We always go to La Mirada branch but we got bad service yesterday, from now on we will go to this branch, this is a lot bigger and looks better management so far. Will keep you update if they change their service.

I ordered take out in a small effort to help out the restaurant. I couldve had pizza delivered from anywhere and I chose to drive and pick up pizza from Chuck E. Cheese. They told me the order would be ready in 20 minutes, I arrived to the restaurant 30 minutes later. I showed up to the restaurant and there were no sanitizing efforts in place. No signs or anything telling you where to pay, nor where to wait for your food. There was 4 customers waiting, no social distancing enforced and we were all pretty confused because there was no system in place. Orders were coming out but they didnt know who ordered what so they just kept asking us what we ordered. People that arrived after me received their food before I did, it turns out they gave my order to someone else. The manager didnt even apologize, instead he sent out the cook to give me my order. They also forgot to give me an item. I was incredibly disappointed with the quality of service here. To make matters worse when I got home, I realized my food was undercooked. I had cold chicken wings and frozen mozzarella sticks. Never again.

I like that they have changed token usage, you know have to buy time or points to use the games. Food was good, warm and the timing for getting the food is average. Overall great place to take the

My sons were invited to a party here yesterday evening (Mon 09/09). They had loads of fun. The place seemed really spacious, the games werent all crowded together like at the Chuck E Cheese in Bell. Also different, this place didnt smell like dirty feet. The carpet looked clean and well maintained. They had a great variety of games, lots of them my kids had never played. Because it was a weeknight, there were no crowds. The employees seemed nice, but I felt like they lacked a bit of attentiveness. All in all, Id definitely bring my family here again.

It is what it is! Go online to grab their coupons. Itll still be overpriced but at least you save a couple bucks. Besides theirs no price to high for the smile on your childs face... Right... RIGHT!!?? Pizza leaves a lot to be desired.

Well its a great place to bring the little ones. You walk in and see the excitement on their faces just chomping at the bit to jump on the overwhelming amount of games to play. The place is very clean and the staff are so cordial and attentive .The manager is doing his job making sure the guests are well taken care of. Salad bar was well stocked and fresh with a good selection of items. Food was served hot and quite tasty. Great selection of soft drinks and theres beer for the big kids. Over all it was a fun experience. Thanks for making the kids happy

I go because grandbabies love it, but prices are not what they use to be. Cost to much now. No good food n game deals.

The place needs to be cleaned better. The seating was very dirty (see photo). We came for the buffet and it was not up to par...as you can see from the photo, it was not stocked well at all. This is what I found at the buffet area after paying. It took a while for them to bring more out.

First-time there,was a joy and the shave ice was good

Very good customer service. I would like to suggest if you can to raise the pause time on the time playing cards from 10 to at least 15 min. So people could have 5 more min. of eating time during the pause. Thank you very much.

It is a nice family place to take the kids for pizza, video games, and small rides. Unfortunately, since its a place where children of all ages play and ride the machines, I did not see any staff walking around disinfecting handles, knobs, or any surfaces that are communal. Its still a place where you and your young ones can pick up all sorts of gems if youre not careful. Also, is there a better way to keep track of the points/tickets? Most of the ticket counting machines were out of order.

I came here with my brother and daughter. They didnt have as many rides and games as I would have liked. One of the games malfunctioned and I spoke with 2 different employees and they said someone would come over. After 20 mins, I tried again but no one ever came. There were multiple games that were not working but were taking credits. I dont think its that the employees dont care but they are understaffed.We ordered a stuffed crust pizza which was good.

Pizza is always good here. But the salad bar needs to be bigger, cleaned out frequently and this location needs updating

Had my nephews bday here, extremely crowded ofcourse . Only issue we had was that one waitress was assisting 3 parties at once, the food was brought out late. Our Guests has to eat in a hurry because we were on a time crunch. They need to hire more staff over the weekend, the parking lot is huge so you will find parking, they are serving dipping dots now so that’s a plus !

My kid always has a great time. Tho it’s crowded and pizza can always improve. Good thing they sell beer.

Went to this chuck e cheese about a month ago. Place is located in a good area. The staff however are a different story. They dont seem too concerned with their work ethic. The place is clean, the bathrooms could use a look over once in a while but there are lots of games and rides for young children and some fun for adult children

To crowded the food is overpriced for pizza thats not even that great to over charged for kids to play games they should sell better toys for what your paying for ....u can get those same toys at the 99 cent store they should have more security on the front door n also on the restrooms u never know what type of creeps go their n as a parents u dont want nothing happening to your children. The salad they should lower the price on that like seriously 7.99 is to much for lettuce n tomatoes .they should have more family tables for family to go n hang out and u dont have to have an event going on so they charge u 300 just to sit on those long tables.

Great place for a childrens party really good pizza.

The pizza taste good and the service is great! My only complaint is that the water gun balloon game has been down for a while,probably 3 visits already and its still not working, my son who is 3 always takes me running to that game but unfortunately its not working anymore, please repair the game.

Its Chuck e Cheese. Kids enjoy it. The only complaint is the play pass. A lot of the coupons dont really include it now that they started doing it so the deals arent the same. If you have multiple kids it gets complicated with the time. Because of that we dont go there anymore because it costs way more than you should spend on a place with just okay pizza.

My 2 year old enjoys it.. But he is only 2.5 years old. He doesnt understand the concept of time and waiting 15 minutes in line just to get a pizza while my two year old is tugging at you dying to go to the games. HIRE more people.. Dont be stingy manager

We went early when it first opened, so it was very clean and not too crowded. The food and everything was brought out in a timely manner and was good. The manager however was kind of rude with a bad attitude. He messed up our order and than got mad at us.

Cheeses dont pay attention to it, and theirs almost $10 for a salad is not cheap for a run down salad bar)...

Really big Chuck E. Cheese location. Most games work w/ probably 2 out of order. I recommend you use their online coupons from their website and just show them to staff from your phone. Deals on pizza and drinks, also 100 games for $20 which can be split to whatever amount of cards you want. And 2 60min all-you-can play cards $35. Heres the trick on those. You the parent holds on to 1 if those all-you-can play cards and chaperone 2+ kids and swipe at machines like crazy to give them credits every 20 seconds (card has cool-down period) and give the bigger kids tons of credits on arcade games and little ones a bunch of tokens for ticket games. Basically be a maniac for an hour while kids go nuts. Then eat, rest, and use the 2nd all-you-can play, maybe another adult has it unless you got the stamina lol. The $20 card you split and give to bigger kids since they dont burn em quick and the other for the little pschos. Good luck!

One of the best locations.My family (2 parents 2 toddlers)Friday night between 6and 10 was alright, All games were fairly new and fun except for the 2 Virtual roller coaster games, Big one was very squeeky & the Toddler version screen was all green. Other than that, Pizza was great and tasted decent. Crust wasnt so thick and the cheese and sauce was good.Fountain drink seems to run out of ice quickly though.Bathrooms were clean.Separated game sections for smaller kids, toddlers, and big kids.Lots of tables.Overall I give 4 out of 5 stars just because of the roller coaster games and the salad bar needs to be refilled a little more often then usual.:)

Why am I at chuck e cheese again? This one has very attentive staff. The salad bar was always stocked and the pizza got to the table faster than other chuck e cheeses.

This place is ridiculous, I stood in line for over 30 minutes to place my order. My granddaughter have 45 minutes on her card we did not receive our food. I go up to the cashier in turn I would like my money back it took another 35 minutes for them to give me my money back, And then they didnt even say sorry

Best chuck e cheese in the area. Pico Rivera is closer but the games here are better. Nice & friendly staff. My only complaint is the nasty smell you can smell by the birthday party area as well as the arcade area at the opposite side (where the big kids area is). Something really needs to be done about that besides that it was the best bday party weve been to at any chuck e cheese

Run away as fast is you can. We ordered at 4:58. It is now 6:13 and no food yet. How long does it take to make 2 pepperoni pizzas? When we asked the manager he was rude like we did something wrong. Now a bum lady just walked by our table selling cheap jewelry. Am I dream8ng? All we did wrong was spend 224.92!!!

Arrived for the lunch buffet at 12:37 and there was no pizza available. At 1pm i went to speak with the manager about it and she asked what type of pizza i wanted. I asked for pepperoni and one large pepperoni pizza was put out at 1:11. Between 1:11 and 2pm they took out two more pizzas and then then the lunch buffet was over. The salad was never replaced and dessert was never provided even though it says its included in the price

This is one of the nicest Chuck E Cheese that Ive ever been to. The place was clean, the people were friendly, and I did not see a single game that was out of order. This place also uses the fun card so no tokens were required. We had a great time.

Son loved the pizza and gaming, but many of the machines were out of order.

One of the most cleanest Chuck e cheeses Ive been too and the staff is super friendly. One of the managers even went out of his way to help a grandfather with one of his unhappy kids who was crying about the color of her cup he took the blue cup she had and switched it for the red cup she wanted. Which I thought was so super cool of him to do that. If that was my kid I would of been so happy with that manager . Great Team at this Chuck E Cheese location

I was waiting in line for 20 minutes and nobody was attending, 2 workers pass by and just looked at me and nobody stop to help me even the manager pass by and do nothing and just go to the back. Only one girl was helping exchanging the tickets and she nicely told me to wait but that was for the 20min. + most of the games didn’t have tickets or didn’t worked and it was only 8:00 pm and there’s nobody around to ask for help. This location is getting worst! At the end nobody help me so I couldn’t order anything

When we first walked into this Chuck E. Cheeses, we were very impressed with the cleanliness and amount of games/rides that they had for children. Unlike other Chuck E. Cheeses, this place had games/rides for infants/toddlers, young children, and even teenagers. The location was pretty big as well, so there was a lot of room to roam in and space in between games/rides. However, when it came time to order our food our experience went completely downhill. We ordered a medium pizza and a small order of wings, which we were told would take 20-25 minutes. After half an hour passed, no food yet and I went up to check on the food. As Im going up to check on the food, they place a handwritten sign at the register stating that food is now taking 45 minutes. I mentioned that I had ordered my food prior to the sign being up, but that didnt make a difference. After waiting an entire hour after we had placed our original order, we went up to ask for a refund because the kids were starving and we couldnt wait much longer to feed them. They said our food would be out in about 15 minutes if we wanted to wait, which we said no and asked for our money back. They didnt offer any coupons or attempted to do anything to make sure that we were satisfied. Dont think Ill ever go to this place if we want to eat, maybe just for the games/rides.

I was really happy to visit this one! This place still has many of the fun games that the kids can play with and i like the size of it. I hate all the newer versions of chuck e cheese because there isnt much going on. So this one was great to bring the kids to. Food was also served pretty fast considering it was crowded Sunday. I enjoyed myself as well as the kids. I hope you guys dont switch to the new version because it wouldnt be the same.

We went to this location on Sunday 8/25/19, the games weren’t working properly! It took more than 20mins to get help because a game didn’t give out the tickets once the manager came she was giving attitude and didn’t even say sorry for how much I had to wait to get help. Never again will come back here, i wasn’t even able to use the ticket machine because they weren’t working. This chuckle cheese is the worst I have ever been too!

All you can eat pizza is a lie. There wasnt enough pizza. You have to run and pretty much fight the other guest to eat.

Thee worst chuck e cheese i have ever been too.none of the machines ever work. Always out of tickets . and the employees can careless of your needs as a customer. I dont recommend this place for not even a night out last minute type ordeal.

Had a wonderful time at the venue a lot of things to do with your kids I brought in my daughter she had a really good time I ended up purchasing the time card which I thinks a lot better the only thing that the rep that was helping me they never acknowledge when I asked you arrived they were helping another customer and she just turned around and it started talking to another employee went to help somebody else and never acknowledge my presence.
