The bartender whos name I think was Brittany was amazing. She took care of my every need. I think she deserves a raise for how hard she works to take care of her customers. I will definitely be back soon.

I have always loved Kings lanes! Everyone always has a smile on their face! They are doing a great job right now with reopening and following the guidelines due to covid 19.

Good lanes, modern score keeping machines that are user friendly. Good staff, n food. Large house ball selection. Had a great first experience with Kings Lanes

Great for family fun or to go out for drinks. They have karaoke at 9pm on friday nights. Not sure if its every friday or not. Only down side is that if you need to use the restroom you have to go into the bowling alley part. The bar doesnt have its own restroom.

Good, sober fun bowling. Service was good. Ticket games were also very fun. Food is overpriced.

This bowling alley is tops! The equipment is new and functions very well, the premises are clean and pleasant. I would recommend this place highly for a family outing.

Unbelievable. Narrow minded, backwards, and inflexible hardly sums up our experience with the staff at this bowling ally. My 11yo daughter (who weighs 50lbs & 1% on the growth chart) was told 1.). She could not have anything lighter than a 9# ball and she was NOT allowed to add rails to bowl. I was told “only if she has special needs.” Fine. So she does. Then I was told I had to bring her up to the counter and tell her, in front of the staff, how she qualified with special needs disability. Are you kidding me?? How about she’s just tiny! And this age discrimination policy is BS!

The new arcade is awesome. All new games, a new prize area. Looks really for for all ages

Spare me.... This place is not where you want to go, if you want to go bowling. Pins falling all the time had to re-rack 15 times in two games. Lane kept shutting itself off. The score keep was incorrect. Nothing but problems Not worth the time or money.. Stay away

I love being at the bowling alley and the new arcade is the most fun place in Norfolk now. We really needed it so thx. And the staff are so nice and food is great especially the chicken bacon ranch pizza

The staff was extremely rude. When we accidentally stepped over the line they threatened to kick us out. They shut off our game 20 minutes before 12. Would not recommend coming here.

Literally the worst bowling alley Ive ever been at. We had to reset our pinspotter every single time we went up to bowl. But won 500 tickets from the arcade.

During the summer there is free bowling for kids, definitely talk to them about this great deal.

Terrible service, we went their at 7:00pm and told us to come back at 10 even though No one was using the lanes. Once we bowled we had to reset the pin spotter 15 times. It also didn’t keep the score right the entire game. Also the lanes had too much oil to bowl at all

State bowling, Mothers Day weekend. Facilities were PERFECT!!!!

Karaoke here is not the greatest. The KJ likes to hear himself (and his employees) more than the patrons. So be prepared for a wait in the queue. Drinks are domestic and the high top bar can be comfortable. Pool tables in the back. Its just an average hole in the wall with bowling and a movie theater attached. Dont expect much.

Karaoke is way too loud to have a conversation in the bar. Bartender’s customer service was extremely poor.

A nice well kept bowling alley, lanes seem to brake down alot though.

Couldnt figure out why but I had some problems with the rental shoes. Couldnt slide in them very well. Fell a couple times, lol.

My kids favorite place to go

I went up there to bowl and saw something i wanted to buy from their little shop. One of the guys that works there said to come back aT 630 because that when it will be open. We waited 2 and a half hours and came back and said we had to come back thursday bc thats when they are open again! THANK YOU FOR WASTING MY DAMN TIME

Nice bowling ally with accommodating staff. The bar has pool tables, darts, and kareoke on certain nights. They usually have some newer beers on tap as well.
