The puzzles were just right and the story was pretty cool. First time in a escape room and it was pretty cool how we had to work together.

Did A Broken Mind. Was pretty fun. Your team gets split into 2 rooms and has to work together, separately. My group was in the dark side of Dr. Elesdys mind and it definitely seemed like most of the work was in that side. Well hosted, they really do a great job in there.

Played The Last Resort. The puzzles were clever and fun. I’ve done a lot of escape rooms and this one made it to my list of favorites. The room was nicely set to theme and was very clean. The staff was great.

Took my daughter for her 16th birthday with the family, had a really great time!!!! Room was awesome, staff was very accommodating, great night out! This is my third escape room and I definitely recommend!!!

A great way to see how well your team works together. We tried out the Tick Tok room and solved it with 14 minutes to spare!

Great fun, gonna be honest here... they gave out too many hints. Ive been to other escape rooms where they made it harder by limiting the hints to 3, which they do here, but then they would mention missed clues and such so it was alright. Maybe they did that because we had a lot of kids in the group.Either way it was a good time, lots of clever little clues and love the story idea. Went to the psychologist one. Two rooms, separated, but have to find a way to work together. Very clever :D

We did the Last Resort. It was a really great room, challenging but doable (we got out!). The staff was friendly and helpful. The reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because we were put in a room with other people we didn’t know (and not notified about it until we got there). They they were a nice group and easy to work with, however, I went with my family and we wanted it to be just us. Our 10 year old daughter was frustrated that she didn’t get to participate as much as she would have if it had been just our family. My advice is to call ahead if you want to make sure it’s just your group and no one added. Otherwise, great escape room.

My boyfriend and I went on a weeknight and had the room to ourselves. Very fun and challenging. Mark was friendly and helpful when we needed hints. He also encouraged us to solve things on our own when we were close to figuring them out. They have another location in Stamford CT (Trapt) where we had the pleasure of meeting Jill (one of the owners). Had the same 5 star experience in both locations! We highly recommend both places and will be going back to do more rooms!

My wife and I did The Last Resort escape room. We have done a number of different escape rooms and this is up there with the best of them. There were a number of unique and interesting elements to the room and it was very well thought out. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a fun activity with friends or family.

Very immersive and challenging puzzles! This was my first ever escape room and we just barely made it out, but it was so satisfying to figure out the puzzles and combos for the locks. The GM was always there as a resource in case we got stumped. Great time!

Great experience! My girlfriend and I went on a weeknight to avoid having randoms with us and got the room to ourselves. Mark was extremely friendly and helpful when we needed a hint, and we both had a fun, challenging night. A+++!

Had a great time in The Last Resort room! The room was challenging enough that it made it fun! The rooms are well put together, and require you to use your brain! I would definitely recommend going in groups.

Dont go if there is another group with children. I am dropping from what would have been a 5 star experience to 3 stars because we could have simply used another room. They wanted to get the most out of one room by booking my fiance and her son (14) with another couple and 4 kids ranging from 8-12. It was like herding cats, the 3 of us couldnt get involved with any puzzle solving because the 4 children were all over the room, jumping from puzzle to puzzle, using the only writing tablet, and the parents were jumping around too. It was chaos. I wouldnt want to call the $100 a waste because the time gave you an idea of how the game works, but for the experience we had, it shouldnt have cost us more than half of that.

It was my first time and my husbands, but luckily our son and his friend had prior experience with Escape Rooms. Were it not for them wed be completely clueless! It was so much fun and with helpful hints and directives, we actually made it out in time.

We had a great time! The person who ran it was extremely helpful and still made it a lot of fun. We will definitely return.

We went to an earlier time slot and out for dinner after. Our conversation was all about the escape room and how we cant wait to try another one with friends too!

We had a birthday group of 8 and 9 year olds, and they had a fantastic time. The moderator was really great - he made helpful suggestions when he saw the group was getting stuck, and had a really nice energy with the kids. Thanks!

This was our first escape room, so we dont have anything to compare this with ... but all 6 of us had a GREAT time here (The Last Resort). The puzzles were varied and challenging and the entire concept was well thought out. Mark, the game master, was terrific. We learned a lot on this one (we DID get out with 1:12 to spare!) and are already planning the next one here. Really great experience. SO MUCH FUN.

I have been to Panic room for all three of their rooms and Mark - the game master and manager is absolutely amazing! He is always so fun and helpful without making it too easy for you. The three rooms (Rick Tok, Last Resort and Broken Mind) are so much fun and challenging to get out of without being impossible. We escaped all three but they for sure got me addicted!

Came for my son’s 13th birthday! All the kids enjoyed the “Last Resort” and my son loved having his party here. Highly recommend for hard to please teens and pre teens! Great way to spend a screen free hour and watching them work so well together was the highlight of the day ...

Their hardest escape room (A Broken Mind) actually wasn’t too difficult but very fun nonetheless. I wish that Panic Room would create an even harder room. A Broken Mind was very fun because your group was split up into two rooms and it was very creative. I had a great time.

We did the Hotel last month. Was a lot of fun and I highly recommend Panic Room for something different. The staff couldnt have been more helpful and friendly. You will feel comfortable and be challenged here.

Friendly staff, so +1. The room we did, Tick Tock, was a reasonable first gen style escape room. (Think single room with lots of combo locks on boxes or drawers.) It was fun, with some well crafted puzzles, but Ive done rooms in other cities that were more fun and immersive.

Mark was awesome, even stayed open later for our group since we couldnt get there in time. The room itself was really fun and challenging but we rocked it with 28 minutes remaining (we are just well practiced). The location was convenient and clean. We will definitely be returning.

Our family went back today to do The Last Resort(we did A Broken Mind previously). Our experience was excellent again! The room was challenging and creative. The story line was well developed and the room decor was great! The customer service was better than we have received at any other escape room(our group has done over 20). The Gamemaster was very thorough and attentive during the game. We look forward to returning to try Tik Tok.

We attended our first Panic Room, the Last Resort. We had four of us and we all had an awesome time. The staff was so friendly and helpful that it made the experience so much better. The room was very challenging, but if you stay focused it is very achievable. I am sure we will be attending another room soon...Dave

Awesome challenge but not too challenging

I love escape rooms, and while my group and I had fun at panic room, both times we went there was a malfunction in our rooms. We escaped both times, but something wasn’t working and their escuse was “we forgot to check” and “it was working before”. It was defiantly frustrating considering we payed $30 each for the room, but it’s still a fun place. just make sure the room is working first :)

A great experience!! We had a group of 6 and took on A Last Resort. It was challenging and there were many surprises. We all had an amazing time. The staff was helpful and very friendly. I recommend the Panic Room to anyone in the Norwalk area.

I was a littler nervous about the whole concept of a panic room puzzle but it turned out to be a blast!The staff is very friendly and helpful. You schedule your game so its not crowded. Great for groups or birthday partys. Even could be great as a team building exercise for small groups.Definitely recommend!

This was a pretty great experience. Ive been to higher budget escape the room experiences, but for the price and the convenient location (its in my town), its a pretty fun time! Went with a group of friends, but you can also go by yourself and meet new people! Would recommend this place.

This place was great, already planning to go back to do another room at this location!!!! If you are looking at doing an escape room in the loca area, this is the one to do! Avoid Escape rooms in malls at all costs (ex. Milford mall). This is the real deal :)

This was my sons idea for him and five friends for his 13th birthday party. It was really excellent- Just what these kids are interested in. Allowed them to bond and work together and they had a ton of fun - even though they did not manage to succeed at their task. He cant wait to do the other rooms there.The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Also, with the Groupon, the price was excellent. And for me the waiting room was very comfortable and convenient...

Panic Room is a lot of fun! You have to reserve a room per person ahead of time. Plan to spend around an hour and 30 minutes here, since the puzzle room is an hour timed and it takes them around 15 minutes to explain the rules.
