Friendly staff who are connoisseurs of the art of glassblowing and always happy to share what they know about the art they have even with those whom are just looking around. Fantastic service, very knowledgable staff, call em very helpful actually. They let me browse as long as I wanted, They got a good feel for how much engagement I was after, and didnt try to talk my ear off once conversation got going. Great convos btw. They even showed me a better priced deal on something extremely similar to the piece that caught my eye.Str8 brand cases are awesome too.
