Very peaceful place depending on the time you go.(Especially on school days).There is a small center there where children can get free lunch during the summertime (funded by the city). There are multiple benches throughout the park where you can eat or just hangout. There is a basketball court, fields big enough for soccer games, courts for wall tennis, and two public bathrooms.

Pretty good size park with decent amount of benches. Nice play area for smaller kids, with jungle gym and swings. Basketball court, and fields for soccer. Decent amount of parking also. Pretty clean park. Did not use bathrooms, so I cant comment on them.

Nice park, its good for an evening stroll with my kid. But if you need to use the restroom I suggest you wait until you get home.

Any place that has handball courts automatically gets 5 stars from me. I love the sport too much to care about the location where I play. My eyes are blind to any ghetto, theyre all beautiful 2 me if there is handball courts.

Everything is open and functional. Plenty of space,shade and new state of the art childrens playground. Walks-/Up!

Awesome place to exercise like biking or running. People are always there, and shady characters are not there anymore. People are vigilant there. People like to bring their kids, and walk their dogs. There are soccer matches every other day.

Its great during the day but theirs always a group of men on bikes who have dogs without leashes and if you have a dog with you theirs like to start problems

Small park not much to do...

We have a good taekwondo training class on Monday,Wednesday & Friday 6pm to 7pm for children to adult practice for forms kicks all kinds of self-defense & sparring must control but emergence technic attacks blocking sometimes little wild training too.but lots of fun with every one.

By far one of the best parks I have been to. Skate the stage a lot. Play football with friends there. They should consider building a skatepark and baseball field or new one. It would make the park a lot more better. Also re did the playground look more modern and safe. Thumbs up forsure.

Love everything about the except the bathrooms. They were dirty

I really love what theyve done to this park and the help my kids get with there home work...

No restroom stalls. Someone can just walk past you in your most vulnerable state. Youre exposed to the whole world basically, and theres kids coming in and out of that restroom.. not cool at all.

Hermosillo Park is a nice Park for familys and kids, only thing that I dislike is the restrooms never ever have soap! To wash your hands after using the bathroom thats very unsanitary!!!!

Great memories just took a walk so many good times run through my mind I use to catch huge yellow and green spiders way before it became a park right across the street IS where I started kidergarden the name was Nottingham elementary school now its Sanchez elementary apolo 1 Kennedy got shot his brother also got shot e Queen Mary we got to go see and she was still on engine coming into port of lobg beach wow think Im getting old lol my first job i got was after they moved the watching engendering stakes 10.50 a hour then went into military lots of great happening.. : )

Nicest Park Ive ever been too

Small park but its funny.

A very run down playground. Missing steps, bracing under slide is gone, taller slide is in sections that are raised. If an adult cant go down it safely, a toddler cant . It does have a nice amphitheater and racquet ball courts and picnic benches and lots of green grass/space.

I love animal see your part because it has a place to get wet they give you food and has a big playground and has sand I can play on my kids could play on and theres two fields for soccer then they have a basketball court and if you trade something in the office they give you something that you like in there and then you give it back
