This place is so clean and we had lots of fun even during Covid! It was perfect

Huge fun zone of bowling, arcade games and lazer yah. of course its a little expensive but the facilities are well kept and there is lots to do for groups of all ages. very accommodating for happy hours, will set up food stations, or birthday parties. staff is helpful. would recommend this place.

Nice place, had a fun time! Unlimited bowling!The food was supposed to be half off thats what it said on the website but it was a gift when I got there they told me that the promotion is done. Food is way too expensive

Justin and Kevin, great staff! Always taking care of what we needed. We celebrate my little brother birthday this weekend and spend great time here. We ordered pizza and chicken tenders and was delicious. Danielle, the senior sales manager, also gave us great service through our reservation process. Really happy with the experience.

Nice bowling alley but I didnt like the loud music and the distracting screens everywhere. Very hard to talk as the music drowned out everything else. The space is also very dark which makes it hard to see the pins. Rental shoes were comfortable. Good selection of balls.

Everytime the family and I go to Bowlmor it is such a welcoming environment. With friendly staff and a clean facility working tirelessly to stay on top of the Spread of COVID19. Beautifully social distanced.

Inside is nice and new.Plenty of lanes.Very clean bathrooms.Great little arcade.It was difficult to find a front desk person otherwise everything was positive.

Great location, but prices are not shown anywhere. Seems to be a scam based on the company as no where can anyone find prices based on the bowling location one goes to. Overly priced and pricing not dictated carefully to customer, so at the end, customers are surprised with what the end prices becomes. Ask questions before saying yes to a game at bowlmor.

Horrible lanes. My family and I participate in a bowling league and could barely get a spare on these lanes. Either the lanes are not oiled enough or way too oily. We were frustrated more than we enjoyed ourselvesm We paid almost $60 for ONE game. Absolutely ridiculous.The atmosphere is the only good thing about this place. I wouldnt go back again.

This place is amazing!!!! 5 stars is not enough. I had an event scheduled and it went perfect! Kevin and Gilly (not sure if thats the guys name sorry) were amazing with us. Everyone had an amazing time (the food was good and replenished all the time, the bowling was super fun and the last tag was the icing on the cake). I definitely recommend this place to host any event. Thank you guys so much. I will definitely be back.

Pretty cool atmosphere and the bowling was really fun. Staff is friendly, attentive, and professional. Equipment was up to date, working, and in good condition. Only complaint was the price on the food, some of it was reasonable but in general it was overpriced for the amount of food you got. Dont get me wrong, it was pretty good but it was rather expensive. All in a really cool place and Ill be def going back with my friends.

Bowlmor was a blast! The $2/per game Tuesday bowling nights after 8pm is the only affordable way to go these days... Perhaps the music could be lowered a bit, but otherwise quite the great experience! Even brought a free water pitcher to our table! Thanks, Bowlmor!

Too crowded, cant get a lane. Laser tag is great, though.I happened to run into someone who works there and explained what happened. She did a great job inviting me back and making sure I felt better about my experience.

So I had a groupon for 2 hour play and shoes for $22. When I got there it was all good and fun. Friendly customer service, but then my lane was frozen for a solid 30 to 40 minutes. No one ever apologized for the inconvenience AND I wasnt allotted extra time for that time wasted. I feel like it was a bit over priced for the experience. Just ask for another lane if you get stuck on lane 14.

I don’t know where to begin with. Gladly they don’t put zero stars on here. This alley was just fine the way had it.The lanes don’t have any oil and warped, overly expensive, and some of the staff were not friendly to me and my friends. I even had to what 2 hours for just on lane. Food was ok. But one of my friends went to Bowlmor just to hangout with his friends. But some drunk people were bowling next to them and they started to yell at them and calling them names for no reason why. I was so scared for him. Never again I will not go back

Its a really cool experience. The bowling place is huge with TVs all over and cool lights.

Relax and great place to bowl

Fun place for casual bowling as they have black lit lanes, big screens at the ends of the lanes showing various sports and TV channels, and plenty of sitting room. However, this is not the place to go for serious bowling as the couches stick out into part of the lane and the lighting makes it somewhat difficult to see. The food was average overall. They also offer Lazer tag which is a lot of fun as the course is quite large and well laid out. There is also an arcade.

Great bowling and atmosphere, but the staff ruins the experience. Extremely and unnecessarily rude to my group. Great corporate space, but good luck dealing with their employees if any issues come up.

Came to Bowlmor with 7 people. When we arrived we received a lane quickly. It was fairly loud/crowded but I liked how you could order food and drinks right to your lane. I found the large projection screens and music distracting, but overall it was a good time and you could still hear the person who was next to you.

Wonderful area clean and welcoming. Kim the manager is professional and works wonderfully with children group events

This is the most modern bowling alley Ive been to. It has Laser Tag too, so its great for group options. The bar is well stocked and the food is excellent. Id highly recommend this place for a group get-together or work function.

This place is FUN, has great Energy, has great music, lighting and movie screens run the entire back wall. Look for deal nights and it is very affordable. -Have Fun!

Good family fun

Bartenders are extremely rude and unhelpful. Food is very overpriced. Would not go again. Bowling is fine but the customer service is so bad it deserves nothing better than one star. The hardware for ordering didn’t work and the employees behind the bar are slow and one of them was a jerk to be honest. I hope bowlmor hires better people in the future. Arcade is fine if you’re Bill Gates or Jeff Bezos.I would say the food is terrible but I wouldn’t consider the slop they serve food. And for the price it should be gourmet.

Fun place for small and large groups, food is good!

Came for a birthday party and had a lot of fun! The place is big enough to accommodate a large party and there are various activities for everyone. Unfortunately the bowling system was a little outdated and kept pausing during our game. The arcade games are fun but with limited selections. But would come back again on another weekend with friends!

They had listed their 1/2 off cocktails and apps M-F. However. When we went in with over 15 people, they said they wouldnt let us use it. They had no reason why and it was listed on every lane special menu, bar menu and even mentioned by their staff that it was half off. I will never go back.

Expensive. Lanes are not oiled and are unlevel. bartender tried to scam us by thinking they could substitute tonic water for alcohol in the cocktails, that plan was quickly thwarted by my friend and I. Terrible establishment, aside from the arcade.

This bowling alley is good. Depending on how much money you have it can be expensive or cheap depending what kind of person you are but they offer laser tag a arcade and of course a bowling alley.

The service is very good. It is a great place to go with the family. It is nice to celebrate childrens birthdays.

Screens are a big distraction flashing and close to the pins, seats go over the wooden floors- a problem i found as i like to walk up and throw. Prices on Friday nights prime time are $11 per person, per game plus shoes are additional charge.

My best advice play 1st then eat. PLAY FIRST then EAT. Youll thank me later. Have fun.

It was a really fun time. Staff was great. Wish I had more money on me. 2 people 2 games with shoe rental $50.07 . I was there today (friday) at 4:30 pm . There is a different pricing for hours and days of the week. I will definitely go again.

Liked the arcade and the laser tag. I didnt really go there for bowling. The one thing I didnt like was that it was really loud inside and outside, the music was literally blasting through the speakers. My friends had to wear headphones to reduce the musics noise level.

I really like that this been has been updated and it has all the modern-day amenities. However if you go during peak times you could be paying double the price as non-peak times. Gone are the days of knowing what things cost because its all variable. Two games with six people and shoes cost me almost $150.

I havent been here since this place converted to Bowlmor and I was disappointed. From the outside you would think it would be high-tech inside but instead its rather dated, especially the lane computer technology. The lanes werent properly oiled and the balls were all in horrible shape with huge gashes in them. The summer pass is an excellent deal if you get them right when they come out in May. Im going to check out some other places in the area before I come back.

Amazing place. Took my nieces here for an office party and we all had an amazing time. Not only do they have bowling, but they also offer laser tag and an arcade with fun games for the whole family.

Pros: friendly crews and convenient order system.Mixed: worth it with the summer pass or other promotions, otherwise a bit overpriced.Cons: noisy environment, poor lanes and insane wait time on weekend nights.

Had a new arcade game or 2. But I went to play a certain arcade game and it was down, I think recently too, so I asked one of the employees to look at it for me and he said sure sure one second. And never came, so poor customer service.

It was fun but it’s a rip off like we didn’t get shoes and they still charged us for it and remember they charge you for the names you put on the screen

Very cool bowling alley. Went during the day and was all glow in the dark including the pins and the bowling balls!!! They also have a small arcade room with prizes. Highly recommended

Nice place to bowl, DO NOT USE THE ARCADE! If you want to go here to have fun just stick to the bowling. The arcade is such a MASSIVE rip off I wouldnt even recommend stepping foot in it, unless you are an Arabian prince or you want to lose more money than you would at a casino.

I like bowling and the games but I dont like that you have to share seats with people right across from you there was six of us how are we all supposed to sit on the seat!???! **Need to work on that** other than that great.

Had a great time here. We met our friends here to have fun. This was our 1st day out since Thanksgiving and we wanted to do something fun. We got home and later that night I didnt feel so hot or I guess I did because I had a fever and then chills. My husband was next, then our daughter and then our son. Called my friends and they were sick as well. We think it possibly came from the bowling balls. It took almost 10 days to get out my system. Although the fever only lasted 3 days I had a horrible cough, sore throat, sneezing. I never want to experience that again. Word to the wise. Take plenty of sanitizer and bring your own Clorox wipes.

Havent been bowling for 100 years. The lighting was fun, and the equipment worked well. Who knew that bowling balls have (3) holes these days.

Will never bowl here again. Ridiculous prices, and instead of wanting customers to be happy and come back, literally had an employee say she doesnt care about customers coming back! Do your selves and your wallets a huge favor and go bowl in fairfield, amazing staff there and 1/4 the price!

The bowling is cool, however the arcade is overpriced drastically! They dont provide enough time on the games and you can easily go broke trying to have a decent time.

Lots of lanes, attentive staff. Nice layout. Didnt like the car with the official business tag in the window parked in the fire lane right outside the door the full 3 hours I was there.

Bowling there was pretty fun, we only had a couple drinks and apps, which were both good. No complaints.

We had our daughters 5th birthday at the Bowlmor in Norwalk and it was awesome! They made it so easy for us in every way - took care of the set up, set up the bowling alleys, provided gift cards for the arcade for all the kids and even organized all the gifts into a big bag for us to take home! It was seamless and we would definitely do it again!

A little pricey on Saturday nights but well worth the visit. Great staff, excellent service on main floor. Arcade is a little understaffed. Loved the DJ played good music. Updates noted throughout bowling alley, large projection TVs everywhere. Overall a nice experience.

Signs inside bowling alley as well as website have prices listed one way. Get to bowling Alley. Staff says “oh hours changed”. As I’m looking at a sign that confirms the advertised price. Unprofessional.

Could use some better balls and a little more polish on the lanes, I am also unsure how shoe rental can be $7. Other than that, it was a fun time.

I work with young adults with special needs, some of our clients wear special shoes and some may have attachment behaviors to wear their own shoes. Bowlmor policy is to charge them for Bowling shoes whether they wear them or not. They also took away the discount from them on the weekends too. Please consider the joy that some look forward to at Bowlmor is being over shadowed by profit and gain

The bowling lanes are nice,bathrooms where disgusting and the game room half the games had pieces missing, I dont know about food didnt eat anything there.

Great family fun. Staff was very helpful. Loved that you could set up bumpers to automatically appear and disappear based on player. Arcade was a lot of fun too. Touch pads in the lane for ordering food and drink was super convenient.

Prices to high

Love the host and servers. The Asian DJ on Saturday night really plays some good music from throwbacks to New releases. Makes you want to get up and dance. Its not just a bowling alley, beer dance and bowl. And always fun people around. Plus the food is amazing! I only eat chicken tenders from there, its made to order. Every thing is!
