It is beautiful, clean, and fun. We felt safe. And it was very peaceful. We went in the fall when the beach was closed. People were fishing.
So sad to see. This place was so nice years ago. People have completely trashed this park all around. The bathrooms have not been touched by the public crews for a very long time and the grounds where absolutely trashed. People take no pride in anything they do these days, pick up after yourselves . We have 3 kids and two dogs and would never just leave our trash laying around, grow up people.
Its a nice place to go for a relax time if you wont be in a boat. A little beach for swimming, tables around in front to the lake, peacefully place.
This is a great little park for walking and getting some exercise and fresh air. It is right on Morse reservoir and today was a spectacular sunny day. Lots of people swimming, boating, and not hot or humid. If there are times when you feel life is stressing you out and your in the area try it out. Ive been to bigger and fancier parks, but this place has freezby golf, plenty of benches to sit on, nice views of the water. Try it.
My family loves Morse Park in general because it is clean and well-maintained. We go there spifically because to love the Disc Golf course there
Was only there for a little bit from what I seen it seems nice. I think the beach is closed now. want to go back to fish
I love this place. So quiet and peaceful. Walking or just sitting by the water!
Spectacular views of the clean water, friendly faces and smiles. A refreshing change from pandemic panic and social isolation. And best of all admission was free. Highest recommendation!
Stocking this reservoir with catfish and carp for the ones of us who are European sport Fishermen. Plus a couple of porta johns next to osprey pavilion would really appreciated for the fishing community. This is still a great place to fish or just relax!
Really fun lake to take your family too. Plus has so many things to do. Fishing boating park. Trails. All ages and even has a sanded beach which is nice
This is a public beach and is a pretty good place. The park overall is good. The beach is only open during certain hours and sometimes our issues with goose poop. There is a nice field for playing frisbee golf. Its also fun to look in fish and to Morse Reservoir. Just a nice place that we have available to us that is nearby that can get us Outdoors. Easy to get to and easy to find. If you liked my review please like it to help me out.
Grounds are well kept, very scenic and close to home, also near the Morse Lake Marina and Red Bridge Park in Cicero, also great attractions and recreational areas. We rented the Osprey Pointe Pavilion for our granddaughters High School graduation open house and we were satisfied with the facility.
Needs more amenities and more open, green areas. Not much to do, unless you want to picnic, fish, or sit in your car and look at the water. It’s just “okay”, as far as parks go.
Always love coming to see the sun sets I just cant get enough
Inexpensive family fun. No lifeguards so watch your own and hope everyone watches theirs. No age limit. Group in front of us were all 12-13 no parents. Young boy took the money and said enjoy.
Disc Golf Course: for me, this ranks as one of the best duffer courses.
Beautiful day at the lake. Clean park with walking trail and fishing/boating dock. Quiet today. All and all, love this park!
Its big lots of space to do your own thing
Beautiful park with direct water access for fishing. Floating docks are new and fun to go out on. Lots of picnic tables and grills. Shelter house, playground and frisbee golf. Beach for swimming and clean restrooms. Always boats, Sea-Doo and pontoons on water to watch. Fabulous western sunset view. Great spot for family and friends pictures!
Great place to take the family! Way too many geese to be enjoyable for long.
The playground and picnic tables were nice but the beach was the most disgusting beach I’ve ever been to, like its never cleaned, Goose poop everywhere. We had to clean a small section for our kids to play and have a space to sit down.
Its beautiful, peaceful, and clean. Love coming here just to sit and relax and feed the ducks and geese.
Very peaceful place, a bit crowded for the weekday, but I dont blame people for being there its beautiful.
The facility/swimming was good - the restroom needed MUCH attention - certain they could greatly do better
A nice, relaxing place to be! You can walk along trails, frolic in the grass, swim, cookout, or just sit and relax by the water and watch the ducks, geese, and/or herons swim and fly, as well as the people boating, water skiing, jet skiing, tubing or whatever!
Great location and loads of fun. Staff failed to put out reservation signs for the shelters, so there was a couple of conflicts that the sheriffs department had to come resolve, but other than that great time.
Its a really great place to fish at ..
Nice park, boating, swimming and picnic area. Parks private rental shelter house, very nice.
Loved it! Nice to have a family meal
Great place to hang out if you dont own property on Morse.
Great park for family outing, facility for grill, there is a swing on the lake front to lovely view..water sports are awesome!
Great place to throw discs for practice... but cant wait for them to get the baskets back in!
Its got a great view, the park is fun, there is a frisbee area to play disc golf (which is a not so fun game but to each their own.) Kids like the park, got to bring our picnic lunches there. Great receptacles for trash. They allow grill usage there. Wish they had more if things to do but its a little park to watch people sail on their boats so its a good trade off.
I screamed the line from into the unknown and no one echoed. Disappointing.Still a good park... I guess
Its 4th of July so it waz packed. No social distancing and no one wearing face mask due to covid. The park itself was okay
Played dics golf luv the course there
Wonderful park right on Morse reservoir!! Fishing, swimming and picnic areas!!
Nice place to sit and enjoy the breeze
It is such an amazing spot to fish
It’s a relaxing atmosphere here, you truly enjoy coming with Friends to talk, walk around and enjoy good weather days!
Nice fall day.
Fun place to hang out with family. The lake is nice to enjoy they have a kayak launch site and dock, fun playground, baseball field, volleyball, shelters to have picnics and docks for fishing or boats to pull up to. Great Park!
Nice place. Would go again
Morse beach used to be a great, cheap and fun place to swim, fish, sandcastles and picnic. After new management took over and changed it to a floating bouncy park and tripled prices its not my cup of tea. No real swimming anymore.
Good disc golf course
I always love this park. For smaller kids its great. The beach area now has a snack bar. It could have always had but I just do remember seeing it. It was nice. There is fishing too.
Seems nice enough for a public place. $4 per person to swim on their beach.
Love the paddle board launch here
This place is beautiful and has everything you could ask for,a private pool for residents,a huge lake that reaches all over the harbor,a mini golf course near the pavilion where a lot of people have parties, a basketball court, a park, a tennis court, in the volleyball court. its great especially in the summer time, a place where you can have a lot of fun! So I really recommend this place. If you do go hopefully you enjoy it!!!
Was really fun and cheap!
Nice place to go to have picnics
Great area! Clean and family oriented.
What a beautiful sight it is beyond words something only you could understand if you traveled there yourself I would greatly recommend swimming there or boating is amazing as well l. Even if you just want to sit there and enjoy the sunset that is the spot to do it. Magical awesome and pure.
Nice, family friendly park by Morse lake.
The disc golf course there is pretty nice. Its not very difficult, and it good to figure how your new discs play for you. The course however, does get pretty swampy in some areas. Best not wear your good shoes out there.
We liked it and will return.
Beautiful Park, great lake effect breeze even on the hottest days! Be careful if you have young children, as there is no fence and the edge of the reservoir is just a hop, skip and a run away from the childrens playground.Ive walked, biked and played on the playset as a kid. Ive also been boating with friends. Ive never been swimming here though, so I cant review for that activity.
Good place to go walking.
We always have lots of fun ... We went magnet fishing for the first time here and was really impressed and how clean and metal free the shores and dock area are :)
It so peacefull free and beautiful
Fun little park
They have a beach and playground as well as fishing and boating!!!
We came here to kill some time before our meeting. It was a lovely coolish day with a breeze. We enjoyed the ducks, the breeze and the family near us. The womens room needs dusting.
Awesome place to cool down
Its a clean, safe and a quick place to go get exercise by playing 18 holes of disc golf. Love this little course, its easy and fun.
An amazing place to share with the family
Nice place to have family reunion
Great place to take grandson.
Great place to take the kids or dog. Has a cabin you could rent out for special occasions. Overlooks Morse Beach.
ITs so wonderfall
So beautiful and relaxing
Beautiful, clean.
(Disc Golf) Nice, simple course. The maintenance does a good job keeping it up. It looks like they are planting new trees (bonus!) and also resetting disc pads? That will be interesting to see.
Bathrooms are disgusting. No baby changing station.
Beautiful spot.
I think its nice fishing place and boating
Beautiful and peaceful!
My boyfriend & I ended our 1st date here by the water... super nice & relaxing
Very clean disc golf course.
As food as a reservoir beach can be I suppose.
Excellent place in a sunny day!!
Wonderful! We are from Delaware, so you are fortunate to have such a nice facility nearby.
Love this park, plenty of shade, nice walking trail. Hills are great for sleding
Very cheap fun activity!
