They put tons of work into the numerous haunted attractions and the workers all did their best to look and act in a manner to scare everyone. Loads of fun! Definitely recommend to those wanting a good scare!

Five stars because the kids had fun, and because it was fun laughing at all of the people who were scared for no reason. Also, a significant portion of the proceeds go to various charities. I recommend that parents encourage their teens to volunteer in coming seasons to help make the attractions scarier and help increase their capacity for fundraising. They still have one weekend left, and its a great way to close out the Halloween season, but dress in layers and bring a change of clothes in case you get wet.

Loved it like always. They added some new permanent buildings that are great. I tried Hooded for the first time this year and i know the other attractions have mainly jump scares but Hooded was the only thing that made me genuinely scared. And I would pay more for the fast pass tickets if you go closer to Halloween it will be PACKED. Would love to go every year.

Great park for family fun and friends. They have stepped it up over the years. Unfortunately it isnt as frightening as one would hope. However, it is safe to bring some children that are ready and want to experience haunted house parks. I seen several 8 and 9 year olds there and they seemed to be fine and not traumatized. The scare team does take childrens age into consideration before trying to scare them and does wave at them showing they have nothing to truly fear.

I love this place and have been coming here for years. The basement was a cool new addition. With COVID-19 restrictions, they did pretty well but it brought up a few concerns. They tried to space people but they still ended up bunching up behind us on some stuff. We got seated too closely to people we didnt know on the hayride (right next to us in same row) I am most concerned with ticket packages as previously you could come back another night with leftover tickets. I dont know how this would work with time slots and scheduling trips. We barely made it through frightful nightful at 8 pm. We did stop for snacks and in line for the potty, both normal things. If we had 9 pm tickets I dont think we could have used them all. Then what happens about going back? No mention on their FAQ. you cant select another time slot without purchasing more tickets. What if the next night is sold out? I feel people with later time slots will waste tickets. Maybe the larger packages should only be for 8 pm. Also, it would be cool if more characters integrated their mask into their costume. Some did but hey if this is the new normal they might as well really get creative with it and make it part of the costume instead of adding it over a costume.

5 of us went, and maybe had too high of expectations. First, we had to make reservations but yet it took OVER an hour just to get inside the park. We waited in an ungodly line in the parking lot. The place was packed to the brim, I’m not sure why reservations were even necessary. We encountered SO MANY rude employees, which never sits well with me, anywhere. I felt like every attraction was a lot of walking with absolutely no scares. My husband scared us more times than any of the actors. It seemed like nobody was present to scare us. We wondered if maybe this was due to covid, but, if that’s the case, I don’t know why we paid $43 for admission + $20 for fast passes per person. I legitimately feel like we just threw our money away. If not for the extremely rude employees I would probably try again next year, but I think that will be our last visit.

Very well put together, each attraction felt like its own and the cost was cheap for everything we got. Would absolutely recommend if you have an evening available. We went from about 8PM-12AM and got the Hayride, The Field of Screams, The Basement, The Cursed Crusade, and The Haunted House. 4 hours was the perfect amount of time, but the lines were short.

Last night’s experience was pretty horrible to say the least. I figured since there was a pandemic going around and it was 40 degrees out that there would be social distancing as it says on the website, but no. They also said they’d limit how many people would be there but again, no. As soon as we got there, there were unbelievable amounts of people to the point where we couldn’t even see the entrance and took us basically an hour just to get in and for them to scan our tickets. There wasn’t even a place to social distance as people were piled at every attraction, food truck, and seating areas. We went to the cursed crusade line and it honestly just felt like a concert with how many people there were. We waited about 40 minutes which took up half of our time when we weren’t even in the first attraction yet. We finally got in and we were only in there for about 8 minutes, with only like one memorable scare. I only saw 1 actual person trying to scare people and the rest were either robots or literally nothing because it was a pathway. We got out and went to the Niles haunted house. It took even longer to get in and this time there were even more people. Strangers were touching on me and one worker didn’t care at all as they came through the skinny line. 40 minutes later we got in and it was a better attraction but in all I expected much more and felt like we were only in there for 15 minutes over a high priced ticket when we only got to do 2/3 of the attractions we paid for. I understand waiting and that there’s going to be people there, but this was a disgusting experience. Hopefully the staff learns that they need to take much better precautions for social distancing, and not let so many people in because this was even more than last year which is very weird. I also hope the staff treats people better and makes it a fun time rather than feeling like we are in a prison. I don’t recommend coming here at all... at least this year? So to say the least, I regret coming here!

Fantastic park, totally worth $30 and then-some! Were still dealing with COVID right now, but Id say they did a decent job of managing people according to CDC guidelines of social distancing and masks. Most of the time we didnt get backed-up with people ahead or behind us thanks to the ticket-takers of the houses, but the haunted tractor ride had us shoulder-to-shoulder with people, which was unfortunate. I completely get that they have to squeeze people in or else theyd never be able to handle the line, so Im happy they were so strict with masks. Otherwise, the park was awesome. We did all the experiences except the Haunted, but they were all a great time! I loved the outdoor corn maze haunted house the most, theres a REALLY neat attraction in there but I wont spoil it! I wouldnt recommend this park one bit if youre sensitive to strobe lights, however! Almost every single haunted house has a section with them, so it can get irritating, but one location makes good use of it!

My friends and I went for the forty dollar Frightful Nightful package that included all attractions sans Hooded.Absolutely fantastic experience. Extremely efficient queue system, the lines went surprisingly fast. We never spent more than maybe seven or so minutes waiting for each attraction. The actors are great, the staff is friendly, and the establishment takes very good precautions and mandates for disease control. The attractions are very creative, sound, well-made, easy to navigate (unless the goal is to confuse you!), and very, very creepy.Excellent mix of fear, fun, and festivity. Would definitely go again, highly recommend.P.S, Make sure to read the item restrictions before going! My friend and I didnt and she ended up throwing away her keychain pepper spray. Definitely try to arrive substantially early as well, because the entry line (while very fast compared to other places) still does take around 15 or so minutes to run.

This place is very cool. I enjoyed all the scenes and the excitement. My only complaint is these haunted houses are huge which is great but there were hardly and scarers anywhere to be seen. Also I know social distancing may be hard but there was no distancing what so ever. All and all good price for the event and Id say bring your kids there is no one inside to scare you lol

This was our first visit. Before we went to go through the haunted house, we stopped for food. The pretzel was cold and the cheese as well. We had alot of people in our group purchase food, and not one person had a good thing to say regarding it. The haunted house was very well put together, and the employees tryed really hard to do thier best. The field of screams was ok. The little gift shop I couldnt believe that a pepsi, candy, or even pringles were three dollars. Just felt alittle price gouging going on here. I would recommend this place, but I just tell people to eat first.

The park is huge, tbey have 5 houses of terror so well decorated. The problem is they dont have to much staff to scare people so you are walking though the houses like in a museum. They have a special house were the actors can touch you and you are blind fold, I was expecting some really scary but what I got was a bunch of folks touching me so hard in my ribs saying things that you can not understand.

Best part about this place is the walk back to your car. If youre a teen, its probably great. If youre looking for a quality haunted house that will make you jump out of your skin and leave you and your friends laughing at each other, go somewhere else. If youre looking for an overpriced experience and long waits in line for an okay experience, this is the place for you.

Not a lot of effort put into it. Two employees were rude. One lady asked me where my mask was as I was eating a pretzel and continue to badger me about it. She thought she was being cute because I could still tell she was smiling through her dirty mask. I wore my mask properly the entire time and only took it off to eat my pretzel. I wont be returning there next year and to be honest, once youve seen it once, youve seen it. No need to waste you money every year for consistent unoriginal ideas.

Will not be back..Not worth the money. Definitely expected a whole lot more than what was delivered especially for the amount of money paid for my group of 5...just over $200. We did 5 attractions (haunted hayride, the basement, cursed crusade, field of screams and haunted house) My whole group was disappointed. Old and outdated. Youd think with the amount of revenue they make there wouldnt be a shortage of anything scary. Lines were long. Social distancing was not enforced but you have to wear your mask the whole time. The hayride was over crowded and the pre-recorded story was very distorted. Hard to understand what was being said. Not to mention getting sprayed with cold water when the temperature was just over 50 degrees. The food is over priced and not great. I wasnt expecting it to be for carnival type food but it definitely could have been better.. They stopped taking credit/debit cards and went to cash only. Stood in line for the atm which isnt even an ATM machine. Charged me $4 for every $40 I needed since they were only taking cash. All around bad experience. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The themes and attractions are fun and scary, they always have been. But me and my friends were extremely disappointed in how they handled COVID. They said they were limiting amounts of people in the park, but there were so many people it was insane. In lines there was no space between groups, and no room to give yourself space. On the hayride they packed us all in like sardines, and in attractions I still had characters breathing on my neck, and was still bunched together with a bunch of people not in my group.I love Niles, but I was not impressed, I was hoping they’d handle this better. The hand sanitizer stations they put around only do so much.

On our way home from the Niles Scream Park and let me just say the 2hr drive is well worth it. I’m not easily scared but am naturally jumpy and holy cow did this place deliver literal scares. The sets are literally amazing and have some pretty unexpected twists to them/the actors are crazy dedicated and playful and the atmosphere feels safe and joyful. The lines arent bad at all and they have little things to look at along the way. DO NOT WEAR OPEN TOED SHOES though. I did the frightful nightful and was more than pleasantly spooked. 100% recommended.

Claims to be COVID19 compliant and did do temperature checks and enforce the mask mandate. However, no social distancing and limited admission as advertised. It was crowded and no social distancing, with long lines both outside the park and inside. I did enjoy the attractions and experience however disappointed at the advertised limited admission and ticket availability. I felt too close to others waiting in lines. In the attritions not so much. Much more enjoyable if COVID19 protocols as advertised followed. Just warning those who are looking for a socially distanced and COVID19 compliant experience. It will be busy with lots of people and no social distancing with masks and temp checks.

Great haunted attraction! However, covid regulations are not great. During the hay ride we were smashed together with other folks. And Im not one to write bad reviews but, we were sitting way too close to one another. Everyone at least wore a mask but there were at least 20 or more people on the ride with us smooshed together on a tiny bench. At least if you guys are going to have the hay ride please have individuals sit further apart and limit the number to be on the ride. Also, there was no cleaning done after we got off. Not to mention Im starting to feel a little sick from going. My fault for going out, sure. But there need better guidelines. I wouldnt reccomend this to anyone who is interested this year. At least not during a global pandemic. Otherwise I throughly enjoyed my time here.
