutes later we got our food. The burger was burnt to a crisp. I took a few bites and took it out to show them how burned it was and asked for a new burger. The staff was awkward and slightly rude, the manager came out and gave me a refund for the burger but did not offer to replace it. Because of the experience I missed about 15 minutes of my movie. I asked the other three people I went with about their food and they all expressed their burgers were burnt as well. This was my first and likely last experience at Breweenies.

Awesome, awesome theater. Great customer service, very clean. Comfortable recliner chairs. Good selection of beer, wine, and spirits. I had a pepperoni pizza with a nice sour IPA. The pizza was fantastic - super cheesy, cooked just right, excellent crust.

This is my first time at Brewvies. I have seen the place numerous times but never stopped in. Cosmetically inside it is aesthetically pleasing. Also the shaft are hands-down some of the best customer service I have ever received. This is what sets the bar for the service industry in my opinion hello. The food was great the drinks were great we had an A+ time I highly recommend this place if youre looking for something to do like date night or friend night you can just play pool there are multiple things you can do here all around I give it 4 stars

My husband and I had higher expectations for this place. We went there tonight and from the moment we came in the staff werent welcoming. We were told we could order some drinks and food before the movie and we sat at the bar for 10 minutes while the staff just stood there and did nothing or were chatting with friends. We had to place our order at the front or else we would miss the movie. The movie started 10 minutes early and the theater was cold and the seats felt old and didnt even recline. The food was sub par as well.Overall we were not impressed and wont be back. Its not worth the money just to drink while watching a movie. Id much rather pay for to watch my movie in a comfortable seat in a big theater with more professional staff.

These guys are the absolute best! Thir customer service is out of this world. The theaters are always clean. The seats are freaking comfortable. And the food and drinks taste amazing. Its now my only choice for movie night.

First time there and didnt get to explore as much as Id like to (went for an informational community gathering).The facility was clean and simple. The bar area had a good setup. I believe I even saw a small arcade area tucked away inconspicuously?The staff was very friendly. Nice selection of beers, with plenty of local craft. Full liquor menu too!The food menu looked very appetizing but I didnt try anything.Looking at their website, they do some killer weekday deals as well as frequent showings of some great retro classics.Will be going back very soon!

Cant believe it. We showed up for a movie 15 minutes early. But there was a big long line and only one worker. Of course everyone was ordering food, so the line moved extremely slow. Finally, ten minutes later the movie had started. We were still in line so we left. IDK why there was only one worker and not a separate line for the tickets......

More comfortable than I expected, honestly. Its great that they have food and beer for you to enjoy while you watch a movie that actually starts at the time they advertise.

Quinns hospitality excellent. Gave opinion of Us. Got me interested in it I dont like horror films. But may see. Quinns film knowledge and passion was refreshing and the staff was productive and friendly. To start off this place is super run down. All of the seats are broken and do not recline! The seats have ripped fabric and the trays are gross, very sticky even though it was “clean”. The women’s restroom is missing doors on the stalls. The food is super over price and is as bad as bar food! The staff is super slow, if you even mention that it’s taken awhile to get your food or drinks they give you attitude about it. I found out that one staff member was arrested for doing drugs in front of the hair school, so I guess that’s why the staff isnt great. They only hire drug addicts!Definitely won’t be coming back. I would rather pay to go to Megaplex, nicer staff and it’s actually taken care of!

Great atmosphere with two pool tables, arcade games and a full bar. The food is also well above what I expected for a movie theater or a bar. I had the black and blue burger and sweet potato fries and it was amazing. Ill definitely be coming back, more so than the regular movie theaters. Im just disappointed that I havent found this place sooner!

We used to really like Brewvies, so its too bad theyve gone downhill. The food is now bad, the cashiers are really slow, and the chairs are falling apart.

Whats not to love!? New movies. Alcohol. No KIDS!! I love my kids and enjoy taking them to see movies, but there are some movies that kids should not be forced to sit through (a 3 hour movie) and others shouldnt be forced to hear them either...

This place is so much fun. I have fond memories of MovieGrille and Brewvies does not disappoint. I was thrilled to be able to drink vodka during my movie.

Great date night place! My husband and I usually have fun here. There was only one time our food wasnt that good, but they might have been having a bad night.

Price was right, food was good and the staff was great. The recliner didnt work very well and the seat tray was sticky.

Not bad if you dont mind dirty and uncomfortable seats, drinks 30 minutes after you order, waiting an hour and 10 minutes for your order, then recieving the wrong order, and finally getting you burger 1 hour and 40 minutes into your 2 hour movie. Will not return.

Went here the other day and was super impressed. Recliner seats, delicious popcorn, and friendly staff. Next time I am going to try the food! Will definitely be back. Great prices too.

First I bought a groupon today, matinee movie with popcorn for 4 people. Only restriction was movie before 5 (I read it carefully with no fine print). I went to use it and was told I cant use it until tomorrow, so I had to pay full price. We went into the bar to get a drink while we waited for our movie to start. We had to get our own menus. Seat ourselves (all the tables were dirty) and then we had to go to the bar to make an order. No one bothered to help us. No customer service or any kind of service.Then, we went into the theater and thought we could order food from there (like you could when it use to be moviegrille) we were told that we had to go back out to order food, so we just skipped the food. The theater was filthy. All the trays were dirty, popcorn on the seats and caked in between the seats, like they havent been cleaned in awhile. The matinee is the same price as AMC or cinemark. And this theater feels like a third world country. After the movie we went to the bar to retrieve our credit card that they kept for the open tab and they didnt have it. They said its up front, so we went upfront and waited and the guy working there said its at the bar. Finally they found our credit card and we were on our way to a clean restaurant. I dont think Ill be using my groupon, Ill probably give it to my kids..

This place is awesome! Could not be more happy with this theater. It only has 4 theaters but for us non mormons looking to actually have a good time, this is a perfect choice. My wife and I want to come for the brunch sometime. Could use an upgrade on the games though.

Awesome small cinema with adult beverages and great tasting food. Brewvies caters exclusively to a 21 and up clientele, completely eliminating that hordes of children that plague a traditional cinema. Ive never encountered a crowd at Brewvies Ogden, which means no lines and no wait!Although there is a small number of screens, there are always new movies playing. The food is really good and reasonably priced as are theater tickets and drinks. Every seat at Brewvies is lazyboy style and most of them recline.Every Sunday there is a brunch and special feature. I havent had the opportunity to attend a Sunday brunch feature but plan on doing so as soon as possible.Next time youre hungry for a fresh flick, great food and drinks, and no obnoxious packs of children and teenagers bouncing off the effing walls, do yourself a favor and go to Brewvies Ogden!112319 Update: I believe Brewvies Ogden is no open to all ages. Hopefully the obnoxious packs of kids will stick to the chain theaters.

The workers acted unprofessional, confused, and disorganized while patrons were trying to order food and purchase tickets. The food was descent and the drink tasted great.They left the theater lights on for the first five minutes, which was annoying but explainable by people still coming in from ordering food from the bumbling workers described above.I was excited to watch a movie here, only to have the screen go dark or the movie freeze EIGHT times during the showing. At the climax of the film, it froze and jumped ahead. This spoiled the upcoming scene. After the longest disruption of the eight total disruptions, they restarted the film at a slightly earlier scene.No apologies or efforts to rectify the situation were given by cinema staff. Worst cinema experience ever. Too bad, because the drink was pretty good.

We went to go see Joker and The place is dirty. We went and all toilets in both restrooms were clogged and flooded all over the floor. Then they refused to let me order a beer with no food but they let two people that were with us order drinks with no food. And in the actual theater the trays were not wiped down, most of the recliners don’t even work and they had mice running around. Will not return or recommend this place to anyone.

If you are getting food get there early so you dont have to get up in the middle of your movie. The food takes a while, but is well worth it. I highly recommend the pizza, its really good!

Had an awful experience and will never go back. The movie cut out 8 times, sometimes the sound would keep going without picture. This happened during the climax of the movie.And through it all, Brewvies staff didn’t communicate with us at all. No apology, no explanation, no trying to make it right.My friends and I go to dinner and movie frequently, typically between 6-10 people. We were excited to go and have drinks while watching a movie. We all walked out collectively saying “never again.”Also, the food was disappointing, the service was disorganized, and it sucks to have to leave the movie to; pick up food, order more drinks, etc.

Very nice staff and their pizza was good. The chairs are extremely comfortable. Didnt get alcohol on this trip but am happy its offered. Also I appreciate that its a 21 and over cinema pub. Its nice to not have screaming babies, talking kids or someone kicking your seat. You can actually enjoy the movie like you were at home. Will definitely be going again and telling all my friends.

I am so glad Brewvies has come to Ogden. We need a fun place like this for adults. I went to a movie there this weekend and was impressed. The staff was fun, knowledgeable and inviting. We were running a little late, so we paid for our movie tickets, picked our seats and ordered our food and beverages first. We went to our seats in the theater and our drinks were brought to us quickly. Once our food was ready, we were paged by a little vibrating pager that had been given to us. We went out to the front desk to pick up our pizza and were able to hit the condiment table on our way back to the theater. The seats were incredibly comfy, the theater was clean and food was tasty! It was a nice time and I can’t wait to go back again soon!

Gone down hill. Seats still brolen,staples showing through on arm rest. Was 21+ but GA restored the biggest reason to go. No kids! Price is same as mexplex now as they have a surcharge. We used to go every week when they opened. Screw it Ill watch on demand at home...

Im not sure of how I expected a Cinema Pub to work. I didnt expect to eat my food in the pitch dark, fighting the sillhouette of a fellow drunk moviegoers head while sitting in a sticky recliner that didnt recline, next to a wall that blocked the view of the bottom right side of the screen. The food? It was ok. It would have been better if it had been ready when the pager went off, and I hadnt missed 7 minutes of the movie in order to argue with staff about getting my order wrong. Next time, I think Ill stick with grabbing dinner and drinks before going to a more comfortable and higher quality theatre.
