Pier Watch Villas I #305...listed on Elliott Beach Rentals as as Luxury Unit and charge you a Luxury fee, believe me this anything but a Luxury Unit. Our stay was Aug 15-22, 2020. Upon arriving at the unit we notice it was not properly cleaned, dirt and sand everywhere and had a smell. The A/C unit was not working properly so everything had a wet feel. Beds had stains some were very bad. Cracks in walls and broken blinds. We had to put sheets on the couches since they were so dirty. The most disturbing part was the mold on the ceilings in closets, bathrooms and around the vents. A request was made to be moved. We were told that we had to allow them to make it right first. A bag of clean mattress pads were dropped off and the person quickly left. We ended up cleaning the entire unit ourselves. A person from the property management showed up the next morning making excuses for the condition. After a lot of back and forth on the phone and spending 2 nights in the unit we were finally moved to a better unit. Apparently this unit has been in poor shape for some time but Elliott Beach Rentals still lists it as a Luxury Unit and describes it as Newly Renovated...maybe 10 years ago.

The condo was spacious with a nice view of the beach between the buildings in front of it. Was woken every morning after dawn to loud. Cleaning workers from the hotel across the street pulling laundry or trash carts back and forth between buildings. Found hairs on the supposedly pre-cleaned sheets that were given for bed linens and all around the guest bathrooms upstairs in the tub and counter tops. Came back from outing to water all over floor in common area, look up and notice the ceiling dripping what looks like water. Broken unusable furniture such as patio table, and dining table chair. Paint was peeling off walls. Tv system in the common area connections where damaged and kept coming loose disconnecting from cable box. Aside from those points we enjoyed our stay. Just make sure you hang the parking permit in the windshield because the towing service is diligent about towing even if the permit is just sitting displayed on the dashboard. Or be prepared to pay over $100 to get your vehicle back.

The beach is beautiful and our condo was in great shape. The pool was a little chilly when we were there, but overall it was really nice. Everything was very clean and well kept.

Really good time. Pools could be bigger .and keys were hard to open doors need to do better on the house keys. But over all really good place.

Trash under ALL beds and couches, blinds had to be taken down and replaced, bathtub was NOT drained out when I arrived, there was dirty water left in it, and then once it was unclogged, we again had to contact someone to clean the bathtub out, which then the cleaning person left gloves on the floor in the bathroom. Bed coverings had stains all over them. The locked 4 digit passcode (closets) was cracked in 5 seconds by a 5 year old. Only 2 stars because of how nice the beach is.

Great place to stay for a golf trip. Billiards table, gaming machine, and balcony railing needs repair.

The new owners of this unit (Unit306) did a fabulous job. They set it up as you would set up your own home not as a rental unit. Everything is first class. Everything is new. I stayed in this unit prior to them purchasing it. The upgrades to the unit are terrific.

Had a great vacation here. Spent time with my family and got to be right next to the ocean.

This place needs lots of work house keeping is awful. The place looked better after we left. We had to fix chairs. Sliding window missing blinds, bed room upstairs missing blinds. Just to name a few of the problems.

Very nice accommodations, short walk to beach. We would return!

External renderings could use some updating. Internal side was pretty good. Mattresses are as commercial as they can be. All SPRINGS! However, for the space and price, Id go back!

Very nice...my family enjoyed their time here and so did I. We come every year now.

The unit is very nice but ruined by the horrible neighbours in the adjacent units. We had to listen to someone laying a new floor, banging all day long while we were trying to put babies to sleep. Then, we had to listen to pounding bass music thumping through the walls until 2 in the morning each night. The property managers ignored our complaints about the non-stop noise from next door. Dont stay here. Find a nice quiet hotel instead, you wont get any relaxation staying at this location.

Great place to stay. We stayed at Pier Watch Villas 1, it was wonderful. I think it was apt 7. Very clean, well stocked with every thing you need but your food. Very beautifully decorated and very spacious and comfortable. We had 13 from3 different families, the beach is right there. Its great!!!!
