Nice little park on the banks of the Schuylkill River, just over the bridge from Valley Forge National Park. Its a really nice spot to park to get on the Schuylkill River Trail, which we did recently. Previously, we had passed by while biking along the SRT, but this time we wanted to explore a little further, so we parked here.Alternatively, if you follow the path, you can access the River Trail that goes right along the banks of the river, which looks like a really nice place to hike. Id like to come back sometime when its less crowded and take a walk along that trail!

Nice clean park with bathroom. Two different trails for running, walking or biking

Maintained well, they even patched up a particularly rough spot. Although the parking lot is a little brutal. I skate, and it is so nice to have such a long, smooth, flat surface. Just wish it was closer to home and not to crowded.

Great place to access the SRT or lower trail from, plenty of parking.

This is a great put in spot for running or biking. Theres always good parking and you can go right across the bridge at the main part of Valley Forge Park. Its right on the Schuylkill River Trail which goes about 25 miles south into the city as well as 20 miles northward. Theres a lot of single track dirt trails that are great for biking or walking in the area

One of my favorite places to park when I go for a bike ride. Easy access to the Schuylkill River Trail and going to Valley Forge park.

Betzwood Park is a nice little park. It seems to be a favorite among cyclists. A good place to start their ride on the SRT. And their clean bathrooms are another bonus.

Whole foods is the reason to go there. Never use the mall other than for that.
