I’m a gymnast and I got kicked out for doing a double back pike (double back flip with straight legs) I explained that I was a level 7 gymnast and that I knew what I was doing but they rudely told me to leave. My sister (6) was there and she was still jumping so I told them that I was going to sit and wait for her. They sent an employee to tell her to get off the trampoline and leave. What rude staff! I’m never going back there. (Just browsing google and thought I should share my story)
A nice place to get the kids to blow off steam. There is a Dodge ball on trampolines area, arcade games, foam cube pits, climbing walls and columns. Definitely enough to keep kids active for a couple hours. Staff was nice and friendly.

The service was awful. They make you put a $100 deposit and they give you a $100 coupon. That evens outThe communication is terrible. We were told we could stay till 9:30 and at 9:00 this rude employee told us to leave. Not once did she asked who told us what she just kept repeating to leave....Lots of miscommunication. The other employee asked us to leave and when we explained what was said he left us alone. The other employee was so rude and obnoxious. Never wasting our money. Might as well go to go bananas or chuck e. Cheeses.
The only thing that is really that good about this place is the dodgeball. Other than that, theres nothing really that fun.
Excellent climbing zone has just been added. My daughter loves this place, highly recommend it!
Kids b-day party and having fun. Make sure you read the registration waiver before attending as this place get crazy. Injuries very likely as ages really not separated well and when the lights are off watch your kids lack of staff on busier days.Place is set in an industrial warehouse so dress appropriately. Pricing shown.
Not very friendly. Trampolines are okay. But I prefer Altitude and so do my kids.
I came here for a birthday and they were doing construction the entire time. Loud banging noises stared right when we were singing happy birthday. One of the attractions was taken out and this wasn’t mentioned. No one mentioned the construction going on when the party was booked. Absolutely ridiculous.
My friend wasn’t allowed to jump just because he got caught in a restricted place that wasn’t blocked off. Altitude is much better.
My daughter had an amazing time.
Sky high is so fun and all, but now that I’ve read down below how rude and racist the staff can be I’m rethinking if it’s a good place to take kids. And I’m a kid and I the trampolines are awesome but really who wants there little kid floating around that full of mean staff place?
Kids had fun and the pizza wasnt that bad
If you can tolerate the staff then you may enjoy the place. I prefer places with friendly employees, but it is just me.
Really disappointed!Yesterday we went on a birthday party and at all the time was really noise, because they renovated a part of the place they cut some metal stuff it was insane! The pizza was unbaked well, the staff not friendly at all. They was pushing us take drinks, plates away from the table before we were ready.I was thinking to celebrate my daughter b-day but Im not sure it will be on this location.....
I brought my son (age 13) and a group of his friends to Sky High to celebrate his birthday. They had a great time and got a great work-out to boot! Sky High has a clean, well-maintained facility with tons of space to jump (so nobody crashes into one another). There are several different types of trampolines to try. They have a comfortable area for parents and a spacious party area. Very highly recommended for all ages - a great place to have a kids party!
This place is dangerous for kids! My 9 years old ended up in the emergency room with a broken leg jumping on trampoline in this place. The employees are completely unprofessional and don’t pay attention to the playground. My son hurt himself and was waking limping and not even a single employee offered their help or just asked if he is okay. A bunch of young untrained kids are running the place, and we are supposed to trust them with our kids safety! Please stay away from this place if you are concerned about your kids safety!
My kids love this place. We have had several birthday parties here, which the kids loved and so did I because it was really easy for me and everyone had a great time. We like to come here when the weather is cool and there is a school day off. My 11 year old usually plays dodge ball the entire time but recently they added a rope swing into the foam pit which he loved. They also added a basketball hoop which gives the opportunity to experience a slam dunk with the help of the trampoline. Parents can jump too, its a good workout. If you reserve a time I would recommend showing up early, sometimes the lines can be long especially on a holiday or school day off.
Would benefit from more staff on call duringThe busy times. Would probably stop some of the rule breaking better and kurt staff
Staff is friendly & kind, they are pretty much all teens working part-time.The system has been updated so you can reserve your jump-time online. Your signed waiver stays in the system for a few months (maybe up to a year) so you casn skip the in-building sign-in systems (time saver!!)Still a fun place with kids, but youre charged the same amount for kids despite age (other tramp parks now discount kids under 6 which is really nice). As an adult you do get to jump complimentary with your young kids which is great! The park is getting a little beaten down, tramps arent quite as taught as they used to be. The foam pits are REALLY beat down, almost gross as all the blocks are ripped up, they need replacement in contrast to Altitude Trampoline park which is just up the street...Seperate area for young vs older jumpers & some bumper ball + dodge ball + wipe out attractions.Lockers for 50 cents are still available which is great! Not busy while we were there during a prime time 12:30 slot so despite the slightly less nice trampolines, the smaller crowd was really great.
So my best friend is currently there now with my 3 kids and her son. When they got there the guy asked if the kids had socks. My friend said yes so she paid the 93.00 it cost for them to enter. The kids start jumping and having fun when a employee kicked them all out for not having the right socks. Someone should have said something about special socks we are not employees and it’s are first time there. So not only was the cost ridiculous but then we had to pay addition for socks in order to not be kicked out of there after already paying. After reading these complaints it sounds like this establishment needs a better staff. That explaines thing a little better. Had I know that not only I would have to pay 93.00 plus additional for socks we would have went somewhere else. Plenty of places to go and a hell of a lot cheaper. Never again and I will be sure to let everyone I know about this. When my friend went to the front desk to complain and get socks and asked why she was not told she needed special socks. She was rude and said everyone knows you need special socks. My friend was like not if this is your 1st time here.
I went to Sky High wth my 7 year old cousin yesterday, and on the way I read reviews of the place and found many reviews about how bad the staff was. I didn’t think it was that bad. I went inside paid 3$ for some sock for “safety reasons” and went inside the court to jump, first I went to the Toxic Waste jumping machine. And when my 7 YEAR OLD cousin got on the machine monitor wasn’t paying attention to the speed of to machine it was going crazy fast but the TEENAGER controlling the machine covered her eyes with her hands and hid her face. But to make matters worse there where some older kids playing rough pushing and running to make the machine go faster, as my SEVEN YEAR OLD COUSIN was getting dragged by the machine! I stood there in shock glaring at the lady, watching a little girl around my cousins age get trampled by a boy twice the size as her! The woman controlling the machine was giving people dirty looks, you would think they would be trained to make sure that your experience is amazing as they make it sound! The TEENAGER that was controlling the machine didn’t pay attention to the people in the Toxic Waste till someone called them out! After she kicked the boys off we went to the foam pit where there we saw the same boys doing flips in the foam pit when it says you may not do flips into the foam pit this may not be a big deal but your staff did not say anything about it. This proves that you didn’t train YOUR staff well! Getting a bad review by an 11 year old great job! Either continue to get bad reviews or fix your staff issues! Your choice. Also, don’t even bother sending me your response! Just read this and decide of your going to either continue to get bad reviews or fix your staff issues! Okay hun?
Only go for childrens birthday partys. Employees are not helpful and friendly because of how the managers treat this job like a joke and how they disrespect there employees
When you guys open?
This place makes exercising fun, Ive been here three times now and Ill definitely come back. The trampolines are massive and well kept, but I do have a note to make about the employees who are supposed to be watching the trampolines, they arent very observant or strict on enforcing rules, so if youre bringing a kid here youre going to need to keep a close eye on them yourself.
2 issues... First issue: The customer service/ cashier at the front seemed as if she didnt want to answer any questions I had. Secondly, I had to ask for a reciept. Second issue: The lockers do not lock. Spoke with management who says more keys are being ordered. With that being said, as a courtesy they should offer coat/storage check.
I had my sons 10th Birthday party here. It was AWESOME. Our host was great! Its was super hot the day we went and our server made sure the kids had enough water and were drinking it. My son said his friends were talking about the party for weeks! It was a great time.
If youve never been to Space...this is a pretty sweet deal to feel weightless! Im a 200lbs man and I feel like Tinkerbell bouncing around. This is a good work out that you dont realize is a work out because you are having too much fun. I recommend Sarah or any of the instructed classes (great staff all around) for a Real work out; however, if you go off and just bounce ...you will have a good time and a work out too. Have fun, be safe and enjoy.
Loved going here and will be back for my daughter 3rd birthday
This place was wonderful. I took my daughter and a few friends for her birthday and they loved it. It was very clean place. They enjoyed every minute of it. Iiked the massage charges for me to relax a bit :). The staff was very helpful when I needed a ice pack and any information. We will be back soon. :)
Large open space for kids to burn off energy when they cant play outside. Massive dodgeball arena. Staff is appropriately pleasant and readily available as needed. Clean and maintained facility. Parking can get congested at peak times so plan accordingly.
Sky High was a fun experience for my kiddos. They didnt want to leave. My only advice is to go at a evening time. We went during opening hours. It wasnt really crowded. But other than that, we all had fun!
I loved it! The trampolines were really fun and it was a great place to go with friends! The people who worked there were very nice and if you accidentally broke a rule they were not mean about it. Something that might be a nice addition is more places to sit.
My daughter loved practicing her gymnastics moves. Especially her back handspring over and over again. I have told other Moms that going to Sky High Sports can help their child practice some of their gymnastics skills. My daughter also loved jumping into the foam pit. We have been to several birthday parties and it is nice to see all the kids exercising inside during the cold Chicago winters.
Very bad staff. They had a time when only 12 and up were allowed which was 8-11pm, its was 9 and little kids were still running around. The staff didnt care, when we complaint. The food is extremely pricey. One water bottle was $2.For 2 peiple were paid $150 for only 3hours and no socks.I recommend not to come here
I had my 14th birthday party here. Super fun, lots of food, and very nice and clean. One of the male staff members at niles told a couple of my friends to get the F*** out of the inflated ball when it was the first time he told us to get out. Other staff was good. A couple of my friends had problems with the website waver.
We drove an hour to have some fun here, yet had a very disappointing experience. Employees seemed unhappy and agitated. While waking to one of the courts, a random man approached us and yelled at us. We were confused and startled by the way we were treated here.
Want a great work out without the hard work? Sky High makes it fun to burn calories, before you know it you are drenched in your own sweat. Its fun for all ages I would recommend this place to anyone.
We went here for a birthday party for my daughters friend. I ended up having to bring my 2 yr old as well which I thought would be a total hassle, but he loved it! The 6 yr olds had a great time and often were fine bouncing around, while I stuck closely to the little one in the 6 and under bounce platform. There were employees constantly watching the kids to ensure safety and in general, they had a great time!
This was a great and fun experience but the workers were letting the games get out of hand
My daughter had a great time! We loved it so much that we have to come back again this weekend. The staff was very friendly. A great place to take your children out to get all the energy out as well as adults. :)
I got here for them to tell me I need to pay for socks. What the hell is that. Why would I have to pay for socks when I can use my own
Best place for kids I really like it
It is a great way to spend a few hours with older and younger kids. it is always a treat when we go and my kids enjoy the dodge ball as well as the various trampolines.great rainy day spot as well.
I bring my nieces here and all of us love it! The kids enjoy it a lot. The staff is really good and the fun never ends! Also the trampolines are very clean and yummy snacks for everyone and its fun for all ages!
First time at Sky High, was a little skeptical at first since you must sign a waiver as soon as you come in. But I must say it was a great experience so much fun even for me, as un adult. I will be returning and bringing along a few of my nephews, the fact that they have several and separate activities for all ages give me a piece of mind in bringing in my smallest of nephews.
Great place! I’ve been there and it was amazing! Keep up the good work.
Kids liked it but the staff didn’t pay attention to anything. I thought it was going to be safe for little kids but staff let the older ones jump in the under 7 area.
Awesome fun, my kids love it! We have had a birthday party there, and gone to many jump sessions over the past four years. Its a fun time and great way to tire out a bunch of kids.
Great For All Ages! I had the chance to celebrate the anniversary of a friends 29th birthday at Sky High sports! Although the much younger kids seemed more confident than I was, I left tired, with sore abs and a huge smile on my face. Anyone looking to change up their workout routine, Sky High Sports is the place to go! We also got the chance to teach some teenagers the finer points of trampoline dodge ball :)
My kid was denied to go on a ride based either on his skin color ( white) or religion(jewish)Employee was black and when he asked about the ride she ignored him then she told him hes harassing her ( my son is 12 year old) she called a supervisor and he was kicked out of the line. Not allowed to go back to that area.Shame on you sky-highIn other word if you are white or Jewish dont go there
Worst place ever!!!! No safe, no organized!!! When My 8 years old fell down on the meltdown zone, next standing 14 years old boy who fell down on her back before she was standing up. Two workers were busy chatting and did not stop the game. Even they did not know that accident. I was shouting and calling them they did care about us. My daughter could not stop crying. Super dangerous place. I think head office should check on cameras how their people work there. Speaciall they should see what happened on 17.02.2018 between at 3:50-4:30pm!!!!!
My kids enjoy going to Sky High in Niles. Its always clean . It is nice to have staff keeping on eye on the kids inside the trampoline. Great place to spend a few hours and birthday parties are fun for the children. You can always find a seating area for the parents which makes it even more of a bonus.
The best fun place to take the kids or teenaged I took my cousin the keep asking me when we will go again they seek to love it
Can there be more fun had!! My kids LOVE it here! We had my 11 year old daughters birthday here and the kids were saying it was the best birthday party they had ever been to!
I had my sons birthday party here, it was great. Staff was very attentive. All of my kids love this place. Their favorite thing is dodgeball. We have never had a bad experience.
I bring my nephews here & all three of us love it! The staff is courteous & the fun never ends! Clean trampolines. Yummy snacks. And fun for all ages!
My son LOVES Sky High! The staff is very friendly and we always have had a positive experience. Whether popping in for a jump or as a guest at a party, service is always top notch!
Im pretty sure they gave up on this place. Ill try to figure out how to post pics after writing this, im here on Monday,5pm, it is FILTY here!!! Omg the nasty looking form blocks are gone to sh** crumbling all over the place and everywhere has dirty stains i mean, wow. If i didnt get a great deal on groupon, i would NEVER bring my kids here. Im out of here soon even tho i have I have unlimited jumping hours. Eww. Just.. eww.And it is definitely over 76degrees and humid here. I guess those “stains” can be molds? Gosh i feel almost like a bad mom to bring my young kids here Im out!!!
My son recently attended a party here, and had a fantastic time!!! The staff was very helpful and attentive. The venue was very clean. I would definitely recommend this place to others!!! Fun time!
Came here with new friends, left as old.I HAD SO MUCH FUN HERE!!! I am a full grown adult, and all my friends were too, and it was so fun to coax out the inner child. It is constant fun, constant sweat (but who doesnt love a good workout???) and constant competition (dodgeball, anyone???). We all left feeling victorious, but not overly confident (perfect!).SUCH A FUN PLACE TO GET TO KNOW PEOPLE FAST.Kids will be there, but I think kids are great!
Fun! My 12 and 10 year boys love Dodge Ball. I like jumping- a fabulous workout! Music is fun. Most important it is clean! We LOVE Sky high!!
My 11 year old daughter has been their often and has a great time every time she goes. The time flies by too fast for her and by the time were in the car shes talking about going back and talking about what a great time she had. Great entertainment and a good price.
Always a great time for the kids. The parties are always organized. There is ample supervision without worry of injury. I highly recommend!
My family of 5 love this place. We have a 9,6, and 4 year old. I loved playing dodge ball and my hubby relaxed on the massage chairs.Great place for everyone!
My two boys, 9 and 6, had a great time. It was not crowded, yet had enough people to fill the atmosphere full of noisy fun. The boys had a great time. Caution though, two hours is plenty of time. Also be aware of the division in age for dodgeball, under 7 use different arenas than that of 7 and above. May want to break halfway through a two hour session and have a bite / drink at the snack bar.
My experience at Sky High was great, I would totally go again and recommend friends and family to go. I loved how the Sky High Sports had a two sections for little children and big children so you dont have to worry about the bigger kids falling on the little ones.
My kids love it here. Also was impressed with the staff and how they interacted with a boy with Autism. It is super nice to be able to take kids of all abilities to play.
I have a 6 year old and a 3 year old (boys) and they absolutely love coming to Sky High, they are able to release some of there high energy levels and love jumping with friends and cousins. I recommend it to anyone with children from ages 3 and up.
I love this place! I just feel like sometimes youre being watched too closely, besides that I think its a great expierence.
Staff are pleasant, I take my 8yo daughter there and we always have a blast ! The facility is always clean, and the trampolines are fantastic. Definitely an afternoon activity well be coming back too.
Great fun for all ages from my 10 month old baby to mutt big 36y/o ass
Friendly staff. Jumping is always fun with kids. Nice way of draining their energy. Dont forget to bring your Gatorade and water.
Attended a Birthday Party here on Sat. Kids love the jump. Parents love that kids get out and do something physical - especially in the winter. The party was okay, however theres some room for improvement on handling guests upon arrival. Coincidentally, we saw someone who was in our party and they directed us.
I think Sky High Sports is awesome! It has so many things for you to do like jump in the foam pit, play dodgeball, and have your birthday party here with your friends. But you know whats awesome about sky high sports? You can actully explore inside sky high sports on Google Maps!
This place is a joke. The staff( a bunch of kids)barely pay attention when watching my kids jump. No organization in the Cafe took 20 mins to get a pre-made barely warm pizza and a hot dog. One 16 year old is not enough to watch 40 kids jumping. Most everything is dirty and litter pretty much everywhere.
Arcade that only has 4-5 video games, a broken pool table, a broken foose ball table, worn down cue sticks. I expected better for a first time visit with the kids. $15 per hour per child to jump around on trampolines with everything else being additional is steep for what you get for your dollar.
The cafe guy i asked the guy how much water was he said 2$ to muchGood Foam Pit lol really BIG loved that! And The Soda Thing WAS COOL Also I went yesterday guy by human balls was rude no respect to a customer
Great place but the cost is a little high. $11 a person per hour. That makes a family of 4 outing a little expensive. $88 for 1 hour of play. Not cheap
I have taken my three kids (ages 8, 4 and 2 yrs) here several times and they all enjoy it and even I myself have jumped a little bit and enjoyed it! A big negative in is that my daughter got head lice from this place! I cant blame the facility of course for that incident, but I do hope they sanitize all the areas frequently to minimize any more icky things that could be brewing around there. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I think the price could be a little less.
I do not recommend this place to anyone. We were celebrating my daughters birthday. We got all of 20 minutes before, were all registered, but we have been standing in line for wristbands. Time passed, but the kids are not jumping. Then when it was time for pizza, they forgot to order pizza for parents, one boy was left without pizza, as he went to the toilet, and the girl who served, gave him the pieces to other children. I was shocked. I cut the cake, because she could not or may not know how, it just chopped it. People do not have a birthday party there !!!!! My daughter cried
Fun place for kids and adults, kids really like it. Reasonable food prices
This place is serious fun... for adults and children. Excellent work out and great place for the entire family.
The message chairs are a great way to relax while the kids jump.
Amazing Place! Such a fun dodge ball and trampoline park.
Both of my grandchildren love all dodge ball, trampoline, hurricane dryer! I wish there were healthier food in cafeteria, but the rest is a perfect fun for them!
Such a really amazing place, you can have fun with the kids or if youre an adult too. The trampolines seem hella sturdy and the staff was really nice and professional. my entire party had a BALL.
My kids like Sky High Sports, I take them there to meet up with their friends and have a great time. I love seeing them super active and having fun.
Awesome place, great staff and fun activities. Great for both kids and parents alike! The staff was friendly and accomodating. We were there for a birthday party and everthing went smoothly. The food tasted great and we all had a great time!
Its a great facility but I have a real problem with the supervising staff. They are all young teenagers and basically ignore the jumpers. Ill obviously intervene if I can call out to my child but when they are waiting in line or in the back of the trampoline field I expect these teenagers to at least acknowledge them. Im seeing kids get run over, jumped on in the foam pit, ect.
Fun place for kids to get exercise, burn off extra energy, and just have a good time! We have been here on our own, and also for a birthday party, which was a success by any standard.
Great place for the kids and adults! I enjoy taking the family there as it benefits my daily workouts as well :)
My youth group and I had called multiple times to go and reserve a room. When they did we went, and when we got there thet said we couldnt enter. The reason was because needed our parents to fill something out online, and they didnt mention that over the phone until now.
We have been here many times. My 5 year old son really loves jumping into the ball pit and basketball area in the smalller kids area. We held his fifth birthday here and the staff was very accommodating and let the kids jump for far longer than we paid for (some of the kids arrived late).I have also come for the Airobics classes and find them fun, but challenging.Highly recommend.
My kids love it here. Its a great place to burn off extra energy when the weather is bad. I tried it out once, too and had so much fun! The place is clean and theres free wi fi and comfy couches for the parents. And reasonably priced snacks in the snack bar. An all around win :)
Its a really nice way to have fun.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR MY SIX YEAR OLD. My son was invited to a classmates 7th birthday party. I filled out the waiver and left my son to enjoy the party with his friends. When I came back to pick him up he was crying. Come to find out that right after I left he went on the trampoline with his friends but the monitor told him he was too young to play there. He explained that he was at his friends birthday party and they told him yes but your friend is 7 and you are only 6. The other six year old that was with the group has a birthday in 3 weeks so he got to stay but since my sons birthday is five months away he had to leave. So they made him leave by himself - they didnt ask what party he was with or was there an adult they could talk to. They just pointed him in the direction of where he should be playing and told him to go play there (by himself). What 6 year old goes to a birthday party to play by themselves. Why would a facility that offers kids birthday parties allow this type of exclusion? When I called to speak to the general manager Mike he explained the age limit is a Niles ordinance. I asked if it is also a Niles ordinance not to inform the parents that their kid isnt old enough to play with the birthday boy at their facility? He said they make it very clear on their website and signs throughout the facility. I told him I didnt study his website before taking my kid there but since I interacted with their staff waiting in that ridiculous line up why didnt they tell me when they had a chance. He replied we do our best but sometimes we miss it. When the monitor asked my 6 year old to leave why didnt the monitor reach out to the party parent to make sure my son was not being left alone. Mike told me the monitor cant leave her post. They cant leave their post but a 6 year old who is crying can be left to play by themselves. Mike told me that he has many repeat 6 year old customers who come there to play by themselves. Really??? Since they dont ask for us to verify the childs age I could have put any age I wanted - mikes response to that was yes that is the parents responsibility if that is what they want to do. Their priority is to cover themselves legally not to provide a safe environment. Basically this place does not care about a 6 year old crying and being excluded from his friends. They hide behind a Niles ordinance and do not take any responsibility for how they conduct their business. Mike told me that the parents hosting the party were verbally informed that this was going to be the case and that his younger classmates were going to be excluded from some of the play areas - but the parents chose to have the party there anyway. I actually find this hard to believe but will update the post if that is in fact accurate. My son went to a birthday party for his friend and never got to spend time with him. sky high will blame it on a Niles ordinance rather than poor management. Had I known my son would have to play on his own I would have stayed with him. They have teenagers that lack common sense managing their business. You have lost my business - not a good demographic for you to lose. I will advise anyone that wants to listen that if you want to spend your hard earned money on a kids birthday party - go somewhere where children are valued and treated with respect and children are guaranteed a good time - sky high is not that place
