Ordered online with curbside pickupreceived email that my order is ready for pickupreceived another email 2 hours later: sorry we had to cancel parts of your order, because we dont have it in stockI didnt need half my order but I couldnt cancel just this item.Had to walk in and cancel inside, pick up the rest. Thats exactly what I wanted to avoid.Love their stuff, but wont do online orders anymore (web page was annoying anyways)

This store just opened June 1. Its nicely set up but some of the shelves are a bit bare yet. (Ill drop in a few pics). If you like arts and crafts, or taking art classes, you must stop in before everyone discovers its there and gets crowded :)

I found all the new shades of WoolEase yarn that I previously only found online through Lion Brand. I found a great storage basket. Their selection of crochet hooks, however, has diminished.

The Saxony location has a little bit of everything but it feels smaller. For instance, you will find party supplies but the selection is basic. As goes for all other categories.

Lovely people! Just helped me find the last few balls of yarn in this color! And I got them for a great deal! Couldnt be happier!

A very nice store for any crafts you would like to do.I know we went in today to find schemes of yarn and found several at a decent price to make a very nice Afghan. So if youre a crafty person this would be the great place to go.

As per expectation: well organized, i offerings were top-notch, and the staff is kind and helpful.

I absolutely love the stuff they carry, but they are SO expensive! I like to be crafty, but I cant afford to get my supplies there. Nothing wrong with the employees. Just so disappointed in pricing.

Love Michaels my only observation of this one, likely because its newer, is stock levels of some of the more in-demand items are low. (Planners, paper stacks, etc)

Always lots to choose from and awesome prices. Anything you need from paints, paintbrushes, frames, holiday decor, etc

The store is very clean and well organized. The aisles are clearly marked!!.

The clerk was very helpful. Helping me locate the item I was looking for. I will return again.

Every time I called to see about a item when you push 3 to talk to someone it says goodbye. I was willing to drive a hr each way for products but not if I can’t talk to some one to see if they have it in store.
