I was in here for two hours and I barely made a dent in the place. This park is amazing! The kids playground is especially rad and made me wish I was five again. We also walked through the Conservatory which has a rotating plant exhibit and butterflies. Great way to spend an afternoon.

Very clean, felt safe and extremely relaxing park. The facilities were very clean and well maintained. I had plenty of animal experiences as I walked the park. Kid friendly, adult exercise stations throughout the park. The water view was beautiful. Lovely place, I would definitely come back again and again.

A most magnificent park with a walkway, playground, basketball and tennis courts, and more importantly beautiful views. Walk the mile-long loop with lakes on each side; a gentle breeze comes off the water, time stands still here. The park feels like a small and cozy place where there is a close sense of community. Glorious sunsets to end an evening right with the family. God bless.

Great walking trail set between 2 lakes, very picturesque with some waterbirds. There are marked areas for playtime for the kiddos as well. For sitting, there are benches scattered throughout.

One of my favorite parks in Oakland Park, this park is hidden in a nice quiet neighborhood. I grew up visiting this park, my kids are now playing in this park on a regular basis. Play ground for tots and older kids, running path with work out stations, tennis courts, basketball courts, and scenic views of wild life on the water and a nice sunset. Facilities are well kept, but like in any public area there may be a patron who ruins the image for the rest, dont judge our community on that please.

I stumbled on this park when visiting the new Stunson Nature Trail next door but this park is worth a visit in its own right. There is so much here located on 3 picturesque lakes. Park amenities include a basketball court, benches, bocce ball courts. an exercise path, fishing, grills, tennis courts, covered picnic tables, a playground, racquetball courts, volleyball, and workout stations. The lakes attract a lot of native birds. On my walk I saw Ibis and Moorhens. There were also invasive Muscovy ducks, Egyptian Geese, and iguanas. On a week night the park was full of people exercising, fishing, kids playing on the playground, and feeding the ducks. This well maintained park is a great addition to the Royal Palm neighborhood in Oakland Park, providing a respite of nature in the urban landscape.

This charming little park winds around and over a calm, picturesque lake, and is dotted with trees, including the Royal Palms for which the park is named. Ducks, Herons, and other birds frollick about on land or in the shallows. Some visitors fish or gently ride small kayaks through the lake. There are also exercises along the walking path, and courts for tennis and basketball. A perfect place to walk or sit, think or play, stare at the water or go gently floating on it.

This is a great park tucked away in a nice quiet residential area. It was a great place for me to come and get some landscape and wildlife photography practice in. The park is very clean and well kept. There are handball courts, basketball courts, picnic tables, one large shelter house, and a couple of smaller ones.

Beautiful, quaint little park. Nicknamed Duck Park for all the ducks you see. As it has a lake, you will often see the ducks. A few pavilions, barbeques, a playground, a walk trail, basketball and tennis courts are all available at this park. Well maintained, very clean, friendly family crowd. Just be sure to bring your beverages and snacks, as there arent many convenience stores around. Have fun or just relax, this park is perfect.

A great place to spend the day alone or with family and friends. It has a trail with exercise locations throughout, a basketball court, tennis courts, a Pier to fish, a lake on both sides of the trail, playground complete with pavilion and barbecue grills, public bathrooms, and plenty of natural wildlife surrounding you. I often bring my grandchildren to write our bikes or go fishing. It’s the perfect way to spend a day alone or with friends and family, and it doesn’t cost anything to go except for renting the pavilion which must be done through the City of Oakland Park. It’s a super great somewhat hidden gem in the Oakland Park neighborhood of Twin Lakes which are located at that park and is in the center of the Twin Lakes Neighborhood.

The kids really enjoyed this park. It had plenty for them to do and places to run around. The only negative was the whole time we were there about 6 or 7 teenagers were all over the playsets and blocking all the children from going down slides or even using a while playsets. One parent approached then and asked for them to move and the cussed her out so we packed the kids up and left. I wasnt getting involved and didnt feel comfortable with my kids around that. I cant say that they are there all the time but the past three times we went they were. Im guessing this is their new hangout.
