Amazing experience! We booked a 12pm reservation for our jet ski’s! We arrived about 20 minutes early to checkin. Very easy process and the paid parking in the lot near by was only 7 bucks for 3 hours. You can ride as fast as you want once out of the harbor! I strongly suggest slowly riding near the rocks to see some sea loins!

It was a blast.The most fun Ive had since driving NASCAR Stockcar. The staff was all great. Turn key and have fun. Sea Doo was top notch equipment.Recommend 2 hours to get full experience.

Rented a Seadoo for my daughter and her friend. Thay had a great time, be sure to book online they fill up fast.

If youre in the area and you love water sports, this is a must do. All jetskis are brand new, good service, open on Sundays. They give you extra time to get in and out to the open ocean. Highly recommend.

These guys hate their jobs. They dont like answering the phone. They dont like helping customers. They really dont want you to rent their equipment because the are seemingly too busy with... Whatever else.Just a funny side note: once they have you in the shop their favorite form of communication is to ask: Do you have any questions?I finally took the bait and asked a question, when a relevant one finally emerged.Yeah, thats all written on the back your form, the guy said.We wisely googled jetski rentals closer to laguana beach.Sorry to have wasted your time duuuuudes! We thought you were open for business.

We had a lot of fun, I removed a star because I was terrified of the contract they had us sign for if something happened to the jetski. If you are unfortunate enough to get a broken one you would pay a lot. Also, the ride in and out of the harbor takes a lot more than 15 minutes. We can in early and still got in 5 minutes late. They didnt charge us for the 5 minutes which was good.

Absolutely horrible service, this is a scam company, who go to extreme heights to scam people. Three days ago I rented a jet ski with my girlfriend, and we went out to sea. In the middle of the ocean, the jet ski breaks down completely due to engine issues, and we were stranded at sea, until a lifeguard found us about 10 minutes later. In the end, it turned out that the jet-ski we had rented had serious maintenance issues. We walked up to their “office” and they gave us horrible attitude, as if we had broken their “precious” jet-ski. They started yelling at us for absolutely no reason at all, and they told us to go up to their office for pricing, without asking if we were injured. We walk up to their office and they told us that we have to pay them 1,500 dollars because they claimed that we had broken their jet-ski, although it had mechanical issues much before that. They told us that we will not be given our ID, and credit cards back if we don’t pay the money RIGHT AWAY! Terrible scammers, and I’m going to be taking them to court along with my legal advisors. If you want to enjoy your time, DO NOT visit these scammers, because you will lose a lot of money in the process! I am utterly disgusted by this company.

We went to this place at opening (11am) and they told us to come back at 1:30 pm to rent Jet Skis... So we waited around for two and a half hours only to be told that we cant rent because we didnt book. BAD SERVICE.

We rented their jet skis and they were AWESOME! We saw dolphins and sea lions. Great pricing too!

This place is great when your able to rent the jet skis ! I called this place 3 different times within 2 weeks of the summer and they weren’t letting the jet skis out for all different reasons

I came in to visit and wanted to rent some jetvskis for the family. I had already rented a small boat and was cruising by. I attempted to get a bit closer to the rental place because I seen there worker on a rental to see how much the rentals were. He started cussing at me because there was a fairy boat behind me calling be a stupid tourist! I was very well aware of the large boat thats was 100 meters from me and was no where near being hit. I do not know what his problem was but I wont be renting from them. They need to hire more intelligent people or at least with a better depth perception and a different vocabulary. Considering there were children all over the place not very considerate of this company to allow for their employees to speak to potential customers this way but to allow this type of language is unacceptable. I didnt utilize the exact language in the review but Ill save the specifics because I have more class.

Best watercraft rentals...newer skis and newer rental bikes that actually work! Great staff! The jetski tour was awesome! Dolphins swimming 2 feet from our skis at 30mph!

For every 1 negative theres 3 positives, in our personal experience, we were greated with a smile and great attitude, paid whatever and took off down the road, quick instructions and we were on our way. After seeing the seals we went as far as alowed. Heading back we had a breakdown, luckily with the 2 of us we towed one back, dropping it off there was no problems and he was sympathetic. At the shop they took care of it quickly and we were on our way. Thing is here, the customer service out weighed the action we went there for, so regardless we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.

Had a fantastic time there today. Took 2 of the Spark jetskis out for an hour, great fun. One of them was having engine computer problems and kept complaining of temperature issues, but when we got back the people at the kiosk said mechanical issue, not your problem and as a result of some other fiasco took $20 off the total.Advice: reserve if possible, and go EARLY. Parking in the area is atrocious. We parked about 2 miles away and took a cab in. Also, the speed limit in-harbor is super slow, so to get the most of your time on the ocean, RIDE that limit.

If do jetski rentals, dont forget GoPro rentals!!!! Great price, amazing customer service, worth every penny!!!!

I highly recommend this activity if you are interested in renting a Sea-Doo. Had a first rate experience and would rent from this company again. I am an experienced rider and found their machines actually had quite a bit of jamm. Came close to Dolphins and even Humpback Whales on my trek out in the ocean. A+ Experience.

Stopped by to rent a couple of jet skis this afternoon with a group of friends! Initially everything seemed to be going well. They explained all that we needed to know about operating a jet ski and we were on our way at 4:15! The boating speed limit in Newport Harbor is 4 mph and since the water was a little bit choppier than normal it definitely took us a lot longer than the expected 15 minutes to clear the harbor into the ocean! After getting into the ocean at around 4:35 we started to enjoy ourselves and were going pretty fast! My cousins jetski started to have some problems and a couple of warning messages appeared on the screen saying maintenance required and oil pressure. She turned it on and off a couple of times but the jetski felt very heavy and would not accelerate past 6mph. Her boyfriend hopped off the jetski and tried to see if there was anything clogged in it but all appeared to be normal. Thankfully since there were two jetskis I was able to connect the towing cable and tow them back into the port, otherwise they would have been stranded out in middle of the ocean. We started our tow back to the harbor around 5pm. I was towing at about 7/8 mph and we finally made it back to the dock at 5:45. We explained what had happened and how we werent able to fully enjoy ourselves because the jetski stopped working and our usage time was cut short. One of the men said that he has to go out and check it before they could do anything about the pricing. He came back and said that everything was fine and if there was a problem it probably was fixed while the jetski was towing, which I said is not our problem. The lady that was ringing us up said she would charge us half price for the inconvenience. The manager then became aggravated and starting yelling that she has to charge us full price. I asked them to stop accusing us of lying and to not raise their volume at a customer. They refused to adjust the price and said that it was not their problem. I responded in saying that they can charge us full price but I would leave them a negative Yelp review. The woman at the register became furious and just outright started yelling at us like a psycho. As we were leaving I was filling my girlfriend in on what happened and how she was yelling to which the lady literally YELLED to the top of her lungs that she was not yelling. When this happened we were already in the street and all the other pedestrians in the street literally came to a complete stop because of how loud the woman was yelling from inside the business. Overall, they refused to carry out the end of their contract. We were cheated out of our $135 and were provided HORRIBLE customer service. I have never been straight up yelled out by a business owner. Clearly they do not know what customer service is and how important it is in this day and age. I will never be returning.
