Recently booked my child’s birthday party there and must admit I was hesitant. We had visited in the past and weren’t impressed. But I’m so glad my child insisted on his party there. Super reasonable compared to everywhere else and the kids had a blast. The party planner Dana was very professional and so easy to work with. I literally just showed up the day of the party. Cake is even included and it was good cake. Burger Bar did an incredible job with the extra catering and their pizza was excellent too. We got a tray of sliders and chicken nuggets-so so good! Adults loved having access to the bar and many stayed after to play more games and celebrate more. We plan to go back for many family fun nights. The renovation is beautiful. Only complaint, a few games weren’t working. But the staff was very apologetic and promised next time they’d be up and running. Laser Tag and black light mini golf were so fun. Happy not to have to drive to Dave and Busters anymore. Great Norwalk place for families.

When I was 2.3.4 or maybe 5 before they took away the train and tickets I loved that train I aways wanted to go there now every thing change I loved it no matter if it change if my parents didnt bring there I wouldnt be so happy.

I just hope google website update schedule. It said open until 9pm, and we drove all the way here from Queens but it was closed. my boy was very upset.

Well let me tell you. I bought a Groupon voucher 2 years ago that I never used. I called yesterday and explained the situation n they told me I can come and use it. When I got to the place with a cake they told me I can’t bring outside food. I didn’t know cause at the time I purchased the voucher they had told me I could. Come to find out the have a different owner and new rules. Then I spoke to the owner n after explaining the situation again he said it was ok and he would make an exception. Very friendly staff and attentive. Food was good. I really recommend this place. Safe and the kids had a blast.

Mini golf was okay but it was $7 per person for only 9 holes, not a regular 18 hole course. Games were also overpriced, some that shouldnt be are 6 credits, which unless you spend a lot, credits are a quarter each. The place was clean and well organized but they didnt have a lot of patrons.

I used to go to My Three Sons as a kid myself, now I take my children. I was recently there on a Saturday. Personally, I thought the renovations would be more impressive. Yes, they added many new arcade games, but they still have a lot of the old ones around taking up space. It seemed they were understaffed the day that I took the kids...Weve always been pretty satisfied throughout the years. But this particular time was a bit different. For starters, I think they were understaffed the day we went (Saturday). My kid got hurt in the bouncy house, his nose was bleeding, I sent my oldest to get paper towels from a staff member. He came back with no paper towels saying the staff was tending to the birthday party. It seemed that the birthday party had 20+ kids by the way. So I had to use the wipes I had taken, when his nosebleed calmed down, we went to the bathroom. So no staff member noticed there was a nosebleed at the bounce house.I felt bad for the young man trying to be in 3 places at once. When it was time to redeem our prize points, there he was all alone trying to tend to about 6 families, kids were shouting out to him trying to get his attention. He finally asked a staff member walking around to send for backup. I was going to ask for a manager but it was just too crazy so we decided to leave.So my kind suggestion would be to remove the old arcade games and prepare more staff for busy days.

Awesome place to go! So much fun for the whole family! My 8 year old had such a great time playing in the arcade, playing mini golf & laser tag! Would recommend this place to anyone thats going to be in the area & looking for an idea for a family outing, or even a birthday party! I have done birthday parties here for a couple of years in a row now and the staff is very friendly, engaged with the children, and always well organized. Generally all of the amusements are in good working order and they add more every year. The laser tag is one of the most fun I have played. Before we even leave, my son is asking when we will be back again!

I was also surprised how great the food was! Unlike the bowling alley or other arcade centers their food was top notch! I will definitely be back again!

Took the little ones here. They played the aracade, but quickly became bored. We did the Laser tag (they also have golf downstairs) which was fun but, overall, place is a bit overpriced. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Fun for kids to play, but not to eat

It was our first time there. This place has been around for over 2 decades. Towards the back it smells a little yuck. The carpet seems old ( kids keep on shoes). My daughter is 2 & a half so she did not mind this at all but as a parent i noticed. Saying all that she had a GREAT time and so we will be back. She ate her snacks there ( we provided) no one said anything. I noticed they do sell pizza,nuggets, wings etc there. Parties are being ran which is fine. They also have a bouncy area where shoes must come off. Overall my daughter had a great time.

Fun for the entire family, not only did my kids leave with a ton of prizes but we got to have fun with them playing mini golf and laser tag. My husband and I were not expecting to have this much fun playing laser tag at our age but its safe to say we’ll probably be back every weekend.. not sure if it’s for our enjoyment or the kids’

Beyond impressed with this arcade, my grandchildren cannot get enough of this place we come almost every weekend. The new swipe card system is awesome, a lot easier to keep track of tickets and save extra points if we don’t use them all. This place just keeps getting better every time we go!

I really enjoyed coming here for my little sister. She had so much fun, with the bounce house, laser tag, arcade games. She also liked the food, and she’s a picky eater. The staff was very polite and patient with the children especially since they had another party going on as well.

Most of the games were not working and theres no one around to help you.

Had so much fun, bought a fun pass for my daughters and I today and I have zero regrets... except maybe Ill be stuck there every weekend from now on. My son just had his bday party here and it was great! My husband and I didn’t have to lift a finger everything is included, food, games, tokens everything so all we did was show up and the kids had a great time, it was such effortless fun.

My kids love coming here.. they have a new glow in the dark golf course.. there pizza is pretty good. I just wish they had more arcade games.

A few things to help your business... As I arrived one of the employees had just finished smoking outside and brought in all that cigarette smell inside with him, he went straight back to work didnt even wash his hands... The main thing, some major cleaning needs to be done, there was plenty of staff that day capable of doing some nice cleaing! The bathrooms need a super detail cleaning! The cabinets in the party rooms should be cleaned and organized.... On a good note. The Pizza was amazing! Fresh and delicious!

One of the best places to bring the little ones for some inexpensive, genuine playtime they will always remember you for! Unique attractions in a clean and safe environment that lets me feel at ease letting my little nephew go free. It is nothing like a typical family arcade. We really loved the lazer maze, huge selection of age appropriate arcade games and the mini golf course. The place has an amazing atmosphere and we always see birthday parties going on. There is no place like it, a true landmark in Norwalk.

Went there for a family outing and to celebrate Dads birthday. Such a great staff - so helpful and very kind. Gave us free games on one of the game machines when it took our tokens. Gave us a free game of laser tag when we mentioned it was a birthday celebration. Thank you so much to the owner....We couldnt have asked for a better time!

This place has really gone downhill.Over priced and most of the games were out of order.They added burger bar for their food option but I preferred their pizza and not having hard liquor bottles in eyes view.

One of our best time together for over 2 years was to go to My 3 sons venue at 62 Wall Street in Norwalk CT and play all their games for hours and hours. We wanted to win as many tickets as possible, and that made for a very nice father-son bounding experience. Andre (my son) loved it so much there, that we also had his birthdays there for 3 years in a row. We spent a lot of money on these parties to entertain him, all his friends and many times parents too.My son loves sports and “My 3 Sons” had a lot of signed sports memorabilia to offer. That was very attractive to him. Because all these items were highly priced in tickets, I had an idea...Since I am spending all this time and money with my son I might as well teach him a few very important things in life:1. To work hard in order to earn what you want2. To be competitive and keep your eyes on the ultimate price3. To plan and to save in order to achieve a goalAfter about 2 years of HARD work and spending lots of money (which at that time I considered it very well spent), we achieved our goal: we got a Payton Manning rookie year autograph, a Lebron James signed picture and a CC Sabathia signed picture. The first 2 were 50,000 points each and the last one was 10,000. These are a lot of points, but a lot of fun and lot of life lessons were learned in the process. All 3 pictures came with some kind of a certificate of authenticity that made them look real.My son grew up now he is 13.5 years old, and he wanted his baby room redone into a young adult room. We took our winnings and we went to have all these memorabilia pieces framed or preserved. The framing being quite expensive, the place suggested we should first make sure all these items are authentic. My son started to do some internet research and had doubts about the authenticity of some of these items. I took the items to be inspected by a professional place in New Jersey. The result of their research was that only ONE out of 3 was real, the other 2 were fake.You cannot imagine my sons disappointment. ALL THAT HARD WORK for a fake price! It broke his heart to see that the place he used to love so much and had beautiful memories, was actually all about making money at the expense of kids and their parents and selling fake items. What lessons can my young son learn from such pace? That is it ok to deceive, forge and do anything for profits?I told my son we will resolve this and I will contact the owner, and that I am sure he will be receptive and fair. I contacted Mr. Jerry Petrini the owner of My 3 sons and after a few long conversations; first he promised to refund us in authentic memorabilia ; then he changed his mind and decided he will refund us in My three sons 60,000 tickets. My son asked me what are those tickets good for getting more fake items?Mr. Jerry Petrini owner of Petrini Six Enterprises (My 3 sons) received a $50,000 grant from the States Small Business Program in 2012. I wonder why? To be able provide a bigger and better scam to our kids?PSThe items corresponding to the forged ones we got the Lebron James and CC Sabathia and they both cost $3,435.98 ( plus shipping and tax).I am hoping that this media will bring justice to the many kids and parents in our community, that were scammed of their hard earned money by someone who gets money handed from the State of Connecticut.

My favorite place in My Three Sons is laser tag. I played it with my 2 cousins my uncle my brother and me. My uncle and my 11 year old cousin teamed up. My brother my cousin and me made a team. My uncle and cousin won but it was the funnest time I played laser tag.

My kids love it. They keep renewing the games and the staff is very kind. If you have a problem with a machine they will fix it and reward you.

Friendly place, good prices, great service

Did not like the place. Most games themes seem to promote gambling and others violence. Kids get tickets with games but we got only 50 points in three hours playing to get two small candies (not a real prize) . The party inflatables are about 3 in there but the room is too small. The place is small for birthday parties. They have parking in back, we had to pay for parking cause could not find available parking .

Old, outdated, dumpy facility. They should spend some of the Huge money they make everyday, back into their business. Some of this stuff looks 20 yrs old. Owner Jason Petrini, you cant give your own business a 5 star rating on Google thats cheating.

The reason I even gave 2 stars was due to the kindness of the staff. However there was a lot of things that made the experience negative. I dont want this to come across rude; however maybe just to have the issues addressed.1) I bought a groupon voucher which included the Bouncy house, laser tag, 2 slices of pizza and 2 drinks. Which I thought was a great deal. Therefore I invited a friend and her 2 kids to join us. When we arrived at 10am we were shocked by how clean the facility was. But we drove an hour so we stayed. First we got our pizza which was beyond stale and cold. But my cheese sticks were fresh.2) Like I stated whole faculty was very dirty, especially the restroom and not the be gross but we will just keep it at the changing table was beyond unsanitary and un-safe. It was miss the strap to secure the baby. Lucky for me I bring lots of wipes and sanitizer. The whole place needs a VERY GOOD CLEANING.3) The bouncy house is very dangerous. Since there is no staff guarding it and the parents really cant go in with the child. I suggest adding a net around the big one thats near the wall. I see a table where parents can sit and watch them. Well today I watched a hyper little boy climb the bouncy house and fall over the wall on to the table on the other side. The parent was inside with them and neither of us could get the child to stop. Luckily he was ok. But I suggest adding a net or staff to help to avoid this issue.4) Again the staff was polite. But not putting much effort into maintaining the faculty or helping ensure safety.We were there at 12pm and it looked like closing after a crazy kids party.
