Overall good. When I came as a child I loved the fun colors, sadly, they painted it boring brown. Its great and has a lovely ocean view from nearly all rooms. The 2nd story has a larger balcony, great for large families and bikes!

Unassuming from the outside but it is very clean and offers fantastic views. Easy walk to bars and restaurants in the harbor. Pool area was quite busy of course. Have been here many times and am proud to bring my guest visitors. The train goes by plenty but it is not noisy and doesnt blow a horn there. I like to watch the trains pass. Ocean views from most rooms.

Train noise is very minimal, Ocean Views from every unit, easy quick walk to the Harbor with several great restaurants and a beautiful place to see. Love the safe underground parking, BBQ on deck, huge comfortable clean rooms.

The internet connection didn’t work in my room and the staff that was there at that moment couldn’t help me. I had to complain multiple times until a very helpful staff member from the next shift solved my problem at 6:00 am in the morning. Also, I was held 3 hours in the timeshare workshop. They took my passport, so I couldn’t just walk away. It was so sad when I realized that I allowed them to access my credit information to see if I was eligible for a credit card (I wasn’t because I’m not a permanent resident) and my credit score dropped 13 points because of that. I’m still learning these things because I am not American. Finally, there was some leaking in my bathroom that needed to be repaired. The staff (very friendly and respectful) repaired and sanitized by bathroom, but honestly guys, you need to check those things and get a better internet support before people get there for vacations. It’s not even crowded now, so you could check every room before assigning that room to someone. Other than that, the staff was very helpful and nice, the place was clean, and the bed was super comfortable. I heard there are beautiful views from most of the rooms. It wasn’t my case, my view was the parking lot. When I asked if I could get another room with better internet and view, I was told there was going to be a cleaning fee for that.....Did I mention I am an owner?

The Worldmark in Oceanside is located just above and looks over the Oceanside South Harbor. Every room has a harbor view more or less with the west end 5th floor rooms having the best views. The units we had are all 2 BR and very clean. Short walk to many restaurants and/or the beach makes this an great family resort.

Very nice hotel by my standards, but my only complaint is you can only here the freeway and MetroLink, no beautiful sounds of waves crashing. Nice views though!

This is one of our favorite beach places to stay. Rooms are large and clean, it is convenient to freeways for more travel around the area. San Diego is less than an hour away. Little Oceanside Harbor is a very short walk, and has plenty of dining options. The pier is only a mile away - walkable if you choose to do so. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Sales is still obnoxious. Upselling is outrageous. As always. I was promised 50 minutes; 2 hours later they were still trying to sell me more than I need and still had not answered two basic questions.Too many people not following the rules about wearing masks makes it less comfortable. I was told before we arrived that we would have to wear a mask at the pool except when in the water. Walked by twice and no one was wearing a mask and no staff was there to clean chairs in between guests or ask that guests wear masks.Had to ask people not to get on the elevator with us who were not wearing masks. There are signs everywhere about masks but no enforcement.Room and accommodations are nice if you ask for an ocean view; otherwise they stick you in the back where its dark. Resort is near train and highway so you dont hear the ocean but you can see it from the rooms on the front side.This is our second time here.

Great location! The units need a bit of an upgrade but are spacious and clean.

This is a very nice place. There are tons of rooms and plenty of space for everyone. This place is in a perfect location and I recommend this place if you travel with many people, you like the beach, and love personal space.

Nice place to stay and easy to use our bonus time. Its not normal but we were able to get a 3 bedroom the same day we wanted to go & met our kids and their spouse/fiancee their for a fun filled two nigjt stay. Staff is always helpful, friendly and accommodating!

Husband and I always enjoy our stays here. Joes Crab Shack located right across the public parking lot and across the train tracks. The front doors to the units here could use noise dampening devices because you can hear EVERYONE when they close their front door. Even the dead awaken from their graves so that gives you a clue as to how noisy these front doors can be. Definitely something to think about if youre looking to get some restful sleep or are thinking of sleeping in one day during your stay here. The front desk staff are always helpful and courteous to guests. Parking spaces are sometimes hard to come by on the weekends because they do not limit the number of parking spaces per unit so its possible to have 3 or 4 cars for guests staying in the 3-bedroom units here. I think with the COVID-19 pandemic right now, people are violating occupancy limits in these units right now because everyone is going stir crazy. Some people are not wearing masks in the elevators so you should be aware of that if you decide to stay here. That might be of concern to some people, especially if they have underlying medical conditions. The microwave oven went out in our unit on our second night this last trip ️, but they replaced it the next day so we were appreciative for their attention to this issue. Strangely enough, the smoke alarms batteries gave out the third day, so those were replaced promptly when we reported the problem. Then on the fourth day, an ant colony moved into the bathroom. Just kidding....I just wanted to see if you were still paying attention. No more issues. Like I mentioned before, my husband and I enjoy staying here. Just be aware of the proximity of the train tracks to this location since the trains run day and night, both passenger trains like Amtrak and Metrolink, and freight trains. This is not a deal breaker for us but it might be for other folks, especially light sleepers, considering what I already mentioned about the extremely loud front doors shutting at all hours of the day and night. Ear plugs would come in handy while staying here. The pool area is limited due to the COVID-19 pandemic so please keep this in mind as well. I think I covered everything thats going on now. Hope this is helpful for people that have not stayed here before. Take care and stay safe, everyone!

The resort is in a great location and the rooms are nice but as usual with Worldmark properties, the TVs are tiny (come on guys, 42 televisions can be had for less than $200 these days!!) and at this property, parking is scarce and difficult.The worst though is as usual, Worldmark annoys the heck out of you by trying to get you to do an owner update which makes the check in process miserable and then they continue to annoy by calling your room after youve already rejected them, STILL trying to get you to do the owner update. They will not take NO for an answer and need to be more respectful of owners and realize that this is our vacation and of we say NO, we dont want to be bothered and want to be left alone to enjoy our vacation!!

Great place for a family vacation. Pool is beautiful, beach, gift shops, and restaurants nearby. Need anything, the office always helps.

Pool open by reservation. Hot tub closed but you can group up as much as you want in the pool. Some of these rules....smh

Location with great view of pier. Public parking generous for friends and family to visit. Great walking area next to 2 piers, multiple yummy eateries priced very reasonable. Eclectic area.

Its disappointing that our vacation started off with an over persistent and deceptive attempt to get us to attend a 20 minute talk. Since I have been down this road before, i know their talks are at least 1 hour. I did not sign up to attend but they called our room 3 times, trying to get us to sign up. I would suggest you unplug your phone or dont answer it. Our room was semi adequately clean. There was a dirty towel in the bathroom and no shower curtain. Also, there was a smoker in the unit below us, which ruined are ability to enjoy the patio. Aside from this, the hotel is in a nice location with a the beach and restaurants only a short walk away.

Amazing resort. But the staff constantly apply pressure tactics to get owners to upgrade. It is so frustrating. Im coming there to relax not to be in a 2 hour seminar where I get pressured to purchase more points. Which we never do buy or attend. Resort wise...it is gorgeous. Situated 1 mile from the beach. Clean resort. Nice swim area. We go every year as the kiddos love how close to the beach and legoland it is. It would be 5 stars other than the pressure part.

Clean and comfortable with full kitchen, fireplace, balcony grill and great location! Loved it!

My family and I had a lot of fun being able to walk around and go to the beach and Joes Crab Shack. The only problem was that the bathtub had a hard time draining and caused the carpet in my room to go wet because of a leak. Also the TV kept skipping. Anyways we had a lot of fun and would do it again.

Love it here! It is close to the beach.Very comfortable beds had every appliances needed.The atmosphere was loving, people asked you how you are treated you so nicely and kindly.The pool was heated and hot tube was small but felt good after a beach swim.Overall a amazing place to stay.

It was an outstanding stay!We just became owners and absolutely loving it!

Great place with really big rooms. We had a 2 bedroom/2 bath with washer and dryer. Everything was so clean it looked new. Loved the pool and jacuzzi until 10pm. Short walk to beach and restaurants bar. Not too crazy about the hidden time-share pitch.

I love this place but in the spirit of full disclosure I will give some pros and cons. Customer service, cleanliness, maintenance are all 5 star whereas the facility is older consideration, built right next to passenger railway( that is a pro for me and con for Steve) and the city allows for somewhat of a clean homeless looking camp around the back parameter (they may be the construction crew working here that is very quit by the way). There is a marina within walking distance ( pro for me and con for Steve, with restaurants ) and WorldMark has free slips if you would like to sail your way here, only 1 hot tub that isnt hot enough but is very large and has nice jets, older construction means nice large rooms, a lot of space as well as basketball and a play ground for children. Great place for budget minded families to stay and do day trips to all the major fun parks and zoos. Secure parking underground and the staff is exceptional. I will be back here, I love this place.

Have been to this property several times throughout the years as our friends our members and we live not too far from here so often join them. We have seen a study dilapidation of the property happen over time. Our friends are platinum members at this establishment and have expressed their concerns several times but they do not seem to be addressed. Its not any one thing but multiple particular things in the units that are just being unattended to. The location is not bad about a 10-minute walk to the beach and restaurants. The beach is very clean and there are plenty of lifeguards on duty so I feel its very safe for families for sure. There are also a few places close by that rent paddle boards paddle boats surfboards etc...

Didnt feel safe in regards to sanitation. We wiped down commonly used knobs, etc., and found dirt, grime and, who knows what, on our rags.Also, we paid for a movie that we were unable to watch due to slow internet.

Nice place. Only wash and dry a couple loads. Otherwise issues with dryer venting causing moisture dripping from bedroom closet.

I would rather see more people wearing masks. But the weather was nice.

We love this place its our home away from home, spacious rooms, great amenities, friendly staff. Cant wait to go back

Average timeshare. Rooms and layout of area seemed a bit less inviting than others we have been to. And this one just seemed like it was older on the inside. Anywa, close walk to the beach is a plus. Heated pool, tennis and basketball court were nice. Staff was helpful and friendly.

This place is disgusting. Would rate negative stars if I could. This is our first time staying here and so far we have had someone’s leftover toenails on our floor, toothpaste covered sinks, someone’s hairy used soap in our bathtub and someone’s left over BLOOD on our toilet paper. I would never stay here. This is the grossest place I have ever stayed.

I always luv this place. Great rooms, the staff is nice and the facilities, like the pools and recreation areas are always well kept.

Not a lot of frills, but the location is great. Pool and hot tub are always in nice shape and the staff is awesome. Definitely worth the price.

We were able to get a room here through someone we know. It was kind of confusing to find at first, but we managed. The people at the desk were really nice to us! The service was absolutely lovely. There was a gym, jacuzzi and pool available and I got to experience a jacuzzi for the first time. However, we found an empty bottle under the kitchen sink, which kind of grossed me out. But other than that, it was a pretty good experience.

We enjoyed our stay. Not your typical WorldMark facility, but the staff were friendly and accommodating and the condo was clean and spacious. For a military town Oceanside offers a lot!

Really enjoyed staying here. My sweetie and I were going to my work Christmas party, and it was at a colleagues house in Cypress. Another couple offered to book here, and share with us. Very nice, cut off more than half the drive each way. Clean,and efficient, helpful staff greeted us. We met our people, checked in prior to work party. Really close to Oceanside Harbor, nice beachfront walk, handy restaurants, marina. Nice stay, happy to come back :) BTW, Christmas party went really well.

Great location. The customer service is great. Very friendly and very helpful. Its a 5 min walk to the harbor. The parking is ok as long as you get there early enough to be able to park in the parking garage other wise you have to park in the overflow area.

Beautiful resort with all the rooms facing the ocean and with a wonderful friendly staff. Location is ideal right next to the Oceanside harbor and beach, dining and night life. Always a great vacation choice, never dissapoints!

Very nice resort. We got a beautiful ocean and harbor view. Absolutely dreamy and close to lego land and Seaworld. Beach very close,walking distance.

We enjoy the resort itself but always HATE having to listen to a spiel to get our parking pass. No matter how many times we say we arent interested or how many times we say we wont be attending a meeting or breakfast we ALWAYS get at least one call (usually multiple) asking us to attend.No means no and our vacation time should be respected.

Family friendly resort and close to the beach. It is about a 7 min walk to the harbor (just threw the big parking lot) 10 min walk to the beach maybe 10 to 12 mins. The resort is nice. 2 pools. 1 hot tub. 2 pool tables. Smaller activities. Rooms have it all. Including a washer and dryer and bbq. Dishes, silverware, coffee maker (not k cup) only down fall there pushy here to attend a meeting but not as bad as others. Still worth it

Amazing resort

We have stayed here twice and both times we have had problems with flooding in our unit. The staff was not accommodating at all. We waited several hours for someone to come and fix the plumbing problem and no one ever showed up. Nice amenities. We do love the location and the pool and hot tub after being in the beach.

Perfect family vacation! Amazing facility, big enough to comfortably home our family of 8. Love the Harbor restaurants nearby, and great beach. We LOVE vacationing here!

This place was very nice. It was clean and the pool with hot tub was nice. The reason for 4 star was due to parking. Only one vehicle is allowed to park on premises. There key system was weird and didnt always work

The best accommodation quality

One of my favorite spots! Near the ocean with great views from our bedroom. Staffs are friendly and courteous. Place can be better if upgraded (heard other units are) but it is always a great place to entertain and be with family and enjoy the views and the drive.

People here are amazingly friendly and super helpful. Trisha in particular was an absolute doll, she really went the extra mile to make mine and my wifes trip a pleasant one. Garage parking can be a bit annoying, but I never really struggled to find a spot.

They painted it so it looks like every other building. Turned into a sales pitch. The room was fine. Ut the staff was pushy with the pitch. Not relaxing as it should be. We have been owners since 1995 or so

When I was three years old, I drowned in the pool here. I visit every year and swim in that same pool. Great place, with great views an even better pool.

A very nice place to stay, clean rooms with a quirky vibe because of the shape of the building. This place is unique in Las Vegas just because of the amount of interior space it has, the ceiling is 30+ stories tall. The WiFi is fast, the water pressure is high, and the bed are soft ... what else do you need?

We have visited here the last 2 years in June. The rooms are clean and spacious, fully equipped, comfortable beds, bathrooms are a bit small, and the beach is walking distance away. Lots of restaurants near by as well just in case you don’t want to cook

Management doesnt take responsibility for the water. Being off all morning! No prior knowledge.. phones tied up at the front office, since nobody else had water. Tried telling us everybody was informed but us. BS!!! Take responsibility or LOSE BUSINESS

Close enough to walk to the beach. Great kitchen space and clean pool. Quiet, family friendly. Closest grocery store is Walmart which is tricky to get to and a bit intimidating if you’re scared to drive California freeway. Not too far from San Diego. Great customer service. Movie rental service. Tap water is kinda salty tasting, bring water filter or buy bottled. Also grocery stores charge for bags so bring your own reusable bags. Will be back.

It’s functional and clean. It’s mass catering standards for a hotel.Hope you like trains too. They come by very regularly which is actually quite good fun for kids!The beds are very comfortable.

Were in a penthouse that was supposed to have an ocean view---not even a glimpse. Needs work. Called desk when we had no hot water and the staff were really uncaring and not helpful..basically told us they couldnt do anything. We left a night early.

Added will be checking out of the resort on Thursday after being here for a week World Mark Oceanside is located across from the marina and about a block from the ocean and restaurants there are two pools one for children and one for adults plus a hot tub there is also a fitness center most activities are within walking distance from the resort we find that the location is very convenient we have stayed here before and look forward to our next visit here

Clean comfortable home away from home! Family oriented. The only negative thing is that since they are a time share they ALWAYS try to have you attend an informative/education owners meeting.
