Very Fun, Very nice Staff, especially during this Covid time, they check TEMPS at the door. Glad I googled places with laser tag and go karts. No complaints

This place was so much fun! The staff were nice and attentive at the different attractions. Check Groupon for deals. We spent 60 dollars valued at 120$ and had hours of fun!

Lots of varied and new games, theres a little for everyone.Overall it is a nicely kept, clean, organized and very family friendly place. All covid security protocols are very well run which made us feel safe and cared for. Thanks

We had so much fun. Thanks you guys are awesome!

First I would like to say is the staff here is amazing. The food was great the guy at the cashier was very patient with my family. We were welcomed warmly by Vee she was overly nice to us. Also everything was very clean.

My son had a wonderful day here for his bday. Customer service was Awesome!! I didnt like 1 thing. A man was going around taking pictures of customers(kids) while playing. I asked him why? He said he was the internet advertising guy. I regret not telling him....he should be asking the parents if its ok to do so BEFORE taking those shots. Or there should be some kind of document at the front desk letting us know this will and can happen. Parent that dont mine this will most likely post pictures of their experience when they review. Im sure not everyone is comfortable with this.

It is really a fun place for kids of all ages. Try Groupon before you go, there will be some promotion going on always. My kids had a lot of fun and the food was good. They have a nail saloon too. The place is clean compared to other similar places I went.

Large space with many arcade games and a variety of things for parents to do. This would include salon massage chairs bar and small restaurant. The games are played with preloaded cards. Instead of printing tickets they are assigned to the card that was played for the game. All of the games are in good working order. The only reason for four stars is because the games can be kind of pricey. 20 bucks will get you about an hour of play. There is a small go-kart track and laser tag area as well.

This place is fun the go-karts are not worth it theyre electric and someone controls them for you but the arcade the rock wall and the other thing is that they had there was fun

I really enjoyed myself there...it a family fun place it something for everyone... With this pandemic going on go visit.just al

Plenty of arcade games for all ages. There are many multiplayer games as well. There is also a Go kart and Virtual Reality. There is also a place to get massage or to get food. Plenty of parking space also available. Lol out for groupons that can save you tons of money. Lots can exchange the credits they earn for small gifts before they leave. A fun place that can keep your kids busy for hours

Super fun but overpriced without a groupon. Place was dirty and had CHILDREN working the arcade prizes. They offer manicures and pedicures while your kids play but wouldnt recommend those either. Bumper cars and laser tag are separate. Would definitely say that the ping pong is worth paying for though!

I like the idea of an entertainment facility that caters to the whole family. However, some details should be worked on to take to the next level. First, it was not possible to find lockers for coats which made parents carry several pieces of clothes and hats. If lockers were there they were not to be found m. Next, you had to wander through the place to find everything. A little map would be helpful. The food, such as the pizza and wings, were pretty good. The last piece, which was a huge disapointment, was the tickets. These were stored on your card, which also handles credit for games. This in itself was fine, but when we went to redeem one of our cards so we were left at the counter where ticket quantity was checked. We asked if we could buy the ticket value, as it was the end of a long day, and were told that they had to be earned and not bought. We are talking like 80 tickets, which other places sell at a penny each. Since we were leaving, this left a pretty bad last impression for everyone.

Best place ever with my siblings it was so fun an everyone should know about this amazing place

Horrible. Manager and employees have no skills in running this facility. Way over priced

This is a really fun place for family and friends! Has laser tag, go karts, arcade games, and a nail salon. I had a fantastic time here along with the great staff! Would come back again soon!

Well managed property. Very good for kids. Go carting is for kids too. We bought their Groupon deal. Staff was helpful. Not so crowded and laser tag was really fun.

Play and spin has something for everyone. My 10 year old was able to play laser tag while my 4 year old was playing age appropriate games. Adults are able to ride the go-karts free with their little one. I was able to enjoy a beer while my kids played. Great deals on Groupon and the pizza is actually really good. However, they do not give cups for water. My daughter was too short for the water fountain she still tried and was really wet by the time we left. I have been here three times and have never seen the nail salon open.

We had a lot of fun here! The electric go karts were especially fun. Air hockey, giant Galaga/Pac Man screen. Food is edible, lots of parking. We went at 1130am and had the whole place to ourselves.

Expensive compared to other places and staff is rude. Despite that, my children loved it so I give them three stars. Give the staff some customer service training and this could be a five star location.

We really enjoyed ourselves for a night out

Awesome venue for the kids and adults. While the kids enjoy their time doing arcade games and go kart racing and eating at their concession stand, adults can opt for massage chairs or even get their nails done while being able to keep an eye on your kids! Definitely recommend this place!

Great deal for Black Friday. Spent over 3 hrs here and kids had a wonderful time. Laser tag was awesome! Lots of fun with the go karts too. Worth the visit.

Incredible; the staff was so friendly, the games amazing, and the food was tasty. Definitely would recommend for any birthday, coming-toghter, or hang out location. They have so many facilities like laser tag, go karts, an arcade, virtual reality, pedicure station, slots, sports bar, etc. Cant wait to come back again, and do yourself a favor and visit or book a date!

Love this place! Its like a Chucky cheese kind of place but for a little bigger kids. Look it up! Come try it out they have a small go cart track and laser tag.. its pretty new to the neighborhood its been here maybe 1 and a half years.. come check it!!

Staff are awesome and helpful very fun

Great arcade! They are rigged but that is normal for all arcade. But I can say the tower of tickets game is skill. Not late or weak. Now the best part was the amazing go carts. So fun and fast great.

Great arcade place with rides for the little ones and go karts fir the big ones!

Party time was a total of 2hours. We got two hours on the game card. In those two hours, at least 40minutes was wasted on the eating and cake part. Another 40minutes was wasted on waiting in line to drive the Go cars. (One whole family that was in front of our group forgot to sign waivers, 6people. So they made all of us wait for the people ahead of us to go back, sign waivers and come back to cars) There was laser tag and pinata that took at least 30min together. So the kids got to play games for about 10-15minutes maximum. WOMENS RESTROOM by the Bar was flooded! Completely messy inside and dirty. Popcorn was spilled all over the little kids area for the whole time we were there, no one cared to clean it up. This place is a rip off when it comes to birthday parties. This needs some major changes. Better time management for sure. It is not worth all that money! At least give kids an hour of game time. The rest on laser tag, pizza and pinata. When the two hour runs out thats when you should send them to the go cars. Or at least reserve it for the birthday party people so they dont waste time waiting in line!

Trashy place. Saw a father walking around in the establishment with a blunt tucked under his ear! Take your kids elsewhere... Beware!

Cute place, not too expensive as far as arcades go. There staff was very nice, and accommodating. My biggest complaint about it would be that they have very few arcade games. A lot of their space was devoted to a sports bar (which was completely empty and had no games in it), and a nail salon (which was empty). They probably should consider getting rid of at least the nail salon, add at least 25 more arcade games, and put some games in the sports bar (trivia/sports), and put more games near the go karts. There were very few people there, and we had to wait in line for games. If there were more people, it would be long lines for everything.

My kids love it and I too have fun interacting alot with my kids in laser tag and go karts and video gamea

I bought a groupon and tried to go and use it and the manager was absolutely condescending. Told us that there was no one in the building therefore they would be shutting down. I asked if we could play a couple games considering we just bought a Groupon. She said you could play ONE GAME and I’m shutting all the machines down. My daughter And friends son were so disappointed. Thank you to the manager that ruined this experience for our children. We will be back to redeem our vouchers and I hope the next time around we are not so disappointed.

The place was nice overall, people who work their are friendly and willing to help when a machine doesnt work. The kids had fun at laser tag.

Always fun, so many games. Go karts. Lazer tag. Good deals

Kind of pricey.but overall the kids had a great.time.our party host olivia was great.she was very helpfull.might visit again if I have a few hundred dollars to give away!!

It was good. They have something for all ages

Food is pretty good (with exception of the pizza).Good variety of games

My daughter birthday party was awesome we love this place and I definitely recommend it for birthday parties

Has no manners and they got gambling games a and I heard that a little kid got injured by one of play and spins games so DONT GO THERE!!!!! And my little brother was made that his dad was trading my brothers cards and he went out side and the worker didnt CARE so he kept counting the cards

The older staff here are not friendly at all... I came here with my nephew and his friends for his birthday party and this older man who I believe is the manager told my nephew and his friends that they couldn’t play with the arcade games a certain way.. I told the manager, they are just kids and that this is an arcade!!! They are suppose to have fun, that’s the whole point! He proceeded to argue that if we didn’t like how he wanted us to play with the machines that we can just leave. To be honest I don’t like the vibes here and I’m not sure if I’ll be returning here again. I just felt like the employees were looking to yell at you for any little thing. This place definitely needs some work on creating a more family friendly space.

Good place for 4 yrs old. Bathrooms were flooded and water all over the place. 6 rides/games out of service

Terrible service. The place had more workers than players. Half of the games didn’t work and took our money, they did not refund us. It was 11 o’clock and out uber was 7 minutes away. They did not let us wait in side. It was storming and freezing outside. They made us Wair outside and they were very rude. The manger was yelling at us and drove off in his car and almost hit us. When he passed by he ran over a puddle, which splashed all over us. He started to yell out of his car and mimick us. He started making fun of everybody

Nice place for a kids birthday party. Eat, drink & play

One of the Best family friendly New Years Eve Parties!

Nice place. Its clean and the staff is friendly. Just like most fun houses, it is what you make if it once you understand the options. The go carts were cool but made for kids and made to be VERY SAFE. I wanted to speed and pass people but these are electric carts and the ride administrator controls the max speed:( the laser tag was fun and I picked that as my favorite thing but the kids liked the VR (teenager) and go carts the most. The place has only been open a year so lets see what the future holds. Fyi the pizza was good and just like any fun house it was expensive. But they may be the best value around? $5 for VR, $7 GOCART, LASER TAG. The arcade games where 0.50 to 2.00 bucks. Wow this review is long, Im done.

We had a birthday party for my granddaughter. The arcade fun part is great. The kids have a great time but the service was poor. The server did not help in serving the pizza to the kids. Finally when we asked, she said that the kids can get it and when it is the time to serve the cake, she was ready to serve the cake without cleaning the dirty plates, napkins and the trays. They need to train them to do a better job n be responsible. I was very disappointed. For the amount of money we spend for the party, we expect of course platinum customer service.

We had a great experience here. My son and his friends had so much to do! From the arcade, to the go carts, even laser tag, they didn’t want to leave! We could easily spend about 4 hours here without getting bored. They also have a food area which we didn’t take advantage of. I also noticed an adult area with what I believe were a few pool tables and a bar. Would recommend.

My daughters favorite place ever! Something that matters to me so much when I go to a new place is the bathroom and go to this place one a month maybe more at times and the bathrooms are always clean. I cant use the bathroom if a place is dirty its such a disturbing feeling. The service is always fast as far as getting our cards or even transferring points and tickets to one card. The food is always good the wings are delicious and the fries are great too!! All in all I love this place the fact I can get a pedi is a great touch and not to mention mommy juice is a must so a stop at the bar they have inside is always a must!!

Got a Groupon deal and took the kiddos here, lots of arcade games for them to play, and a great first go riding go carts. They aren’t 54” yet, so can’t drive alone but they loved being passengers! The course is small and fairly mild, perfect for the little ones!

Our flight was cancelled so we spent the day there. Great spot for family fun. They were understaffed so between the VR & Laser Tag it was only one person. It was a good day overall!

The place is convenient, still feels new and remains clean. Unfortunately, the games havent been changed to provide some variety and the cost remains very expensive. The most disappointing part of this place is the terrible and unfair Ticket Pricing for Prizes. The amount needed to earn the most basic of prizes is actually quite insulting and very unfair. I do not take my kids to a place that makes them feel sad and dissatisfied because they can never choose a prize that they actually want. I would without question spend more if I only new the owners were providing a better experience for their guests and the children. Hope everyone catches on and choose to spend their money elsewhere.

Really nice place

Variety of rides & games for kids, yet quite spacey. Whats missing is occasional bench or chair for the adult to rest while supervising children

Clean, lots of cool games including laser tag.

This was a great experience for both me and my family. The go karts we’re fun and so we’re all the games. Lunch was great and I definitely know we’re im coming if I want a fun place for my whole family. I will definitely come back again. Thanks Play and Spin!

It was good

Fun times! Lots of good games for playing. Video slots, bar, and nail salon.

Very fun but the prize cashier swore in front of us. imagine if that was little kids. also, she told me i couldn’t get 5 fun dips when apparently they are 100 each and i definitely had at least 500 tickets. very disappointed in that. the laser tag people were very nice. overall it was ok.

My kids had so much fun after breaking my pockets

Alot of the games didnt work but it was fun

The laser tag was okay and some of the games did not work but I gave 3 stars because of the amazing go carts

Spent over $400 here... They have poor customer service. I ordered extra food but still had to pay extra for the small party cups even though the pitchers were free refills.... The manager told me that the kids should share cups... They said the kids should get 2 slices of pizza each but no one served them or poured the drinks from the pitchers so there ended up being juice every where....

Lots of variety of things to do. Even fun for adults.

The male manager (white male with short hair) was very rude. Told us “there’s the door” when my nephew had all his friends here for a birthday party. He basically yelled at the kids and told them not to play on a machine that they paid for. Won’t be coming back. EVER.he shouldn’t be working with kids, or at a place that involves kids.

Cool family place. Go karts are fun, but difficult to pass in. Overall, a good experience at a reasonable price.

Staff were horribly rude, unprofessional, didnt help with anything, everything was a mess, and the place itself was small with limited games.

I go there with my son mainly to play table tennis, so for the most part review is for this. The tables are cheap and poor. Lighting is very poor. Floors, even though antislip, are not straight with crown in the middle so tables are slightly slanted. Most nets are extremely poor! They had about 15 tables before and about 5 dividers to put between tables. How much does it cost to get some dividers so that players dont have to chase balls all over the place? Ridiculous And for this they charge $10 an hour, which makes it one of the most expensive places in Chicago and around to play table tennis. Also, they had a manager who made things very unpleasant. (Think have a new one now)Thats why the place is empty most of the time, so it makes no sense for them to even have table tennis. If they didnt have Spin in the name, they would probably remove all the tables by now.The sad thing is they have the potential to make a good table tennis club, but they just want to charge as much as they can without doing much. Not a place for anyone even semi- serious to play or train. As far as arcade goes, its fairly expensive and basic, and last time we went to play some machines were broken.Besides table tennis I have been there a few times for birthday parties, and teenagers at on the front are fine, but every time I walk in it feels like they are doing me a favor by taking my money.

Half the games were broke or didnt work after stealing my credit. The party pack with the cards are bad. They tell you you have unlimited use of the blue light games but there was like maybe 4 games max. And 2 of them were air hockey tables and missing their handles to even play.

Biggest take away was not for older children (12 and up) other than the Lazer tag and go carts. Everything else was geared towards little children 8 or younger.

Small selection of games, half of them broke. Go to Dave & Busters in Rosemont and call it a day.

This place is great! They need a little more things here, it seems Bit lacking

First time going there with my greatgrandson he had so much fun

Very expensive and games are rigged. Youre allowed to bring a cake but no chips or drinks to force you to buy their food. You can get way better deals elsewhere.

They could add more games but its a good place to visit

Not a lot of arcade games available. The games that produced redemption tickets were a bit stingy, and the prizes were pricey. Go carts were fun, but the track isnt very long. Comfortable seating for parents available. Laser Tag was very fun. The teams were not even balanced (12 on one team and 6 on the other team), but the equipment and course were both good. Overall, the kids enjoyed themselves because of special pricing we got with a group. They would not have had as many opportunities with standard pricing.

Purchased a groupon for 2 large pizzas, 8 cups and $30 card. Very good deal. So I also purchased 4 $50 cards for the kiddos. The cashier informed me because of my purchase I should check in to FiveStar which gave me $30 extra on my card. Arrive early because in the evening it fills up pretty fast. Its spacious with updated fun games. They have a picture wall, party rooms and yea its pretty spacious. The male cashier was really helpful

Weird spot, lame in summer. Bored in the winter might be ok to visit once, thats it. Go to Altitude, more fun for your buck. Even Chuck E Cheese might be better price wise. Only nice thing is the small laser tag and slow boring go carts.

I was invited to a birthday party here. And was amazed that they had a nail salon overviewing out of the play place. That’s an amazing feature to have and I applaud them for making that happen. It has go carts laser tag and plenty of game area as well also a bar and plenty of TVs and also plenty of party rooms and big areas. Once my kid gets a little older I will definitely have her birthday party here she’s only three and she had the time of her life and she was even able to write on the go carts with me her mother with her.

Great deals. Clean environment. Well spaced so you dont feel cramped. Great game selection.

The general manager was very disrespectful to me and my family we paid for our food and drinks and asked for a few courtesy cups for the kids to drink out of and he told us we can’t used the cup I believe his name is John I believe he’s racist

Not the best... Not very clean. We drove pretty far because we had a Groupon & it wasnt anything special.

Great place! Clean, awesome staff! Much needed in this area. Always have great deals via Groupon or the Play and Spin website! Also, theres a bar and nail salon, so theres entertainment for adults as well as kids!!! Perfect for birthdays too!

Had my sons surprise 14th birthday party here. The staff is 5 star all the way around and the manager, Christi I believe was her name, was the most professional Ive seen in a long time. Her and the staff there are nothing short of excellent in customer service. Tatiana was our party planner and she was fabulous! Everyone from the front door to the private party rooms, event planners, food court and gift shop are ALL superb. They provided a decorated cake as part of the deal we purchased and because there was a helium shortage in our area, they blew up all of the balloons for our party. Very sanitary and clean place throughout as well. My interaction with Christi sealed the deal with making Play and Spin my choice for my sons birthday and I would do it again. We definitely will be returning.

Workers rather to being on their phones instead of help customers . I went to this place for 1st time and Im not going back.

Anyone under 18 is not allowed to be unattended. This is not disclosed anywhere accessible on their website or anywhere before you get to the door. Don’t waste your time if you’re planning to attend without an adult for the entirety of your stay.

Clean facility and friendly staff. We went on Tuesday when it wasnt busy and we got to play a few games and had the go kart track to ourselves. I wish they gave you more time on the track, but it was fun nonetheless. I would recommend coming here.

The manager did not want to honor our Groupon. The cashier told me I can use the groupon towards the 10 ride package go kart. Then the manger declined our groupon. No where on the fine print does it say we couldn’t use it for the 10 ride package for the go karts. On the bright side the attendant at the go kart track was very kind and had a great personality.

My family had a wonderful time at Play and Spin. There are many fabulous entertainment options for the kids (and adults) and my wife loved the day spa! So all-in-all, a great family entertainment experience. Would definitely recommend especially if you are looking for a place to host a birthday party, etc.

Places great on a Sunday morning when theres nothing to do.

Horrible desk service, over priced and many attractions not available due to party.

A ton of parking, a ton of games that actually work and at an affordable price! We liked this place alot. Loved the lil (its actually pretty huge) sports bar area also. The manager on duty, who was serving us was delightful! If i could spell her name it soundes like Kailil? Thank you!

A very interesting place with a combination of activities that fit everyone, legal video gambling, a bar, kids world arcade and ticket games, virtual reality, electric go carts, nail salon, party room, and great prices on beer, wings are top 5

Its great for the kids..But even parents have stuff they can do.Moms will enjoy some pampering.Just to much to list. Much better then other places that have games and parties for kids.

Good place for kids to play, wish they had more tablets to sign in for waiver. Also the front door should be monitored better.

Nice place. Groupon deal was awesome . Food was good and the kids enjoyed themselves

Amazing for all of us to spend time

Play and Spin has an assinine policy in which they dont allow you to split the credits among different cards. If youre planning on visiting with more than 1 kid, prepare to be frustrated, especially if you bought their 200 credit groupon.

This place is really fun I came with my soccer teammates for a party and we had a blast Even though I have a 5 stars some of the staff members were rude in a way️ But anyway this place was amazing. Highly recommend

The Children had so much fun here, but before you go look on Groupon they have discounts and it saved My husband alot of money.
