Although Im giving it 5 stars, My son and I were the ONLY persons who had a masks on. NO SOCIAL DISTANCING and NO ONE with facial coverings. My son loves this place for skateboarding. He does not utilize the play area.

Great Park, great neighborhood. Small and intimate. They have parking, a area for skateboards, a little area for the younger children to play on slides and run around, they also have a little water spout location for the children. Not sure if I saw a Port-A-Potty but the Jewel grocery store is within walking distance, right on the other side of the park so as long as the Jewel is open you can always get to a bathroom. The Jewel grocery store is also an added bonus because if you forget to bring something with you can probably buy it at the store.

I brought my 6 year old son, who is showing a new interest in bmxing and is obviously a beginner. I was nervous at 1st because the park was crowded and there was many high school age kids who rode at a professional level with high speeds and impressive stunts. I was instantly, highly impressed with how friendly and helpful they were giving my son tips & advice and being aware & careful of his presence. They put my mind at ease, and I am very happy Oak Lawn has a place like this to keep the young generation out of trouble.

Such a good park, i go there everyday if its nice outside but my only problem is, there is a bunch of sticks on the sidewalk

The reason why I love the skatepark in the park itself right next to it is because I myself am a skater and I enjoy all the friendly people around there both at the park and skatepark I have a lot of help and lots of skill from that skatepark so I dont recommend going there if you want to do some cool tricks and if you want your kids to have some time in the Sun at the park they could also cool off in the splash pad right next to it and if they get their state theres a water fountain right next to it I recommend going here because its just one of the relaxing places to go for your parents or your children

Awesome place to go I really recommend going to this place although, there is just a disgusting Port A Potty to use the bathroom in. Please make a bathroom
